I started therapy with Alysaa at Brigeview for me and my daughter .All staff are wonderful and considerate.Alsaa had been doing a wonderful job. I am in a place where i am feeling great within a short period of time . She is a wonderful motivator ,a guide in experiencing your innerself analyzing and finding out different ways of coping up skills .I was recently diagnosed with PTSD and had been taking pills.My sleep was off routine.Now i can feel and see a new experience with Alysaa that motivates and encourage me to do a self research on lot coping up mechanism to be on routine and balance things to move forward as a person and family as a whole.Feel a lot of inner peace ,understanding,acceptance,let go off my past and unwanted thoughts,worries to gfade away and happiness to take over.We have satisfied and been greatful for all that they have done.Pray for all of them to be more and more successful in what they do to impact so many people's lives. I started seeing Amy at the suggestion of my psychiatrist in order to help with some sleeping issues through cognitive behavioral therapy. Honestly, I was extremely resistant - I didn't want to see a therapist, I didn't want to talk through issues, and I really didn't think CBT would help at all with my sleeping problems. I finally gave in, agreeing to "time box" the sessions to 10 weeks, just to give it a shot and see if it would help. After my first session with Amy, my wife and I both noticed improvements in my ability to fall asleep, my quality of sleep, and my overall mood and energy because of my sleep, within just a couple of days. Fast forward several months later, including multiple weeks of seeing Amy more than once a week. The 10 week "time box" is obviously well past, and I've begun to allow Amy and her expertise into more of my life and to help me deal with even more issues in my life, from being a better husband, father, employee, and just a better person in general. To be completely honest, I really wanted to not like seeing a therapist, and frankly, not like Amy. But now, I can't imagine my life without seeing Amy and having her help me through things, give me my homework, and help me to learn that I can work through mental hurdles with various strategies she's taught me. Amy has always been available - she's very prompt to return phone calls and even text messages when I have needed her, has been very flexible to work around my schedule, and genuinely cares about me and my family. If you're looking for a great therapist and someone who will care about you, get to know you, and take time for you, I highly recommend Amy. She's helped more than my sleep, she's changed my life and sticking with her past 10 weeks has been the best decision I've made in a long time. read more

I legitimately cannot say enough about Netali. No one has ever "gotten me" the way she does. Thanks to her, I feel better in every way - and because she's empowered me with the tools to better manage my life and my emotions, I am able to take what she's taught me and apply it every single day. (Sometimes without even thinking about it, which is a HUGE win in terms of newly learned behaviors.) I don't think it matters WHAT the issue is - and I've discussed them ALL with her, it seems. She is a genuine listener with one of the calmest and most soothing demeanors I've seen in any human being. (But she'll also set you straight, and I'm definitely someone who needed that!) I'm sure everyone feels this way about whatever their particular issues are, but I was nervous to see anyone to address mine. Booking that first appointment with her (and every one since) was *hands down* the best thing I have ever done for myself. I absolutely cannot recommend Netali enough. Life changer. read more

Netali is the worst most unprofessional therapist i have ever had. She charges $175 per Virtual visit she canceled 2 of my appointments and still charged me for them. she claimed that the Virtual software wasnt working. the second visit she showed up in her pajamas and didnt help me at all. im going through one of the most stressful periods of my life and she badgered me and made me feel worse. absolutely terrible person. i dont know how people like this get qualified. read more

Excellent at her practice As you already know, the search for a good therapist is difficult. In your search you have to take into account the individual's training, insights etc... After searching for over a year and talking to various professionals, I can say with full confidence that Ms. Chopra is by far one of the best in her field. She has helped my family greatly in the following areas: - Helping my elementary-school aged son deal with being more responsible, enhanced self-esteem, and improve how he deals with conflicts at school. Which has resulted in my son being more responsible for his actions and, as an added bonus, his new confidence and sense of responsibility has sparked an improvement in his grades this year. - Assisting both myself and my spouse with not only marriage issues but also are own personal issues that each of us had prior to marriage but never dealt with properly. Which has resulted in some of the best communication between us in perhaps years. While no therapist can wave a wand and make everything better, she is as close as you can get to a Miracle Worker if you are willing to speak honestly, listen with an open mind, and follow her suggestions. She has great empathic ability to understand you when you don't fully understand yourself and helps you to to understand whatever you are feeling. There truly is hope out there! read more

