This is the most unconventional place to study at; and yet, this is exactly what we did here. Why? Well the WiFi is great and although they have inaccessible outlets near the ceiling, if you're 21+, you can sit at the bar and there are outlets under the table near every 3-4 seats or so! The fried shrimp special is really good, but I wouldn't do it mixed with macaroni because you get considerably less shrimp. Quite flavorful and delicious, though! I also recommend their burgers. Moved here from Sedona and been to Bricktown a few times now. Everything that we have tried was wonderful. Country fried steak, fish n chips, Mac and cheese is really good. We've had the kids pizza, pretzel sticks, cheese curds with caramel sauce on the side which was delicious. My shoes stuck to the floor & the tables were sticky and wobbly. The hostess wasn't friendly. Long unattended waits from waitress with warm/flat beer. Food was just okay, nothing too great. It seemed like they were trying to be unique with different flavor profiles but they were a swing and a miss. Dry mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak was blah. Service was lacking & I never appreciate when any establishment sweeps up dust/crumbs from the floor around you while you're eating. We had a party of 18 for a work dinner. Called the day before to get on the books and they said they didn't do that anymore it was first come first serve. So, 3 of us left work early to go get tables put together for the rest of the party. Manager comes out and says they won't seat us until 80% of our party are there. We got 10 people there and asked to be seated and manager comes back out and says no, we need 14 people. We get 15 people there and she comes back out and says, "OK, now we can put you on the wait list". Manager was very rude right from the very start. We walked out and took our business elsewhere, which I will continue to do. Bricktown Brewery is off of our go to list. BTW, our very generous boss always tips at least 25% so that manager cost her servers at least $100 each...... read more

This place has great food and everyone is so social. I am by myself most of the time so I come here so I can get great human interaction. Food Awesome, Service usually very good, Ambiance OK if you don't mind it being noisy, and often crowded. I wear hearing aids and one night it was so loud, they shut themselves off to protect what hearing I have left. The San Marzano Tomato soup is in the category of Manna from Heaven! First time trying this place. Went at prime time on a Friday night. Place was busy but lucked out and got a table right away. I ordered the fried chicken and my husband ordered the meatloaf. Our server was very nice and kept our glasses full. Food came out pretty quickly for being so busy. Food was excellent. Had lots of flavor and good sized portions. We love this place but tonight was even more impressive. While I dont agree with these crazy covid policies the team here makes the best of it. However we got here and with a party of 7 was told it would be about 30-34 min. 1 hour later we still didn't have a table. However the manager lady (wish I had gotten her name) kept pushing a large table to move on. They had been there 1.5 hours already and were done. She finally got them out of these so we could celebrate two birthdays with our dear friends. And without blinking an eye compd two apps for us because of the crazy wait. We love this place! My fiancé and I get the same thing each time we go- the chopped and chipped nachos and the bang bang shrimp! The nachos are my favorite nachos I've ever eaten. It's a HUGE potion loaded with pork. My favorite part is the sweet bbq sauce and this amazing chalula sour cream sauce. Yum!! The shrimp are his favorite. Nice and crispy on the outside with a nice spice to it. Also comes with nice crispy fries. I've also had a burger here, I can't remember what it's called but it had a fried egg on it and it was delicious!!! I decided to try Bricktown Brewery for lunch before leaving the area while on a road trip to Dallas. It wasn't my favorite place during the entire venture, but it wasn't the worst either. I really enjoyed the Single String Stout and would have liked to try the Bricktown Brown, but since I was about to drive 270 miles, I figured I'd better hold off on round two of the brew. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, which may have not been the wisest decision when looking at what other menu items were available, but I didn't want to eat something really heavy before being stuck in my car for 4 hours. The turkey club may have been a better option, but oh well, I can't go back now. The chicken sandwich was pretty plain, but it at least served its purpose to provide energy for the remaining drive. In retrospect, I partly blame myself for not loving my food and would give Bricktown another try, but I'm not in a huge rush to get back there. read more

Worst Customer Service EVER! Called a day ahead to reserve the back room for 18 people, and we were told they don't take reservations. No problem, the group started arriving 15-20 minutes early, and they told us no one could be seated until 14 people were there.... Something they didn't say the day before. Again... no problem, within minutes 15 of the 18 were there so I asked if we could be seated. The manager said "I don't have room for you now, I can put you on a waiting list". This was at 5pm and the restaurant was virtually empty, but for the ONE table they seated in the back room. I asked the manager why they would do that, knowing we were standing there waiting for that room and the restaurant was empty. Her only response was, "my servers need tables and tips". Surprised at how rude she was.... and would turn away about $2000 worth of business (and tip for her server) to try and prove a point. I love the food, but won't ever give my business to the Owasso location again!!! read more
