The labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to explain, and show you the issue. They're HONEST, and are not going to sell you a bunch of extra services you don't need, and they actually care about the work they do. I can tell you these things with the utmost confidence. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I am mechanically inclined and can do some repairs myself. The hours of labor they quoted for the the repair were done by the actual amount of time it took them to do the job. Pricing for the parts were normal, but also, the quality of those parts were obvious. They were not some cheap junk, and there wasn't a huge markup like you're going to find with someone else.They have integrity, and that is a very rare trait in the automotive industry these days. The fluid had all leaked out and caused my back end to freeze up. Either they never put it back or put it back carelessly. They claimed it wasn't their fault and also said I voided a warranty that said I had to take it back to their shop. I was 2 hours away from Olympia and at the time didn't know what was wrong with it so why would I tow it there? I had to sell my 7 year old 4 runner for scrap and buy a new car. They're lucky no one was hurt when my car suddenly froze up on the freeway. My hope is they are more cautious and careful in the future. zero stars.
