Took my Cadillac in for a blend door job, they cracked my windshield, tried to return the car to me like it was always there, after I asked why there was a huge crack in my front windshield then manager tried to call me liar and tell me it was like that when I brought the car into the shop for work. Not only are they lying about damaging my car. I've now been waiting over 48hrs to be contacted back about a resolution and the supposed camera footage they have of my car w the crack in the windshield when I dropped it off initially. The owner won't make himself known and has requested the manager not give out his information, not have they provided and documents proving my car was already damaged although we have more than enough evidence to support that the car was perfectly fine except the work that needed to be done. Now I'm replacing a front windshield too. I hope these filthy animals rot hell.. don't do business w these scumbagz read more

They replaced parts on my old car that were fine -everything but the part causing the problem-the water pump. If a hundred codes come up they'll try to fix them all except the one you need . That guy Mark will say "Have a blessed day " after he's bled your wallet dry. If you truly want to have a Blessed Day steer clear of this place and find yourself an honest shop . read more

They had the car for a MONTH. Couldn't get guaranteed engine they put in to run So they took car to dealer. Dealer says it's a bad engine with low compression in cylinders and a spark plug broke off inside So after paying $2000. To USA And a thousand in car rental. We have to pay $8000. To dealer. USA owner was supposed to contact us. Has NEVER contacted us. We were told at least thirty times he would call. We want our $2000 back for the BAD GUARANTEED ENGINE Do not do business with this place. read more

Returning home from California, having been stationed out there the last 8-years, I was looking for a local mechanic for routine repairs. They were recommended first to my parents a couple years back by our neighbors. My parents after being completely satisfied with the work they have done on their vehicles now recommended them to me. I was expecting a higher bill at checkout time but was pleasantly surprised with what I owed. Went in for a rattle under the car. My neighbor told me it was probably a muffler system. When I got tj USA muffler , the guy in the front (Mark I think) got me right in. He kept me informed of what was going on, and ultimately it was not the entire system, but just a broken support hanger. 40 bucks and 30 minutes later i was out the door. These guys are great. ended up trading in my car but went here for a loud exhaust and they clearly communicated the wait time, cost, etc. thought it would be a LOT more than it was but ended up being only $150. now have a new vehicle but would go here again if i needed to. read more

I was a little worried about this place but it was the nearest mechanic when my Civic wouldn't start. Turned out to just be a starter. I was quoted $480. Found a 10% off repairs coupon on their website and used that with no arguments when I brought it in. Total came out to $367 which I think is fairly reasonable. I dropped it off on a Friday around 2 and they had it done Saturday at noon, which I thought was incredibly fast. Seemed like an honest place but some reviews have warned otherwise. Went to USA Muffler in Griffith, Indiana on 1/1/19 because my 2003 Buick Lesabre wouldn't start. I called them & had it towed there. the manager was Ben & told me I needed a PCM & a cam sensor to get my car running right & pass emissions. I went back there so many times & they never fixed my car to run right! Been w/o a car for over 3 months now & they don't want to fix the parts I was charged for. This place is a big rip off! Don't go there unless you want to be told lies & them telling you that you need more parts after it was scanned 3 times & they said they also did a smoke test. They had the car for over a week & when I got it back it was misfiring, stalling sucking more gas than usual, running rough idle, etc. Took it to Car-X who checked it out for 6 hrs. & said it was a faulty PCM! My car was running great until it died on the date above. They bullshit you & try to scam you into buying more parts after they told me what I needed from 3 diagnostic checks & a smoke test! I really regret ever taking it there & am now consulting with a lawyer. I'm on a fixed income....social security & they told me on 4/8/19 that I would have to pay again for a diagnostic & for labor on the used PCM they put in! They elevate your stress even more when you go there to talk to them about fixing my car so it runs good again! Really BAD way to do business & wouldn't recommend them to my enemy if I had one! They suck & ruined the only transportation I had!!! Really pissed off!!! Also when I got my car back they said I needed a catylitic converter & a vent valve solenoid too to pass emissions but the engine light came only after 90 miles so I went back again & they told me I needed a tune-up. Why didn't they detect all of this when my car was there for over a week???!!! They just want to take your money & run & the quality of their work sucks! Also when I got my car back after the second time I noticed a bad smell coming in through the vents & popped the hood to find they left the air filter duct completely off where the PCM is & took off my plug wire & put a used one on when nothing was wrong w/ the old one & left it rubbing against the manifold that fried the wire half way through so I took it back again! I'm done w/ their bullshit & lies & it's time to get my car fixed the right way!!! I live in Griffith, Ind. read more
