The owner Mac goes out of his way to welcome people into the clubhouse. He is constantly adding amenities like standing desks and other additions. So if you need a space for a day or 5 days a week, this is the best place around. The excellent coffee and specialty drinks are a bonus. Bravo!

If you work from home or even at the local coffee shops or cafes in the area you know how distracting those environments can be, let alone difficult to have a phone conversation without being interrupted by the people sitting next to or near you not to mention the loud background noise of music blaring through their speaker system. The Office Clubhouse provided me with an relaxing, comfortable, and focused environment that was conducive to productivity, the choice of a private office with a monitor/keyboard/mouse or open workspace, delicious coffee bar, business class internet and WiFi, clean and neat facilities, a relaxing outdoor patio to get fresh air and a massage chair...yes, a massage chair! There are also state of the art conference rooms equipped with video conferencing technology as well. Some things to take note of is that if you're going south on 45 you'll need to watch for Laramie as soon as you go through the RR underpass. If you're going north, look to the left for Laramie just as you pass Route 176. For those who concealed carry, there is IL State no firearms sign posted on the door. This is definitely a place to get things done! You must go to the The Office Clubhouse in Mundelein!

We needed a temporary office for 1 month and checked out several options. We decided to use Regus…read moreafter meeting with a nice rep and looking at the office space. When we signed the agreement, we told them we only needed the space for one month and they said they'd charge us for two but we would get a refund after the month was up. A few weeks into our renting the space, we received a contract that was to last until the end of the year. We let them know, again, that we only needed space for one month. We received written confirmation letting us know the contract was terminated. The one month is up and not only did we not get the promised refund for the additional month, they charged us for 3 more months! I would not recommend using Regus after our experience and we will be looking at other options should we need temporary office space in the future.

Secondly, they billed me for another month after I had given my notice (and they accepted it- btw, 60 day notice) and getting the money back was a huge hassle. Finally, they slap on a $122 "exit fee" upon termination. Like I said, it's a nice facility and the on-site people are great but the organization itself needs improvement.
