My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. The next day, first thing in the morning, I was contacted via phone and the owner of the company would arrive at our house to give us an estimate for repair this afternoon. Michael the company's owner, arrived and looked at the valve and gave me the estimate with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. I asked for estimates with other companies, Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company's estimate was reasonable and offered a better warranty, so we decided to go with them. A couple days later Michael the company's owner came by and did the replacement himself. It took Michael less than half an hour to complete the replacement. He replaced, our system with a brand-new solenoid valve, filter and pressure regulator. I waited several days to make sure the valve and fittings did not leak and it was perfect, no leaks. Michael was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, personable, down to earth and he answered all of my questions and he actually adjusted my Rainbird system to make it run more efficiently. We are happy with Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company service; Michael is our go to guy for any and all repairs and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We set a date (07/06/26) for the replacement and what I thought was a fair negotiated price ($250), it really ended not being a fair price at all. Paco initially wanted $280, I negotiated with him to $250. Even at $250 he was higher than all others by $50-$100 more. I asked him if I could use my credit card, he said yes but there would be 4% surcharge. I didn't agree with that, so I asked if he could wave that, he reluctantly agreed. So, date and price was set. Come Monday 07/06/26, he claims his credit card service isn't working, so I agreed to a Zelle payment. Our appointment was for Monday (07/06/26 at 11:30; not only did his credit card service not work according to him, but he continued to change his arrival time. He texted me he was running behind on 07/06/26 and now would arrive no later than 12:30. By this time I'm seeing many red flags. I called him @ 11:46 on 07/06/26 to verify with him that he would arrive no later than 12:30 and was still intact. While confirming his 12:30 time, now he tells me 1 O'clock and blames me for his late arrival because I called to verify the time. During our conversation on the phone he kept interrupting me, talking over me, telling me I was upset that I couldn't use my credit card (furthest from the truth), and that I set the price for the job and so forth. I told him, I no longer needed his services, he was rude and not accommodating or respectful of my time and needs. Who wants to invite someone to their home after a terrible text and phone conversation, NO THANK YOU! To say the least, he wasn't given the job. Be careful who you hire people.

Dave quickly diagnosed the problem and found loose wires and a disconnected grounding wire in our Rain Bird control panel. Since we've lived in the house for 3 1/2 years and never touched the controller, we were shocked to find the wiring in that condition. He also capped several broken drip heads, repaired a leaky pipe that had mold and moss growing around it, and reset the controller for summer watering. What really impressed me was the honesty and professionalism. Dave explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, was upfront about the costs, and never once tried to sell us services we didn't need. His son was equally helpful and took the time to explain Nevada's watering laws, which we knew nothing about coming from Hawaii. The price was very reasonable, the quality of the work was outstanding, and they left us feeling confident that everything was fixed correctly. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty, customer service, and quality workmanship. It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. It may look pretty bare now but that's to be expected with how overgrown and dead that half of the tree was!! (The original tree was botched by a neighbor chopping off one limb years ago). The tree reached well over my second story window, so I was worried it'd be too big of a job. Other places quoted me much, much, much higher (around $500+). This job was $275, very fair, and for how much work they did during the hottest part of the day, I was very pleased! I'm really happy with the service and Nelson's team did an amazing job with clean-up. They gave me a decent price that was fair and included haul away, debris, got rid of the invasive tree suckers, and they even blew away all my dead leaves lining my driveway!! They were done with the tree removal within an hour and a half and left my yard completely clean. He even offered his services to plant a new Tree if I wanted to and recommended several different plants and trees and offered to do the work again at a VERY Reasonable price. The employees showed up an hour early but didn't ring the doorbell and went straight to thr backyard. I didn't know they were with southwest landscape until I asked. They have re shaped all of out mature trees and bushes, which previous owners neglected for years. They don't blow debris into our neighbors yards, and skim the pool when they wrap up the back yard. They even offer to set the timers for our water system. And repaired a leak in the irrigation line. Great prices, great team.

And it was cut like a bush. So now the tree will not grow back again for the reason I bought it for initially. I provided feedback, but no response nor apology on how it was cut. Please do your research on certain trees and plants before butchering them
