I've been using Bridge Yard Care for over 2 years now and finally decided to write a review. Daniel is warm, professional, flexible, and caring. He has helped me clean up my yard from crazy weed growth and now services my yard monthly for a very reasonable fee. He goes above and beyond and even fixed a broken sprinkler for me (I didn't even know about it) at no additional charge. One day after Daniel visited, my next door neighbor came and asked me for Daniel's information because she thought he seemed so nice and professional. She now uses him too. Danny with Bridge Yard Care is phenomenal! I had neglected my yard and let the weeds and trimming get out of hand due to my busy schedule. So I needed to have someone take care of it. I got in contact with Danny. He asked me to text him some photos of the yard to give me a rough quote on the work that needed to be done. It was initially just cleanup but after talking to Danny I decided to get rid of four mature bushes that had been an eye sore to me as well. I got in contact with Danny yesterday evening and he came out to my home the following morning to do the work. THAT IS CRAZY! Not even 24 hours from speaking with him he was at my house doing the work. He got rid of those 4 bushes, trimmed all the bushes and trees and cleaned up all the weeds in my front and back yard. He did not leave any mess behind. He took it all with him. My home looks amazing! My neighbors were telling us how great it looked after. Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. He kept in great communication the entire time. Plus he seems like he really knows a lot about bushes and trees. He was naming the trees and bushes as he saw them upon walking the yard. Disappeared and disappointed! We had Danny work on our yard for a couple months and he did a decent job. Easy to communicate with, and usually showed up on schedule. Until he didn't. He was pretty consistent until Covid hit. He missed a week without following up. Out of concern we reached out and was told he had an out of town family emergency. Completely understandable. No harm no foul. We were concerned. He's a likekable guy. He continued to do our yard after and billed us for a full month of service but did not account for the week missed. When we inquired about our billing, he was great and said he would come out that week( we had service every 2 weeks). Then he stopped coming, never billed us or collected on the bill he last sent. We reached out to him after a 3 or 4 weeks to follow up to pay him (because the schedule was off since the missed service and made up service) and to see if he was okay. At this point we were genuinely worried that he may have been sick or nursing a sick loved one. We did not want to hire a replacement in the event that he was dealing with a family emergency and planned to continue our service. We both reached out and heard nothing. We hope Danny is okay. Service was good but his communication tanked. If he is healthy, we truly hope so, and I believe he is based on the timeline of new posts , he should have responded, even to quit, rather than have people concerned. It's a text. read more
