The first time, I brought a vehicle in for repairs that included replacing a headlight. I had to return to the shop twice because the replacement headlights were of very poor quality and kept allowing water and moisture inside. Even after they were replaced, the problem was not properly resolved. The wheel was also repaired and painted, but the color was noticeably different from the other wheels. Unfortunately, I decided to give your shop another chance and recently brought in a different vehicle for repairs. Once again, I experienced problems with the quality of the work. The repaired wheel was painted a completely different color from the other wheels, making the difference very noticeable. In addition, the bumper that was painted is already peeling after only a few days. After having quality issues with two different vehicles, I am extremely disappointed. These are not minor details. When a customer pays for professional repairs, the reasonable expectation is that the work will be done correctly, with good-quality materials and proper attention to detail. Based on my experiences, I cannot consider the workmanship I received to be professional or acceptable. I have already had to deal with repeated problems, return visits, mismatched paint, poor-quality replacement parts, and now paint peeling only days after the repair. I would like your shop to take responsibility for these issues and provide an appropriate solution to correct the work properly.
