    I'm not one to leave reviews but I genuinely don't know how my pizza got so messed up last night for my to go order. I ordered a hawaiian pizza. tell me, what kind of hawaiian pizza has meatballs, mushrooms, artichokes, and olives on it? I'm allergic to mushrooms so I couldn't even eat it. I had to throw it out. It also did not smell great either. I was very disappointed with it because I've eaten here before and had no problems.

    I think you really get what you pay for here at Brick Oven. I think the prices are extremely low and reasonable for the type of food that is offered. It's more of a quantity over quality type of place. I dined here during a random Tuesday night and the place had a good amount of patrons. My table and I shared a Meats-A-Pizza, which comes with pepperoni, salami, ham, bacon, and sausage. Despite having a lot of toppings it surprisingly lacked flavor. In fact, most of what I tried from Brick Oven lacked flavor. We also had the add on of unlimited access to soup, salad, and pasta bar. The salad bar had extensive options to choose from and the pasta bar was a fun concept. You get to choose the shape of pasta and protein, but the noodles could not have been more overcooked. I tried the pesto cream and tomato sauce, both were devoid of flavor. The meatballs were also extremely spongy. The clam chowder soup actually had good flavor, but was covered in a film of oil, which was off-putting. The garlic bread was pretty good too, but yeah mostly everything else was okay. Our waiter was very attentive and nice and the space is decorated with random Italian and pizza themed knicks knacks. Overall, glad I tried it, as I've heard it's a Provo stable, but it's not a place I will be looking to dine again anytime soon.

    Used to love this place but it feels like a few things have changed over the years. All the employees are super friendly which hasn't changed but the salad bar had several vegetables/toppings that were wilted/didn't seem fresh. And the pizza was alright, the crust was a bit over cooked and hard. I did appreciate the amount of basil and the balsamic drizzled over the pizza was a nice touch. The appetizer of the artichoke dip was creamy but I needed more artichoke flavor. It tasted mainly of cheese which was good but missed the namesake flavor.

    Brick oven has always been fun! My husband and I tried the spinach artichoke dip and it was fantastic. It comes with slices of garlic bread instead of chips and that was so much better! They have great root beer. My husband got the Buffalo chicken pizza which he enjoyed. I did the pasta bar which is all you can eat. It's great. The line for it can be long though.

    4 stars for their root beer. I consumed enough for the next year. And the place is full of cozy nostalgia in every corner. The staff was nice and helpful. The idea of a salad bar and pasta bar are great, but don't live up to the expectation. The rest of the menu is underwhelming to me. Mom liked her chicken alfredo, but everything was just alright and I am not a fan of their pizza crust.

    We love coming to Brick Oven. In my opinion they make the best margarita pizza--I am always comparing other margarita pizzas to theirs and I am yet to find one I like as well as this one (and I've been searching for 9 years). The house made root beer is also a fun addition, but mostly all I have to say is about the margarita pizza. I hope you try it and I hope you love it!

    Our waiter, JD, was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and honest with his recommendations, which made our visit really enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the Pineapple BBQ pizza; I don't usually go for pineapple on pizza, but JD's suggestion was spot on, and it ended up being a highlight of the meal. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, but the overall quality of the food didn't quite stand out. While I wouldn't go out of my way to return, I'd happily join if friends invited me. A good experience overall, just not a top choice for me personally.

    Tomato basil soup is very delicious, along with the garlic bread! Hawaiian pizza is the best, isn't anything like east coast pizza though :/
