I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was part of a bridal shower, and all of us purchased our dresses from this location. At our first appointment, we were measured by their staff. They mentioned they didn't have a seamstress onsite, which was fine, we trusted their measuring would be accurate. However, when the dresses arrived, every single one of them was at least two sizes too big. Instead of working with us or offering a solution, the staff basically told us there were "no take backs" and that we were stuck with what we bought. For reference, I am 4'9" and 114 lbs, and they measured me for a size 12 dress, completely unreasonable. Now, with only a week before the wedding, I'm forced to pay an additional $280 to have the dress altered, on top of the $395 already spent. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. Today was my first visit to this new showroom dedicated to the Bridal Reflections Brides Maids. My best friend said Yes to the Dress at their location across the street on Broadway and today we shopped for our gowns. First impression was what a adorable shop !!!! Brides Maids your dreams have come true. What do women love ? All things blush pink !!!! We arrived for our 12:30 appointment and eyeballed a few wine colored gowns we liked. I got to try on several different styles and colors. The unfortunate part here was that there weren't many bigsizes to really get an idea of a true fit from. Which I expected, which is why you order. We decided on a beautiful Bill Levkoff off the shoulder gown with a split and deep V along the bust line. They definitely have something for everyone here. If you want superb service and a glamorous experience, I definitely recommend shopping at Bridal Reflections! The ladies there were so sweet and welcoming! They were extremely patient with me while I picked out my dress (as the selection is enormous), and were genuinely dedicated to making sure I felt gorgeous in my gown as I got it fitted for my wedding. The dress I chose was a fairly simple one and I thought to myself that this would be just fine, but the ladies who were helping me kindly shared that I should add some shimmer under the top layer of the skirt's fabric, a beaded belt, a blush veil to go with my cathedral-length veil, and some embroidery on the end of my cathedral veil just to jazz it up a bit. My daughter said YES to a dress, but it wasn't at Kleinfeld's. It was at Bridal Reflections. This was our last stop in a 2-day marathon of bridal gown shopping, and what a WONDERFUL time we had. My younger daughter and I traveled from Los Angeles to be with my older daughter who lives in New York to begin her search (and ultimately end her search) for her wedding gown. No matter what salon we tried, every single dress was gorgeous on my daughter. At one point, my other daughter and I yelled at her (in jest) to stop making our choices more difficult. She has a knockout figure that she works darn hard to maintain, so each and every dress was absolutely stunning on her. Here at Bridal Reflections, my daughter's consultant was Danielle, and she was very sweet and helpful. (We really had very knowledgeable and helpful consultants at each salon we visited.) My daughter told Danielle what she was looking for, and the dresses were all different and unique, and of course, my daughter looked stunning in each. She ultimately chose a dress from this salon because the price was half the cost than at another salon she was tempted to buy from. Considering how expensive the wedding will end up costing, she was completely swayed by the savings here. I will eventually post a picture of her in her gown... but not until after the wedding. Mum's a word till then.... but I'm writing my review now for the excellent service we received thus far. I came here after not liking my original dress from another store. It was just me and the sales woman. I tried on a few dresses, we bounced our opinions off one another and I chose a dress off the rack bc it wouldn't be made in time for my wedding. She was very professional and real. As for the alteration's department, they are the sweetest group of people. I came for my fitting crying bc of life stresses, I forgot my shoes, I had my hair and make up done for this fitting, and they said, put ur dress on, and we will take some pictures. She came back minutes later and was like "do you have the dress on that's in there" and then told her to step out to see it in the mirror. Gave my sister no help whatsoever. I booked an appt here three months in advance because it was the only day I could get my loved ones all together and this store is 1 of 3 bridal stores on LI that have the dress I love and was so excited to try on. I got a phone call two weeks before my appointment to tell me it was cancelled due to the fire and that there were no appointments available at the other location. The person on the phone didn't seem phased at the fact that I literally could not schedule another day, hence why I booked three months in advance. I understand the fire is obviously not their fault but the fact that they didn't reach out to me until two weeks prior to my appointment and left me scrambling trying to find another store with this dress and an open appointment slot is completely unfair. I should have been contacted to reschedule far more than two weeks out. Was really sad about the lack of customer service here. read more

