I wanted to try something new. I usually go to new york city for a car wash but I said let me try it. I really didn't like it. They didn't wash it very well left dirty marks. They didn't clean the windows correctly left finger marks. They didn't dry the car completely at least where it mattered to avoid water marks. They didn't vacuum the inside of the car the back seats were still dirty with crumbs. When they put my floor mats they wet the seats and left them wet, didn't even wipe it. Not worth the 22.79 plus tax. Very displeased looks high end but the quality of service isn't it. I should have gone further done the block to the other car hand wash in the area been there a few times and they are way better then these guys. read more

This place does a good job on the exterior. But when I get a car wash I am looking to see how well the interior is cleaned. Did they wipe the cup holders? The dash? Ect? No they did not. It was very disappointing to pay 21$ for them to wash my minivan and they only vacuumed the inside...almost no wiping. There is a lot of car washes in the area -- next time I'm going elsewhere. Average car wash, but watch your belongings. My garage pass was in my car when I brought it in and now it's gone. Since they can't find it in their trash can, they told me the pass was never in my car. So now I have to pay $75 to replace it. I have been bringing all my Mercedes there for over 20 years. They are polite professional and the owner is a stand up guy gave me a few free bs for being a long time customer. I have left many expensive items laying around & never was anything lifted. My tip given is never less than a fin. They all try the best to please. And I'm one particular dude. read more

Cheap wash at a premium price. They use cheap dirty terry towels to dry the car, leaving scratches. Plus, owner/cashier will give you a dirty look and an attitude. There are much better choices in the area. read more

Rushed car wash. I noticed an expensive item was missing from my car immediately after leaving the car wash. I called immediately, and explained the situation. I asked them to please check the vacuum and/or garbage for the item (without blame or suggesting intent). The receptionist refused, and I asked to speak to the manager, and she said he was not there and would call me back. I called back several times and he was never there....shocker. After my fifth call, the receptionist appeared to be frustrated and called me a bit$ch. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have gone back in person, but was honestly scared to after this clearly unprofessional and aggressive behavior. I paid $190 dollar for a full detail. The guy did a decent job on vacuuming the inside and wash the car. However, the car seat was still dirty. I asked the owner and the guy who cleaned my car as to why the car seat is still dirty. They both said the dirt is too deep to clean. After paying and tipping, even though it was a crummy job. I decided to search how to clean car fabric. I purchased Blue Coral for 5 dollar and a micro fiber cloth for 3 dollar and a tooth brush. And you know what, that did wonders. my background: I know how to professionally detail a car, to levels most people, "Wow you are crazy." I work in the area, and it pains me people time and time line up to get their car damaged.... Their towels are not MF. so every time they wipe down your car, you are paying for them to marr your paint. Saw a 200k lambo get a detail there. Guy clays your car with water, with a buffer that Looks like its never been cleaned. You don't buff a car with a wool pad its new! Guy picks up a towel of the ground and drys the lambo with it. I really wanted to jump out and tell him he just did 1-2k damage on your paint. I tell everyone, If you have to get a car wash, make sure they don't touch your paint unless its heavily lubed. Drying will cause the most damage on your car. read more

Came in for a wash and left disappointed. The wash itself was fine but the windows were cleaned horribly and they wiped down the car with shower towels it seemed like. My rims weren't cleaned but my carpets were done well. $12 for a exterior car wash is too expensive considering they wash your car with a garden hose. You can have your car power washed and vacuumed for the same price almost everywhere else. The guy inside is also very rude, crappy service. read more
