I attended the grand opening of their Maple Grove location and it's beautiful!!! I had wedding dress shopped at the prior location Budget Bridal in Osseo for their more budget friendly options and this new space is so much better. There are private suites and so much more room which allows for more comfort. The budget friendly options start at $800 (used to be $500 but prices have gone up considering the cost of everything going up which is understandable). This was the old The Woods gift shop. This was the first bridal store my daughter and I visited. The newly remodeled building was nice, but we were told to remove our shoes when we first walked in and not offered the slippers that apparently there were. I felt that we were scoffed at because it was just my daughter and I (not a huge group there to support). I feel like being offered a bottle of water would be a nice touch since you have to pay to even have an appt. I wasn't allowed to "shop" the store with my daughter and she was really rushed and pressured to try on dresses that weren't her style. We were never given a moment to even talk about the dresses privately, it all just felt very impersonal. She asked the canned questions of course, but it didn't come across as genuine. From the moment I walked in, to the time I spent searching for a dress with the individual who helped me, to buying it, everything turned out awesome. The selection of dresses they had were beautiful, and I really appreciate that they were under $500! The bridal aisle was the first place that I went to when shopping for a wedding dress and although I didn't end up finding "the one" there, I thought it was a good experience! I did have to pay $25 for the appointment and could only bring 4 people, but I thought they had a large selection of dresses to choose from. I do wish that there was a bit more guidance from the consultant because I ended up having to choose my own dress from the rack and it would have been convenient to tell the consultant what I was looking for and her choose for me. Also a lot of the dresses would have needed some type of modification that would have cost more time and money. Huge selection and variety of options for dresses. Felt welcome from the second I stepped in. Staff was very knowledgeable, patient, sweet during the whole experience. Being a bride during Covid wasn't ideal but they helped make the process less stressful and enjoyable. Brittney picked dresses I loved but also knew what styles looked good on me. She encouraged me to try new things while respecting my budget. I felt very comfortable the entire time. There was a great variety of veils and other pieces to help 'doll you up' when deciding on if the dress is the one or not. I recently had a bad experience with a bridal shop out of state. I was referred to this location and had great success here! You can easily book an appointment online and bring a few guests. You are given 90 minutes and someone is there to help you every step of the way. There is a $25 deposit that will be adjusted off your final invoice. Cassidy was great to work with and we were in and out of there in an hour! This was faster than normal since I already knew what I wanted but we still tried on 7 dresses in that time, without being rushed at all. This boutique is different in that you can take your dress home that day, it is off the rack and they have a large selection in many sizes to choose from. Tipping is not expected but greatly appreciated - they work hard to help us find the perfect dress - tip them! There are no alterations on site but they give you a large list of recommended tailors. This was my first time going to any bridal shop! I am recently engaged and thought to go look for dresses, as all of my other wedding plans have been thwarted by COVID. I had such a great time here, from start to finish! Jessica helped me all day and she was AWESOME. My sister helped me find several dresses to try on, and I did end up liking a couple but just was too hard to consider how alterations would have to be done. This is THE place to find your wedding dress! The selection they have is amazing. New never worn before and second hand options. They even have a vintage rack! I went into this store with my mother on a whim. I didn't expect to see so much selection. The owner Annette helped us. She was the best. She guided us thru the store and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The rest of her staff were so so so nice. They all had a good eye for what dresses worked and which ones did not. It took me about 2 hrs because I wanted to try on so many different styles of dresses but it was all worth it because I said yes to the dress! Unlike other shops/boutiques you get to actually shop there. You get to pull right off the rack. I really appreciated that experience. They have tons of different sizes and a clearance rack. They've got it all ladies! Tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride options too! Oh and decorations! Tons of them. I even saw some fabric in there. Call ahead for Saturday appts. Nice dresses, but didn't realize most of the dresses were to buy as-is, I was expecting the flexibility to order a different size or color of a dress I found that I liked. I cannot say enough amazing things about this consignment shop. It may be a little pricier than some of the other consignment shops in the area, but it is because they are trying to offer more of a "boutique" feel. Annette, the owner, was absolutely amazing. I stopped in to see if I could find myself a wedding dress...on a random Wednesday...without my mom or any members of my wedding party (they all live out of town). I described what I was looking for - tea length, fun, and flirty wedding dress. I proceeded to look - while I thought she was helping other customers. As it turns out, she was finding me the perfect dress! She knew that I was alone and was so helpful in tying the dress up (corset back), and telling me her opinion on the various dresses I was trying on. She offered up suggestions about what my fiance should wear, and we compared colors and ideas. I absolutely loved this shop, and Annette and her staff made my visit so easy and far less "depressing" (to be shopping alone!). I also loved the fact that when I told her that my fiance was a woman, that she didn't even blink - she seemed so genuinely happy for me and even told me to bring my fiance back in to the store some other time, to see what else we could find. As I continued my search for my wedding dress, I decided to check out the Bridal Aisle in Osseo. I thought the experience was so nice. The staff is attentive to detail, professional, and quite fun! The selection of dresses is vast, and every single one of the dresses I tried on was new with tags (and marked down to a significant discount). To me, you could easily work with a $1K budget or less. Although I didn't find my dress here, there's a wide-array of dresses to really sort through to further refine and identify your style. Be sure to take your time looking through the racks of dresses, and go back for a second or third walk through. If you question what a dress looks like on the hanger, the staff is very helpful to describe the dress and let you know if it aligns with your described vision. I truly thought the staff's knowledge of the current dress selection was a huge plus