I have gotten Abby Jane 31 times in the past 12 months. This place is incredible -- the bread is…read moregreat, the cookies and baked treats are awesome, and the croissants and pastries are the best in the area IMO. They also happen to have perfect soft serve ice cream for a hot afternoon. The real gem for me is the danish though. They change the flavor every week, and I've had maybe 5 different danishes from here that are tied together for the best baked good I've ever bought. It's great every time and often unique, and I don't know how they manage to find so many delicious combinations. My 3 year old daughter loves to come, they have nice outdoor and indoor seating, and the bathrooms are always clean and kid friendly.

Very underwhelming. Purchased a variety of items…read more Chocolate chip cookie- 50% cornstarch? Was ok. Earl grey cookie- most flavor out of everything. Cinnamon roll- real cinnamon taste, not like the cheap powder stuff. Favorite. Chocolate chai twistie- Where is the chocolate? Where is the chai? No flavor...... Almond monkey bread- underbaked? It tasted like raw dough.... couldn't eat the rest. Where is the almond flavor? Carrot cake scone- Where was the flavor of carrot cake??? Jalapeño sausage roll- very nice bouncy bread Overall, I was confused. I was expecting big flavor profiles from other reviews. I felt out of place as soon as I walked in. This place is for the rich. Cashier seemed she didn't want to be there.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Thyme & Dough…read more Per my confirmed order ticket, I arrived and placed my order at 9:13 a.m. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, and my total came to $42.80, including a 20% tip. After waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I asked around 9:34 a.m. how much longer my order would take. Instead of simply apologizing or providing an update, the employee checked my payment time and told me that the wait was "right on target" for a good breakfast. When I politely expressed that the wait seemed excessive for what I had ordered, she reiterated that this was normal and that good food takes time to prepare. I didn't feel those comments were necessary--they made me feel dismissed rather than understood. She also stated there had been a long line ahead of us, which wasn't accurate. When I arrived at 9:13, there was only one customer finishing her order at the register. I finally received my food at approximately 9:38 a.m. While I understand that fresh food takes time, a 25-minute wait for two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, especially with no proactive communication, felt excessive. A simple acknowledgment of the delay or a more empathetic response would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns were brushed aside. Between the lengthy wait, the dismissive interaction, and the overall experience, I didn't feel the service justified the price or the 20% tip that was included in my purchase. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Let me start by saying we drove over an hour to get here and the hand pies were more than worth it…read more We got the following hand pies and rolls: steak slice, chicken pot pie slice, jalapeño sausage roll, spiced lamb roll, and ham & Munster pie. Every single one of them...simply awesome!!! Even when I had done the next day warmed up, still amazing! My wife and son got lemon bars, millionaires shortbread and peach cobbler scones and they were also very good. My only complaint and why this isn't a five star review is because they pretty much had one person making coffee and taking/delivering orders. There were two other employees there while this was happening, but one guy was on his phone until he saw the entire line looking at him before he skulked off to the back and another person washing pans. She was busy but when she finished, she just stared at the line and then walked to the back as well. I get people may not be trained for every job, but this poor girl getting slammed and doing everything herself needed help. At least pretend to ask. An older gentleman walked in and went behind the counter, surveyed the line, checked a pastry fridge to make sure that it was stocked up, went to back briefly and walked out. No one ever helped the poor girl at the front counter. Food is amazing, but you may be waiting quite a while to order if they keep this up. Will we return....heck yes. I just hope they get the front area more help.

It is the cutest little coffee shop with ample seating inside and out. There is street parking available, which was easy enough to find on a Tuesday morning and also a lot in the back. I was with my 2 kids so we ordered a sugar cookie, mango + pear smoothie, croissant (with ham, egg, and swiss cheese), and I got myself their seasonal speciality (blackberry matcha). Everything was so delicious! To no surprise, my kids scarfed down the cookie to which I can only assume was delicious. I did get to try a bite of the ham, egg, and swiss croissant and it was delicious. The croissant was perfectly flakey! The smoothie tasted super fresh. However, the star of the show was definitely the iced blackberry matcha latte. What a unique and delicious flavor! A tad on the sweet side for me so in the future, I might ask for half sweet; but this will have to be stop whenever we are in the area.

Our drinks were served piping hot, and had a strong, robust and delicious flavor. The chocolate chip banana bread left much to be desired. It was very dense and served cold. In retrospect I should've asked if they could warm it up - I'd recommend asking for any of their pastries as otherwise it's served cold. I would have appreciated it if they proactively offered this option. The space is big and comfortable to work in, socialize, or have some quality "me" time.

They have some really unique flavors of deserts - Whiskey Pecan, Pumpkin Caramel Latte, Lemon Vodka Cheesecake, etc. The pies run in the mid-twenties, and some cakes in the forties. It's better to check out the website for current pricing. But there are some deals like 3 mini pies so you can taste some different selections at a reasonable price. And today we got two cake slices at $5 each. The carrot cake was more frosting than cake. I didn't taste any nuts in it. And maybe because it wasn't suppose to have any. I'm not recommending it. It was blah. The holiday special was the Pumpkin Caramel Latte cake . It is seasonal. It looked awfully good with some caramel stripping on it. I found the cake to not be spectacular, but title certainly did seem promising. The gentleman waiting on me was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. The bakery was clean and had lots of cakes and pies. Well stocked and gave people opportunity to look at them. I recommend a tasting before a full cake/pie purchase. I am glad I bought a slice vs. a full cake, I would have been very disappointed if I had gotten a full cake/pie.
