Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. It's cool that they have tvs positioned above you so you can watch Netflix or other shows while you're at your appointment. They also have a portable X-Ray camera, which I've never seen before, and thought that was really cool. Definitely recommend!

The dentist also talked me through what to look for when buying toothpaste and mouthwash, and provided scientific explanations for which products work best. The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

I have extreme anxiety related to dental procedures including cleanings due to sensitive gums. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant first time experience with the hygienist that day & even felt ashamed by her remarks. I wish there was more caring bedside manners especially coming in as a new patient & informing her of personal struggles but I decided to come back for a second appointment to fix other dental issues. The assistant that day was very kind and even noticed when I would tense up. She immediately reassured me and encouraged me to relax as best as I can. It was so helpful and I truly appreciated it. Dr. Metwali was informative, answered questions without rushing, and made the procedures go smoothly. I didn't have any post procedures issues besides the expected soreness from local injections. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted at the front desk by the lady I had spoken to on the phone. She was equally friendly in person. She greeted me with a smile, collected my co-pay and let me know that the hygienist would be with me soon. After a quick wait time, I was retrieved from the lobby (which is beautiful btw) and taken back to a procedure room. I have periodontal disease and need to have cleanings done more often than most. After my previous bad experience, I waited a while before looking for a new dentist so I needed a major deep cleaning. After my teeth were examined, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning that would be a bit uncomfortable, so they would do it in two appointments. I appreciated that I wouldn't have to do it all at once. I had the first half done and scheduled to come back in a couple of weeks for the other part. The hygienist took her time with my teeth and made sure I was comfortable. She did a wonderful job explaining everything that she did. I am Ok to stand while I wait" She then said "if you don't go sit down I am going to call the police". I mean I was stunned. I am an average weight and height 70 y/o female. I could not believe it. It took me about 10 seconds to realize that something was wrong and me standing silently waiting was not it. I left. I mean! What have we come to? I do not recommend this place unless you are willing to obey any request, regardless. This was quite a threatening situation...to get my teeth fixed. There are dental clinics on every corner.
