My expectations weren't super high, but you can see the before and after pictures for yourself. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. When I pulled into the full service bay I was asked if there was a specific area of the interio I wanted focused on and before I left they had me look over the cat to make sure it was to my liking. The attendant was acting weird so I stopped and he came over and started yelling at me "can't you see I am in here" etc. Then he backed up and took a picture of my license plate and left to go inside. I backed out of the wash bay and went inside and he came out, still screaming at me and then put a white ticket into the machine - apparently, to re-start the machine - and then told me "I have all I need, I have a picture of your license plate" and went inside. Not knowing what to do I drove in - following instructions as before, green lights, etc. No prewash just got washed and got the heck out of there! This man is deranged! I am a big fan of self-service car washers with the rinse pressures, soap, and all of that. This facility has 7 dedicated bays for individual vehicles to occupy and wash. What I like is the dedicated bays as you do not feel rushed when washing your car. I know other car washes have two cars per bay so this is really nice for those wanting to take more time to wash and dry their car. Pricing is $3 for ~4 minutes so not too bad and it takes credit card / coins so most payment methods are accepted. I am happy to have found this place and look forward to visiting this on a regular basis especially with the winter months ahead.

You swipe your card and you select the services you want. No other car wash allows you to operate your own hot water power washer. Great for removing bugs on headlights, bird poop in fall, ice in winter or crusted in dirt in the wheel wells or underside of my truck. I even use it to clean my boat and jet ski. The only downside is that the driving exit is kind of tight .. let alone if you have a trailer (tip back in it). I am SOOO grateful this business is in rochester.