It can be challenging to find a therapist that you connect with. I am so grateful that I found Netali Chopra. If you are reading this I would recommend contacting her. I feel like I have made progress with her guidance and direction. I feel that I am growing stronger and have a better understanding of my self and life with each visit and conversation. EXTREMELY disappointed. At first it seemed Jane Klingberg was going to be a great therapist, but at the end of the day she ended up being money hungry and only caring about herself. She also violated HIPAA and tried to save her ass by leaving me a shaky voice mail with lots of "uhm"s and a very quick "k bye" stating that she is a "mandated reporter" and that was her reason for breaking the law. Firstly, she called my mother who she DOES NOT have a release for because I missed an appointment. Even as a mandated reporter, if she was so "concerned for my safety" she had no right to reach out to my mom, I'm way over 18 years old. Secondly, her job as a "mandated reporter" would be to reach out to law enforcement. After she did this, I pointed it out and a few other things I was uncomfortable with and then came the voicemail which addressed none of my concerns except for her "mandated reporter" BS (again, her trying to save her ass). She also does not listen, I came into a session and she asked if I wanted to do a craft and I specifically told her "not today, I think talk therapy would be best for today". She then proceeded to the craft/game room anyway and forced me to do a craft that was completely irrelevant to me and my mental health. She also seems spacey and like she doesn't quite listen or pay attention, as I had to remind her repeatedly about a certain part of a trauma. Once or twice I could understand, I get it, you see other clients, but every session!? She also likes to talk about her problems in session, who's the therapist here, Jane? It's just such a letdown because she seemed so great at first, but was truly just such a disappointment. Bridgeview, you need to do better, I genuinely feel I'm worse off than when I started seeing Jane. AND to add to all of that, they removed my review as it's not a positive one, luckily I saved it, people should know the truth. read more

I have been in therapy with Netali Chopra from Bridgeview Clinical Services for several months. Admittedly I went into therapy assuming it was going to be a waste of time. However, the very first session I opened up to her with things I would never say to anyone. For the first time in my life I felt comfortable telling someone about myself on an emotional level. That is something I would have never done before meeting Netali. Within weeks people noticed a significant difference in me. I wasn't losing my temper as easily. I began thinking and acting rationally instead of reacting on emotion. I started letting petty things go and look at the big picture. Netali Chopra is the kindest & most understanding person I have ever met. Her soft & kind personality is what makes you feel so comfortable. She makes you feel like you've known her your whole life. She is very compassionate, insightful and always encouraging me to practice healthier thinking patterns between visits, AND she gives me ideas on how exactly to do this! A few months in our family had a sudden death occur and so she's helping me through tremendous grief as well. In this busy and hectic world we live in I like her modern way of thinking and ways of de-stressing. She's just all around has helped me and I'm just so thankful for herBridgeview. Netali by far one of the best therapist I've seen and trust me I had my share of bad experiences. All of the other therapist I saw would either be all about the money or just wouldn't help or get me, I've always felt lost. Netali helped me overcome one of the most challenging year of my high school career. Jr. Year was a terrible year for me and I would always cut and ditch class. I had let high school change me into a completely different person. Unfortunately and I didn't value myself as I should have. The second I walked into Netali's office she was very welcoming and understanding. And listened to everything I said and would come up with solutions or ways I can help handle my situation. She genuinely cares for her patients and is not at all concerned with money. My mother would always have to remind her to bill her. Lol but that's just the kind of person Netali is! Very dedicated to her work and helping others. That's genuinely all she wants to do. Post my treatment with her, I was able to finish my horrible junior year off strong and got pretty decent grades. Now my senior year things are back to normal like freshman and sophomore year, I go to class and am able to do what I'm suppose to do. I was very close to screwing up my high school career but after finding Netali I was able to get a second chance! She really did save me, and her compassion is like no one I've ever known. She is patient and gentle and completely understanding and I told her things I didn't even feel comfortable telling my mom. If you are thinking about seeing anyone about mental health I highly recommend Netali. Because as you open up your life to her, she also does the same with you. Netali is a great person to work out problems with. She is very good at listening and pushes you to be the best version of you. She is really good at being available, sometimes even at odd hours of the day if you really need it. I truly value her support and guidance, and wouldn't be the person I am without her.
