Such was the case yesterday, when I needed not one, but two special arrangements to celebrate some accomplishments for co-workers. Yelp's always been super handy in situations like this, allowing me to do a regional search that includes features like "open now", and "same-day delivery", but let's face it--you're really putting your trust in the florist, and it's a roll of the dice. The good news is, Carolina, the shop's owner, answered the phone, and my anxiety immediately faded. She was very friendly, helpful, and reassuring. The arrangements showed up earlier than expected, and both recipients were blown away by the results.

This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

Braidy immediately recommended five XL boards, explained the sizing, answered all of my questions, and sent photos of previous boards so I could visualize everything. She even accommodated my request to include macarons after I fell in love with one of the example photos she shared. I had originally planned to pick up the order from Carmel Valley, but Braidy realized they already had a delivery in Carlsbad that day and offered complimentary delivery to our home instead. It was such a thoughtful gesture and took one more thing off my plate while planning a graduation party. The boards themselves were absolutely beautiful and delicious. They arrived carefully packaged, were generous in size, and looked stunning displayed at the party. Our guests loved them, and we looked like heroes showing up with such an incredible spread. The flowers were so fresh, and lasted much longer compared to other places I've gotten flowers from. My mom doesn't speak English very well, but it turns out that the owner of the shop is Korean too! She gave my mom many different ideas and price point options for the arrangement. I really appreciate how thoroughly she helped my mom through the process. I've never seen her more excited to share about her experience at a store before. Thank you so so much for the beautiful flowers, and for being so kind to my mom. Nearly last minute, I called up The Floral Gallery to see if they could hook me up with a boutonniere the following day. Nguyen let me know that I could get the next day service for $25. I wasn't quite sure what a boutonniere costs these days, but I figured the Yelpies were worth the small splurge. Of course I had to get the red and white bout' to align with Yelp's colors. I scheduled the pickup for 3pm. This small flower shop in the Aldi/Subway/Nanay's shopping center is located near the Knockout Pizza. I showed up just after 3pm and was in and out in a flash. The boutonniere was wrapped in black with red, white, and some blooming green flowers. It was a perfect match to my green suit with a black shirt and black bow tie. Watchaaaaa! Friendly and timely service at a reasonable price. My only small issue was that they inadvertently charged my card twice, once each on two different days. However, they quickly realized their mistake and began processing a credit before I realized what had been done. I'm thankful that they noticed their mistake, but if I didn't have the funds it might have been a problem.