My experience at Bridal Reflections was amazing! Originally I'd worked with Debbie at their Carle Place location. She was everything you'd want your consultant to be but unfortunately I was unable to find "the dress" at that particular store. I was adamant on patronizing this business because of the excellent customer service we received from Debbie. She told me about this Massapequa location and said they had alot more options that would appeal to my chosen style of dress. The appointment was setup for me and the consultants were told about a few dresses that Debbie thought I'd love. Three weeks later, I arrived at this location and was greeted warmly by Joe and Geena. Geena was actually my consultant and she was great. I can be a little picky and stern (especially bc its for a once in a lifetime experience like my wedding) but Geenas composure was impressive. She was cool as cucumber and listened to my preferences. I never felt rushed the entire hour n a half were there and the other consultants were helpful in creating my vision as well. I ended up purchasing the most perfect, stunning, absolutely breathtaking Enzoani dress here. The manager Allie was amazing as well! So sweet and helpful. She also gave me some really awesome tips in reference to accessories and all that. Thank u!!! I'm soo happy I purchased my dress here. It is straight up gorgeous! UPDATE: I had a bad experience at this salon, but updating my review as they responded quickly to correct the issue. My dress arrived in the mail less than two months before the wedding, with stains throughout on the skirt and missing the custom slit I asked for. I called the salon and followed up over email with pictures of the dress, asking if there was anything that could be done. While they did offer for me to bring the dress in for cleaning, I live ~2hrs away and wouldn't have a free weekend to make it with the wedding so close. I didn't receive a response after that. After two more weeks passed, I decided to give it up and found a local cleaner to fix the issue. That said, I was pretty taken aback by the lack of response so I followed up and left a review here. Thankfully, the team responded right away to my follow up and negative review, and they handled the situation well. I called Celine, and I do want to give her a lot of credit - she was very nice and expressed very sincere apologies. Not the greatest, but end of the day I'm glad everything was fixed. The appointment I had to try my dress on was easy going and the girl I worked with, Danielle was so helpful. I also appreciated the fact that the lady who measured me for my gown measured me perfectly. The day I got to "try and see" my gown was perfect and I was so happy that the sizes I was measured for made the perfect fit for my wedding gown. When it came time to looking for a veil I went again and the ladies working there were very helpful in bringing out different styled veils and were very complimentary to the brides when they were trying things on. I found the service to be horrible. Nice with a side of sarcasm, Ordered a dress & paid for it in full, which I shouldn't have. Our party was told they don't do alterations but was assured that minimal adjustments might be needed after the dress comes in. We were never called and had to contact them to find out the dresses where in. Mine was ridiculously big. It needed much more than a hem. They new of my disappointment said there wasn't anything they could do but that the dress was alterable. This dress needed to be made into another entirely new dress. No customer service, no accountability, no caring or trying to find a way to fix this situation. We were handed a 10% off discount card as we walked out the door. I wrote a letter to the VP of Bridal Reflections. I received a call the next day and thought "wow" she is on top of things. All she did was argue with me about their policy and how they order dresses. That it was by a chart, mistakes never happen. Mistakes do happen and she wasn't even considering that was what may have happened. Not about how we could find a way to fix this situation in time for the wedding. I told her how i paid for the dress in full, based on their reputation and said i could have just left a deposit. Her response was, "thank you." Quite honestly I am not sure how someone with such an attitude deals with clients in this manner and gets away with it. I'm stuck with this dress that I paid in full for, that is much to big and I guess that's on me. A good business would have helped with an alternative even if the mistake was mine...which obviously it wasn't as I didn't measure myself. Wedding gown: Bridal reflections 2/10 The customer service is horrible. My SIL recommended here from 10 years ago but clearly things have changed. The only good part of the experience was the sales guy Joe who actually made trying on dresses fun. Once the dress came in though beware it's a different location and different department completely. They make you wait a long time even with an appointment. They never helped me try on veils and when I requested it ahead of time before one of my appointments they still didn't have anyone available to help me. When I found one I liked they couldn't find the style number yet wanted to charge me $350 since that was what their estimate for the veil would be (obviously I said call me back when you actually get the style number and I'll pay, in which they never got back to me so I had to order a veil elsewhere). They changed my tailor on my LAST fitting before pickup without telling me (meanwhile all my appts were on same days and times each week so I was under assumption the same tailor who had been working w my body the entire time would be there for the final changes). Just overall an experience that never once made me have that special bride feeling like other girls seem to have at other bridal boutiques. Don't waste your time, at least not in Massapequa. The seamstress I had was good and did listen to my requests but hated that they changed the seamstress the last minute and they also charge an absurd amount on alterations (especially compared to David's bridal - or even take to your own tailor). I only kept it bc once you have the contract obviously there's no way out, understandably. read more

I went to Bridal Reflections to look for a gown for my son's wedding. My sales person was Ann D. in Massapequa, evening wear department. She was so amazing to deal with and made the entire process easy and pleasant. I explained what I was looking for and Ann took it from there. She had a lot of patience and made me feel very comfortable instantly. The only difficult part was that I fell in love with six dresses and had to make a decision. I made another appointment to show the dresses to a few friends and Ann was just as courteous and patient as she was the first time. Today I made my final decision and ordered my dress. We went shopping for my sister's wedding dress the day before Thanksgiving, and Jody served us. She could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about wedding gowns. My appointment was for 6:30 pm on a Wednesday, and I was able to schedule it all via text message- so convenient! My assistant was running a little late because her previous appointment was running into mine. I honestly can't even complain about this because she showed me where to look at dresses while she finished up, and apologize so genuinely and then stayed late with me- well past the store's closing time! So for the majority of my appointment I had the store all to myself which was an amazing experience. My assistant, I feel awful I don't remember her name, was great! She listened closely to my style and what I wanted and pulled me the best gowns I had tried on in my search. She was also the best at pining the dress- no huge ugly clips, but nicely pinned so it was easier to see what the dress may look like. read more

I'll never come here again. Now that I'm the one searching for wedding dresses, I know well enough not to come here, from past experience. Sadly, my sister did not and we came here and it ended up being beyond awful. My sister called a few weeks before her desired appointment date, and gave them the run down. She mentioned that she was a plus size bride and they assured her that there would be plenty of dresses for her to try on. They lied. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment but waited and waited, almost 45 minutes past the said time. No one apologized, they just kept saying appointments were running late. There was barely anyone in our sight the entire time we were there. Finally, when someone decided to grace us with their presence (which is exactly how they made us feel) they brought us downstairs. There was no one else in the lower level of the store. The woman who helped us was a monster. She was rude, cold, and could care less about my sisters requests. She just came to us and said "there is only 3 dresses in the entire store you can try on and they're out of your price range." Ummm, excuse me?! True, professional, bridal salons as all of these questions before they have a bride even make an appointment, so that was their fault! Also, even when she decided to try dresses on, it took the woman about half an hour to find a dress. It was such a waste of time. I will never come here again. I don't need to feel like a second class citizen when trying to find the most important dress of my life. Do yourself a favor, if you want to feel good about yourself, skip this place completely. We walked in and it was a beautiful salon. The dresses were behind mirrored doors, it was clean, put together just beautiful!
