This place is located inside the Wiregrass Mall and is just an amazing little shop full of mini figs! If you love Legos or mini figs then this is probably your dream come true and an oasis for you! Me, I sat in the front and waited on my husband who just had to go browse and look around at all the sets they have on display and for sale. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. It appears they also do kids birthday parties. The store was not busy when we went in and they do have the sets that are on display pretty spaced out so you can feel comfortable in browsing. And if you don't want to browse, they have seating in the front of the store.

This place is pretty awesome. I discovered this company, or franchise, in Billings, MT 4 years ago when my friend and I were driving through. As fate may had it, with some planning on my part, I had some Lego sets I wanted to sell for cash. Much like then, I had the same occurrence when I went here on September 8th to sell some Lego sets. After working with a friendly and courteous employee, I was pretty confident that I was given a fair price to sell Legos that another fan could enjoy. This store is pretty awesome that I "got lost" in looking at all the displays and other sale items that my "new found riches" could have easily gone back to the store. Bricks and Minifigs in Wesley Chapel, FL, I know your tactics! I do have to knock a star off as the acoustics are a bit much on a Saturday afternoon when parents lose their children to the wonders of Legos. At times, it was a bit difficult to hear the employee and that was near the door. If you visit the store, try going there during the week. Whenever you do go, check it out and have fun!

Lots to see here, old sets new sets, and everything in between. They have something for everyone's budget if you only want a minifigure or some spare bricks or an entire set. They buy sell and even trade LEGO which is nice. They store has a friendly staff and owner is nice too. I actually prefer this store over the LEGO store in Brandon because there is a lot note to see and do here.

This is a fun shoppe if you're one of the following: a kid, a nostalgic adult, and/or a hungry & thirsty kid or adult:) Prices are standard for this type of specialty shoppe; they are NOT low. This is NOT the place to visit should you want deals. However, it is the place to visit if you have the money & want to find candy from your childhood (1950's up); many flavored taffies; sour candy; Japanese, Korean & candies from other countries; gag gifts; every type of sugared soda imaginable (cold or shelf warm); small games; bobbleheads; unique toys & candies; gum in a multitude of varieties, tacky metal signs; & a host of other novelties! Gift certificates in any amount from $5 to $250.00 are available. I came for the nostalgic candy cigarettes (SEE PIC); the Necco Wafers; the Sweetarts; & the liquor-flavored jellybeans. Also picked up cinnamon box-shaped lollipops for my students. Did I overspend? Of course. Will I shop here regularly? Of course not. But it is a cool, clean, well-organized shoppe that wreaks of nostalgia & future dental visits! I LOVE IT!

I just had the best customer service experience at Michael's in New Tampa! I was in a bind where I…read moreneeded framing done asap on my son's artwork. I called the store earlier in the day but no one answered. I decided I'll just go to the store and talk to the person face to face. Today was drop off day at the art museum for my son's artwork. It needed to be framed and have the proper wire back to hang. This is our first time participating in an art exhibit so I didn't know what that would take. Susy at the framing department helped put my anxiety at ease. She guided me through selected a custom made to make me art standout. She also helped me select a frame. She told me she had 15 orders in her que and normally could not do same day requests at this time. But, she made an exception and helped me! I'm so happy that Susy gave my order priority and told me to come back at 6pm. Also, my total came to over $100 but she applied discounts that brought the total down to under $50!! Your help and care to this distressed Mom is much appreciated! Thank you Susy! Before I left the store my daughter grabbed a few items and we went through the front check out line. We were greeted by Brianna who was a breath of fresh air! Her personality was warm & bubbly. She had great conversation and answered all of my questions. When asked if there were any current coupons she offered my 30% off my total. Thank you Briana! Great customer service is hard to find but Susy & Brianna delivered!

This was the 2nd Michaels we went to, driving all the way across town to see if they had them. We found ONE! However the pencil was split all the way down the side and the tip was broken to where you'd have to sharpen to use at all. Since she needed the pencil for art, we opted to take it to the front and ask if we could get any sort of discount given the condition of the pencil or if they had any others in the store. There were no associates on the floor to assist, so our only option was to take to the register. We waited in line for quite some time since they only had 1 register open but a line of folks to check out. Another register finally opened and we were next -- when we got to the register, I showed the pencil to the associate and asked if we could get a discount. I mean it's a $3 pencil but being split all the way down the dang thing and the top all the way broken off, I mean something is better than nothing. She called on her mic and was told 10% off. I accepted it as that was the most that they could do. She apologized saying if it were her she'd just give me the dang thing given how it looked....but she has to do what management approves. I told her I understood and no worries. Store was quite empty as was the other Michaels we visited -- staff said it was due to the supply chain shortages.
