Brie and Burrata has become a staple at all my celebrations. We have repeatedly ordered from them for birthday celebrations, our annual Friendsgiving, and art & craft nights with friends. Not only do they they create such yummy boards that my family and friends always enjoy snacking on, but their team is friendly and professional. My family and I have nothing but positive things to say about their service. They treat clients like their own family. Their boards are tailored to what we like and the team behind Brie and Burrata always have great suggestions. One of my personal favorites that they can add to your board is their grilled eggplant and asparagus . I don't know how they get it tasting so good each time. I like that sometimes we can go for a more typical charcuterie board and other times we go for a theme that may include something sweet added to it. I cannot recommend Brie & Burrata enough! We ordered charcuterie for a middle school graduation celebration for 50 people, and from start to finish, Braidy made the entire process effortless. I honestly had no idea what I needed. All I knew was that I needed charcuterie for 50 people the very next day. Braidy immediately recommended five XL boards, explained the sizing, answered all of my questions, and sent photos of previous boards so I could visualize everything. She even accommodated my request to include macarons after I fell in love with one of the example photos she shared. I had originally planned to pick up the order from Carmel Valley, but Braidy realized they already had a delivery in Carlsbad that day and offered complimentary delivery to our home instead. It was such a thoughtful gesture and took one more thing off my plate while planning a graduation party. The boards themselves were absolutely beautiful and delicious. I called on Friday afternoon inquiring on a board for Sunday morning. I was worried that it would be too late to place an order but I was assured that it was definitely not. What a relief. I had to take something to our local firehouse as a thank you for a call that they responded to involving one of my children and an accident that occurred several months prior. I figured who doesn't like meat and cheese, especially a group of firefighters. Braidy texted me the night before asking if I wanted to include a note, which was nice. We did. I opted to have the board delivered to my home for an additional $20, which for me at this point was worth it. One less thing I need to do. You can also pick up at the 56/5 split at Pavilions. It was delivered right on time, I gave a 15 minute window but it showed up right at 1030. It was delivered with the note and a set of tongs tightly wrapped in plastic wrap so nothing shifted or slid around. It looked great! I opted for a board for 8, when we showed up there was probably double that in firefighters and paramedics that were there. Oops. I guess it's a double firehouse, which I didn't know was a thing and because of the situation they were all there. Anyway they assured me it was fine and they definitely don't expect anything. I would definitely order from Braidy again. It was a seamless transaction and went so smoothly. 100% recommend. read more

If she would do this to a church and make no effort to fix anything she'd certainly do this to anyone! The bottom line is she does not have the permit to sell any type of food. Please check for yourself. She has all of this chaos going on for a father that lost his son. There has been no attempt to make anything right. The Carmel Valley police took a criminal report because she's selling food without a permit. Be really careful with the pictures and videos posted because in her reply to yelp she said she uses only 3rd party vendors for food. She's changed her reply 3 times. I attended a celebration for life for a father that's son was killed. A lot of the church attended and the company provided donut and really cheap sandwich trays from a place like Costco and charged $800 and it was NOTHING like they promised in pictures and videos. The Carmel Valley Police and San Diego code enforcement had to be called when everyone discovered this company blocked the buyer after finding out the company made an illegal transaction by NOT having the proper permit for food handling. At NO point did the seller ever try to work any of the problems out! BUYER BEWARE! You need a special permit to sell or resell any type of food in San Diego. Once we realized Brie and Burrata sent nothing like the picture she provided we started looking deeper. The city said the company doesn't have the proper permit. Please check for yourself. They referred Braidy Gruzd over to code enforcement and we sent all our payments that we did buy food off of her. I use company's all the time and nobody has ever pulled a scam like "I feel" Brie and Burrata pulled and admitted on a reply on yelp that they use 3-party vendors and don't make anything. The videos the company posts shows people preparing the food. The sample picture she sent certainly didn't have donut and sandwich trays. WE got charged over $800 and I have all written communications and pictures she provided. I would never hire a company to bring pre made sandwich trays and donut trays from a company listed as a cater. I didn't get the example in pictures she used when asked what my table would look like nor did I get anything in her videos that she posts of "someone cooking homemade things". Do you really want to be dealing with calling code enforcement, and police after an event?She didn't try to fix it. I looked at all the pictures from Brie and Burrata on social media and all the videos before reaching out about a grazing table. Contact was very nice and I asked for pictures of what my grazing table would look like and Braidy sent pictures of home made items and homemade desert. I was very clear that the theme was Father's Day. The father just lost his son so we wanted to gather to try to ease his pain and make it really special with Brie & Burrata. I wanted half the table chocolate deserts (his favorite). I paid over $800 for 25 people. They arrived 45 minutes early. They provided half a table of store bought donuts and things from a basic donut shop (no deserts that were used in her pictures and certainly not chocolate besides a frosted donut). They provided store bought pinwheels sandwiches on trays that Costco sells. The people at the house asked the son that was helping with setup from Braidy's team if all these things were store bought trays from Costco. On a ring camera, he said, I don't think they were from Costco but they weren't made in house or all homemade. They took pictures of the setup and sent them to me. I called Braidy and said I have all the communications and the pictures she had sent me. Here's the pictures of what was dropped off. I gave her 3 options. 1. go fix what was dropped off and make it look like the picture she had sent and that I thought I was buying. 2. go pick up everything and give a total refund. 3. I will toss everything in the garbage and call Veno and leave truthful reviews. Once she heard I had it on ring she hung up the phone. She will not answer her phone or my messages. In my view after my experience I would NOT recommend Brie and Burrata and Braidy. read more
