I made an appointment while visiting my mom (86 years old). I had figured that the gowns would probably be more than my budget, as I wanted something simple for a small beach wedding. I was making the appointment to have a "wedding gown memory" since my mom probably won't be able to travel. What I found was absolutely perfect-- the first dress I tried on was in my budget, was on sale for Black Friday, and was simple but elegant. My son took some photos, and the memory of the try-on was priceless. If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. The other galleries in Sioux Falls didn't reply, perhaps because my budget was low. My daughter found her dress back in July. It was a great experience. When it came in a couple weeks ago she called for an appointment- she thought it was for a fitting. However, we were told they only have one seamstress now and she's too booked to add more customers. (The wedding is in August 2024.) So all she could do was try it on. We then brought it home, and have to find our own seamstress. So I'm warning brides: check to see if they can or can't do the alterations. I just feel they were not up front about it. read more

Huge selection! I did not think my experience here would be great but it was fantastic! My stylist was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! She stayed around my budget. Atmosphere is fun. I would hands down recommend anyone looking to buy a dress go to bridal gallery. The customer service is impeccable. This has been the craziest year to get married dealing with COVID and this shop has made the process seamless. We had a mixup on our end with bridesmaid dresses and because of it we were in a pinch to get dresses ordered and here on time for the wedding. The manager Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find a dress for each of my girls in the color & style we were looking for. 1. I was rushed through my appointment, wasn't able to try on all the dresses I was interested in, and was pushed into purchasing a dress I didn't know if I even liked. 2. When contacting the store to ask to cancel the purchase because I ended up hating the way the dress looked on me in pictures, I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would be responsible for the remaining balance regardless. 3. After an unexpected expense I again contacted the store to explain I didn't think I would be able to afford the dress, I was again told I needed to pay the balance or I would be sent to small claims court. I have never dealt with a company that was so unwilling to work with me. If you buy a dress from this company for one of the happiest days of your life don't expect to be able to change your mind. Rude. Not helpful. Didn't give me the time of day. I went in to look at different colors/styles of bridesmaid dresses. I'm such a visual person I just wanted to see what I liked online in person. They told me to figure out exactly what I wanted before coming to them to ask for help. read more

If I could rate this company 0/5 I would! My dress zipper broke as soon as I put it on and I had to sew it up and safety pin it just to get through the wedding. I then talked to them and the designer and tried to get a refun because I was unable to wear this dress again. They were extremely difficult and rude about it. I did not get my full amount and had to forfeit the dress. I lost about $150 for a dress that was broken as soon as I put it on and couldn't even keep it to fix it later. We bought all of the bridal party and brides dress here and we were told we were getting a big discount on each dress. This dress was supposed to be $75 and ended up being $225. Then all of this happened. Horrible service and horrible inventory. read more

Unfortunately, bridal gallery did not make this a good experience for me. Nearly everything about my tuxes for my wedding were messed up. When issues were called in, instead of apologizing for making such huge mistakes on one of the most important days of my life, they proceeded to tell us that the mistakes are our responsibility to fix. I would NOT pay $175 for these tuxes if I were you. Choose another store. read more
