They also did not have any permit or care to inquire about it. Other than the catchy name, I saw no instructions or notices. No bathrooms. Just a simple lake that appears to be a popular fishing hole next to the Augusta Airport and Phinizy Swamp Nature Park. Hey Mayor - you're an elected official.
