We had gone around with a bunch of ideas for our wedding but eventually decided on a simple ceremony. The Wedding Chapel area was beautiful and the pictures really do not do it justice. Geoff was our officiant and it felt like we had known him for years with how wonderful of a job he did. Kim was our photographer and nailed it. We had originally said no to photos but at the last minute decided to add them and we are definitely happy we did. Kim and Geoff are amazing at what they do and explained everything so clearly so nothing was left to guess about. As life would have it, we ended up not downloading our pictures before the electronic link expired but Kim was so wonderful and sent them to us again. Customer service, friendliness, and an overall amazing experience is why you should get married at the Bridal Station. Thank you again so much Kim and Geoff!

I have got to lost of bridal shops since this place and have 10000% better experience than this place. I told every place I went to about this shop and how rude they are and have told lots of brides since as well. The person in charge at this place is quite rude and asks irrelevant questions when you're trying to purchase a dress. I don't understand why the owner needs to know the exact location of your wedding. She asked where it was I kindly mention the city then she asked the exact location & it felt odd but I mentioned it (I didn't have to but I did) and when I told her she said "oh that's way too far for me" which I was still cordial but taken aback because it shouldn't matter one bit where my venue is she isn't a guest? She's neither officiating it nor assisting with anything beyond the dress itself. During my visit, I felt very unwelcome, even though I had all the necessary details ready, like the venue, guest count, and date. Which again, how does the guest count help them help you choose a wedding dress??? I had even checked their website beforehand! What truly matters is that brides feel comfortable asking questions without pressure and are made to feel welcome and not rushed. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and my experience there only added to that stress when the lady told me, "you're not ready to buy a dress" due to some questions I had while wanting to see their selection. Although she did show me two dresses from a rack behind the desk, her attitude was very passive-aggressive. The way they run their store is quite unusual; it might work for some, but for brides just walking in to see what the shop is all about and being met with a condescending attitude is disheartening. I would not recommend this store at all. Go anywhere but here.

It was (and still is, I guess) unclear to me--I thought Jim's Formal Wear was actually the store, maybe it's just a brand? No idea. But anyway, I put together tuxedos I liked online, then plugged in my location to find this place. First, their hours are very unclear. I found one site online that said 10-6, but when we showed up, their hours were actually 12-6. Annoying but okay. We went back at 12. We needed three tuxedos. Esmeralda was friendly and took measurements of my husband and two sons. It was March 26. We were told we could pick up the tuxedos on April 27, which was stressful in itself. I commented that it was cutting it really close because we were leaving April 29 to go out of town for the April 30 wedding, and what if something is wrong? I was told we'd be able to make corrections in time. I was still skeptical but tried to trust her, since this is what she does for a living. We went to pick the tuxes up as planned. Sooooo many things wrong. It's like measurements weren't even taken. My husbands jacket was too small, this pants were too tight AND too short, he was sent a bow tie instead of a neck tie, my oldest sons shirt was way too big, his pants were too short and his shoes were a half size bigger than what he ordered. Unfortunately my younger son wasn't there to try his on, but given all the other errors, I was worried. Esmeralda told me she could have everything corrected by Friday, even though I told her we were leaving Friday. She told me if I gave her the address of where we were saying, she could have it delivered. Hell no, and take the chance that something will happen and it won't come?? This is why I was worried to have to wait so close to the wedding day to pick everything up. She made a phone call and was able to get next day delivery to the store for all the corrections, and my sons pants were fixed in the store. She also gave us an extra jacket for my younger son in case the one that was sent was too small, which is fortunate because the one we got WAS too small. In the end, everything worked out and my guys looked great, but the experience itself would stop me from returning to this place! Save yourself the hassle and go out of town.

When I arrived Katy had pulled some dresses I went from not liking a single dress and honestly having no idea what I'd want to having multiple and having a hard time choosing!! I was able to leave with my dress (this is not always typical) and take it straight to the tailor! Katy and Mira went over and beyond for me I couldn't recommend them more.
