On top of that, the police release specifically stated the car was to be released by tow only, yet the company allowed me to drive it off the lot themselves, directly violating the police's instructions. I will be filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs regarding both the property damage and the employee's threatening behavior.
