Its sad because it was used to be one of our favorite spots when San Sebastian Festival was over. Like a little family tradition, we must have been at least 4 or 5 times. I even recall that once the owner served our table and told us all about moving to Puerto Rico and starting the business. But yesterday`s experience was beyond HORRIBLE. I could understand having a bad day in the restaurant but the manager (older guy with glasses) and the not-very-friendy-server (long hair blonde) gave us by far the worst customer service in my life. Like a could give them a award the worst attitude ever. This is what happen: 9pm on a Sunday , party of 11 steps in. First the server sit us apart - ok maybe the seating of 11 was not available. Then she announces " If you came because of the wings, there no wings" . And just like that , with no further options on what we could have from the menu or even an apology like a " Hey , sorry about that , please came back next week, my name is ______ , first beer is on me " . Nope - just take your things and get out. No, literally - the manager ( I guess it was the manager none of them introduce themselves) began walking us to the door and shut it behind us! REALLY?? Totally uncalled for. We told him straight up , this is a very bad service - Did he acknowledge it ? no. He just shut the door. We were tired of working the whole weekend and starving - but nope , no empathy from this fella. Sorry guys , not returning again- 11 customers less. read more

Hard to give a place with paper straws anything less than a 5 star rating!!! Drinks were definitely smaller than advertised but when you price compare it still definitely considerably cheaper than anything nearby! Have mot left yet so I will update this once I have left. Was in town for a cruise, and stumbled into this place. I highly recommend it if you like Wings with more than 10 flavors or good burgers. The restrooms are a bit sketchy, but you come for the food not the size of the restroom. We got 50 wings the first time, and they were so good, I made sure we returned after we got back 7 days later. I recommend the XXXHot, Asian, and Jamaican flavors. Service was good, and the server remembered us from 7 days earlier. Drinks were reasonably prices too - 2 for 5 for local beer, and Pina Colada was $6. read more

This place is racists if you're black stay away police was called after I paid for my friend's and I shots it had to be added to the water down fish bowl they served us. We wanted 4 large fish bowls but the waiter acted like they didn't have but one. Wanted to be seated outside wasn't able to was seated next to a wall that had Cracks paint peeling and looked like mildew or mold on the walls as it looked like the building was going split in half. This is a fun place to hang out with decent priced food and drinks. We came here three times on our week long stay. Tuesday and Wednesday it was packed, mostly with Coast Guard service members but a few locals. We came back on Sunday to watch the Broncos vs Cowboys game. It was pretty quiet Sunday which was ok because we could here the game and easily see the big flat screen TV. The staff here is fantastic, ask for Cesar!! A really laid back, casual environment, I would recommend it to anyone looking to relax, have some delicious wings and meet some nice people (the staff). read more

