Turned off the charge and restarted it using my card, but the thing would not start the rinse after pressing the buttons. Thing charged me an additional $5 to just start the thing to not work. Immensely annoying. Tried calling the help number on the office door about getting a refund for the $5 it charged me to not have it work and just got a voicemail bot. This place is a rip off.
