Both salespeople my husband and I spoke with were told about the old insert but never discussed removal. We assumed that was included in the price quoted. I called to find out how to get the old insert out enough for the electrician to install an outlet. When we purchased the unit and discussed details, we were told we needed to hire a plumber for gas and have an outlet installed in the fireplace because, as discussed with the salesperson, the old insert had an external plug. The salesperson seemed thorough and trustworthy, so we believed the quote provided. I find it highly suspicious that we received a $200 coupon for buying in September and were charged an additional $200 at time of installation. When I spoke to Mike on the phone earlier this morning, he tried to place blame on me. Then, he tried placing blame on you. Finally, he offered to "come back and dump the old unit in (my) driveway". That's when I had had enough and said he was a jerk. He then hung up on me. This was handled extremely poorly. To place blame on the customer that provided all information is unacceptable. To offer no apology is unacceptable. To try and blame another employee when the manager is the one that wrote up the invoice is unacceptable. I worked in customer service for years. Blaming the customer, who doesn't know the ins and outs of your industry, is never the right thing to do. I'm very disappointed with Natick Fireplace. Melissa

Others said it would take 6 months due to supply issues Mike at Natick fireplace figured out how to make it happen and Doug and team got everything in no time. We love it!! And appreciate the extra effort!!

The sales department was very helpful however the service department is unable to service NH fireplaces. The service department is not able to answer calls so you do have to wait for a return call. I had called and had to wait days only to hear that they never got my message. I did call the owner, Corey, who called me back and heard my concerns around the service department communication. I will say that every person that CFC has been sent to my house was courteous and knowledgeable however getting in touch with them to schedule a visit was more effort than expected.

Sent the text and never got a response. Waited three days, followed up and was told "on the way now". No showed. Waited two weeks and called the shop again, only to be placed on hold, and then told to call a different estimator/installer. They won't even schedule for you. Sales office showed zero desire to even attempt to make a sale. What's worse, the person on the phone didn't care that I had been ghosted by the very person they asked me contact to schedule. If you are looking for a business that actually wants to provide the service you need, this is not the place.