This touristy sports bar is located right in the "square" in old San Juan. It's a great late night place. Any night is pretty good here, but it's probably your best bet if you're in town during the weekday since there's not much of a party scene during the weekdays in Puerto Rico. This place stays open until 6AM. The food is pretty good for a bar. The wings are on my top 3 best wings of all time. Prices are very reasonable. You can play beer pong here which is always a fun thing to do as a small group. The bar crowd is pretty mixed. Any locals you find here are the local restaurant staff that come for after work drinks. They're always fun to mingle with since being social is how they make their living. Lastly, Brickhaus is a great pickup bar. You will connect with people from different walks of life here. We dined here in early Feb 2017. I would give this place no stars if I could, but Yelp doesn't allow it. We were a party of 4, we walked in and seated ourselves. Besides just a few people at the bar, we were the only ones in the restaurant. No one else was at tables inside. My friend ordered a daiquiri, and the rest of us got water bottles. We ordered an APPETIZER SAMPLER for 4 people, plus an extra 10 wings. The daiquiri never came out, and only 1 person at the table received a cup of ice for their water bottle (weird). We couldn't ask anyone or request service because we never saw a waiter! He avoided our table. There was even a moment my friend said "Excuse me!" as he walked by, and she was not even acknowledged. 25 minutes later, my friend finally got the chance to ask where her drink was. The waiter said "my bad" and that was it. He brought it over with no other apologizes or anything. Just "My bad". In the meantime, about 20 minutes after we ordered our food, we saw a party of 4 sit down at a table next to us. They ordered the same thing as us. How do we know? BECAUSE THEIRS CAME OUT FIRST! We waited. And waited. Our APPETIZER took over 35 minutes to arrive! When it did arrive it was cold, and taste awful! We asked to speak to the manager and he used every excuse in the book as to why our food took so long and why another table got theirs first. He really tried to make up reasons as to how the other table got their food first - i was amazed that a manager would actually do this. I can't even remember the excuses he used as they were so ridiculous and made no sense. Then we showed him our appetizer plate. It was a plate of nachos, quesadillas, wings and taquitos - it was all still there. It was inedible and the taquitos were not even touched! Now the best part... the check comes and its $55!!!! Seriously! for ONE drink that took 25+ minutes, and an APPETIZER plate that took 40 minutes and wasn't even eaten. We talked to the manager and insisted we were not paying for the meal and said because we touched it that we had to pay... well of course we touched it, we had to try the food, we did come here to eat after all! but you could clearly see that's all it was - just small nibbles from 4 people to try to find something on the plate we liked! - and as mentioned, the taquitos were NOT TOUCHED AT ALL (because they looked too gross) The quesadillas had almost ZERO cheese in them, it was basically cold dough/tortilla. The nachos were COLD so the cheese was all dry and hard as if you left them out overnight. The food was just overall completely inedible. We offered to pay for the water bottles but refused to pay for the appetizer that WE DID NOT EAT and that took 40 minutes to come out. The manager basically tried to hold us hostage and wouldn't let us leave and I felt uncomfortable. I'm not sure about you, but I do not pay for meals I do not eat and I do not pay for service I do not get. We paid just so that we could get out of there, because the manager just stood at our table with the check and refused to let us leave. It was just bad business all around and the manager did nothing to even attempt to make it right. I did win my chargeback with my credit card company, so these people did not see a dime from me and never ever will. read more

I gave this place four stars based on what your looking for. If your looking for a sports bar with good wings and a variety of different sauces in Old San Juan this is your place. They also have a number of different sandwiches and burgers. They have ur standard variety of bottled beers and this place was the only place I went to in PR with draught beer. This is a very gringo oriented place. A cool touch screen jukebox to go along with MLB, NFL, and NBA memorabilia along all the walls give you a very American vibe. The later it got the more we saw people in chef pants and uniforms showing up. We heard that Wednesdays are "all you can eat chicken wings." We stumbled on this place on our first night in Old San Juan. We liked it right away. It's a small place with an American sports bar and grill flair Jeanie was our waitress and she was a kick. The chicken wings were good and I loved their Mojitos! There were a handful of people there the first time and a full house the second time we were there. We left for a cruise the next day and had a couple more days in San Juan after the cruise and made sure we went back to watch the Forty Niner/Greenbay game. We were in Old San Juan on a weekend visit from St Thomas, USVI and wanted to see the NFL playoffs. So we stopped in this nice little sports bar for some beers. Well, we ended up staying until almost 11PM as we were having so much fun. Prices here are reasonable and the best chicken wings I have had in a while! Went to BrickHaus with my husband as we explored Old San Juan one night. The husband is a wing freak, I'm not super into wings, but we both agreed that these wings are beyond amazing. Chips and salsa were good too, along with the drink menu. It's a cool atmosphere, and there's outside seating. The food is great. The service, however, was awful. It took about half an hour to get our drinks (there were about 3 other tables and the others had gotten their food and everything.) I asked for water 4 times before I actually got it (about half an hour.) We asked for another drink and that took about an hour and the waiter tried to make us pay more for the special than what was stated on the chalkboard. Our waiter also spent majority of the time avoiding the other tables as he was focused on a table of girls. He was an absolutely awful server. The food is absolutely amazing but tonight the service just sucked. This all occurred on wing Wednesday, so just be cautious if you go then.