and greatly enhanced the experience. I really liked the idea of buying a consigned wedding dress because a beautiful dress is such a work of art, it should be enjoyed more than once - not just tucked away in storage. Buying off the rack can be a good cost savings, but it becomes a bit of a treasure hunt to find just the right dress in a size that fits. I visited several shops in the Twin Cities, but nowhere was the search more fun than at the Bridal Aisle shop. Diane assisted me and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She took an interest in my preferences and graciously helped me with dress after dress as I figured out what I liked, what flattered my shape and which dresses fit within my wedding plans. The owner, Annette, stopped by several times with comments, too. The fitting rooms are set up in a spacious group that opens into a vintage style parlor setting where friends and family can gather. I didn't find a dress that I was sure about on my first visit to the Bridal Aisle and decided to try a few other shops. After finding a couple of dresses that were possibilities at other shops, I hadn't found the one that felt quite right. I decided to stop back at the Bridal Aisle one more time to see if anything new had come in and because I'd had such a good experience with Diane. She greeted me like an old friend and even remembered my name. She invited me to browse and I found a couple of dresses that I was excited about. The first one was perfect. It was so thrilling to feel that the search and the wait was worthwhile!! Annette came in to admire the dress, too, and assisted with the details of the sale. I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to Bridal Aisle! It's a much better experience than other consignment bridal stores I've gone to. It honestly feels much like a fancy boutique. The dresses are beautiful and they've got quite the selection. Many of the dresses are sample dresses that are like new with tags on them and have never been altered. Unlike boutiques that are limited to a few designers, this store has plenty of different styles! It's definitely a great place to stop by especially if you're on a budget. I needed two dresses for a destination wedding and an at-home reception. I was hoping to spend less on the at-home reception dress and wish I had come here first. I came here after a really bad first experience at a big retailer store for my wedding dress. The customer service was like day and night! Katie was my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. I was difficult since I had no idea what I wanted, and Katie was patient and understanding the entire time. She let me pick out some dresses and she picked out a couple. Went to this wonderful shop with my daughter. She did not want to spend a lot of money and liked the idea of consigned dresses. An appointment was not necessary, however, when we arrived they put us with Christina. She was wonderful! Gave us many ideas and suggestions for alterations as well as additions to dresses my daughter was not sure of. That was our first stop so the next day we went to another shop. We went back to bridal aisle and picked out a beautiful dress at a very reasonable price. They have lots to choose from and it was a very relaxing fun experience. I came in around 3:30 on the coldest day of the year. :) This was the first shop I visited to find my wedding dress and while I initially had my doubts about finding a dress on consignment, I'm happy to say that I found the most perfect dress (and veil and jewelry!) at the perfect price on clearance! So many dresses! This was my first appointment of the day and after I left, I was disappointed with all the other shops I went to. I went back and bought my dress at Bridal Aisle at the end of the day. Denise was amazing! She was able to tell quickly what I did and didn't like and brought me dresses based on these preferences. Not only did she help me find my dress, she educated me as I tried dresses on. "This is a fit and flare style and you seem to like natural lace more." This information was helpful when I tried on dresses at other shops. I had a large party with me and felt a lot of pressure to find "the dress". Denise made me feel comfortable and told jokes to keep me at ease. If you need a wedding dress, check this place out. Lots of new and consigned dresses in various price ranges. This store has more to offer than at first glance, but prices seem a little high for consignment. I found a few pieces here used for the same price I could buy them new at other shops. Also, most of the dress stock is for prom, so not the best place for wedding/bridal party dress shopping. Finally, I was surprised at what poor condition the wedding dresses were in. Looked more like heavily used sample wedding dresses than something you'd actually want to purchase to wear down the aisle, especially at their prices. read more

I brought my daughter's beautiful Sherri Hill prom dress in to consign. I gave the dress to the gal behind the counter to look over while my daughter tried a couple of dresses on. After we finished, we went to the counter to see if the dress was worthy of consignment. The store worker said "yes" without even looking at it, and printed out the contract. We had to prompt her to go over the details and how much $$$. We signed the contract and left. An hour later the sales gal called and said we had to come back and pickup the dress. I asked why and she said the bottom hem was dirty. I said, didn't you examine the dress while we were in the fitting rooms? She said she missed that. I would highly recommend NOT consigning with this place. At the time of consigning, my dress was in great condition. Towards the end of our contract I went to pick my dress up because it had yet to sell. I was shocked by the condition of the dress, full of wrinkles and snags. The owner was too busy to speak with me at that time and later called to tell me that she was unable to see any of the obvious snags that the manager and I had agreed were there. I wasn't sure what to expect from this newer consignment store but was very pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and neat. This was the only store we went to that we received help from the staff! The Owner actually was the one who picked out my dress after we had overlooked it on the rack. I didn't want a strapless dress and bypassed all of those. When I wasn't finding anything, she asked what I was looking for, what I liked/didn't like between the dresses and then pulled a few more for me to try. She picked a beautiful dress that had everything I was looking for in the bodice and explained how simple alterations could achieve the additional items I was looking for. She helped me visualize how the alterations would look which was so helpful! The tag on the dress was initially for $1,500 and I purchased the dress for $500! I found a local seamstress who was able to add straps, take in the chest area, remove 3 layers of fabric underneath and removed the train/extra fabric in the skirt for $250! The dress was PERFECT! It fit my body type, accentuated the positive/minimized the negative, was easy to move in and was comfortable! I received so many compliments on my dress!! I enjoyed this shop so much that I came back and bought some of my decor from there as well! I highly recommend this shop! read more
