AMAZING service! I had a massive Palm Tree that was right in front of my house. I hate having palm trees and unfortunately I have about 20. They removed the tree while I was at work on Tuesday and when I came home I was sooooooo surprised to see how nice it looks without it! I'm saving my money to get rid of all of them. It was great having Erik here today, with the Henrie crew and trucks! Excellent work on my parent's trees in the backyard, one trimmed and the other taken out. The truck grinder chewed everything up and they left the property looking so nice and clean. They even did a little extra work and got all the leaves under the awning/roof area cleaned out as well. We just had 2 trees trimmed today. The African Sumac was done ok, but they totally hacked our beautiful oak tree. We gave specific instructions to the estimator and today to the guys that trimmed and they did not listen. Instead of just trimming back they literally hacked off chunks of the tree! The only other thing they did good was clean up. I would have rather had my beautiful tree still looking beautiful. Very, very disappointed! read more

I contacted Nevada Tree service to give their opinion on whether to remove a slanted pine tree in our backyard. Lee came out to our home, the same week I made the appointment. I told him our concerns and that I thought the tree might do damage to our property. Lee was very knowledgeable and gave me his honest opinion. His opinion was that our tree is a good healthy tree that provides shade and it does not pose a risk in damaging our property. I appreciated his honesty in that we didn't need to remove the tree, if it wasn't necessary. He didn't try to sell us a service we did not need. Ultimately, we kept the tree. If we have any other tree servicing needs in the future. We will make sure to go through them. read more

I have a big tree in front of my house & needed a professional tree service to trim & make sure those big pieces did not hit my roof. From my first call, I talked to Kristen who is friendly & a delight to speak with. From there she sent out Brad the main arborist to asses my needs, Brad is very knowledgeable & friendly as well. I told him of my concern about those big tree branches hitting my house and breaking my tiles, and he said not to worry they would use the bucket with lift to make sure nothing even came close to my house. And they did a perfect job. I had a couple small trees that were dead, at the end of the job I called Kristen who put me in touch with Brad and they removed those trees as well for me. On a friends recommendation I contacted Nevada Tree Service regarding two large trees at my property that needed Attention. I spoke with Ashley at their office who arranged for Lee to come out the next day to take a look at the trees and give me a free estimate for the work required. I met with Lee the next day, assessed the trees and made recommendations as to what was needed to manage the tree growth which had been getting out of control for a couple of years. Plenty of factual information and a quote to do the work, no pressure no hard sell! The quote was very reasonable for the work that needed to be carried out. We agreed the price and I spoke with Ashley to Schedule the work about 5 days later, all very easy and straightforward. On the designated day, the 'Tree Crew' arrived about 20 minutes early . They went over the work to be done and explained how any why things would be done to the trees. They carried out the work in an efficient, professional, friendly and timely fashion. They also gave me some great advice about pruning my trees and bushes. When it came to the end of the job , they went over what they had done and started to clean up any debris left behind, they used an industrial wood chipper to deal with everything removed from the trees. All in all a very fast effective, friendly and cost effective service from end to end. I have no hesitation in recommending Nevada Tree Service. A five star service for sure. read more

They were professional and did good work. The only problem was they have an estimator come out and you agree on the job and price but then a week later a whole different crew comes and does the job different. The estimator and I talked about how much of my palm they were going to cut but then the workers came and I feel didn't cut as much of the palms leaves off that we agreed on, so a little info seems lost in translation but they did good work for the job they did and it was also very hot in July in Vegas. read more

Nevada Tree Service is the best! In this day and age when it's a gamble on whether or not someone shows up for an estimate let alone to do the actual work - Nevada Tree Service is a sure bet! (Sorry for the Vegas puns!) I needed a 60 foot high eucalyptus tree removed from my back yard, and two very overgrown Mesquite trees trimmed and shaped in the front. When I called them to set up an appointment for a quote, the appointment was made AND kept. The estimator was very thorough in explaining what would be done and the price. I got several quotes, including one from an independent guy who said he'd do it for a ridiculously low price that (of course) I couldn't pass up. Well - you DO get what you pay for! Two guys with a pick up truck showed up, five hours late. I had visions of a job done half-assed and sent them away. Then I called back Nevada Tree Service and set up the appointment for the work to be done. On the day of the tree removal, FIVE men from Nevada Tree Service showed up at my door, and ON TIME!! And they had a huge truck, a chipper, and a root/stump grinder. They got right to work...and literally - no joke - within an hour and 15 minutes - the tree and stump was gone, my two mesquites were shaped and thinned - and they were finished, the mess cleaned up, and they were gone! I couldn't believe it!! Nevada Tree Service provided professional, skillful and conscientious work. They showed up on time. They came, they conquered. And I will definitely use them in the future!! Last year, our daughter had her people come out to clean up our yard and the palm trees. Fast forward to this year, I call those same people and I am told that I declined the free estimate and they didn't need our business. Ok then. Came to Yelp and luck of the draw decided to get an estimate from Nevada Tree Service for the palm trees. Lee came out and gave us an estimate, took the time to explain what they would do and when it should be done. Got the appointment a couple of weeks later, due to allowing the palm trees to "shed" their fruit stalks. Showed up when they said they would, cleaned up like they said they would. They were in and out efficiently. Best of all, I could send them a check in the mail and not have to do credit card, etc. Most definitely would recommend and use again. No complaints. read more
