Excellent customer service. All of the mechanics I saw as…read moreI waited in the shop were very friendly. I was way overdue for an oil change so that's what I had done today. Kodi was my mechanic and he was quick, friendly and professional. The cost was very similar, maybe less than what Toyota would have charged me and Mike's is only a 6 minute drive round trip from my home. I'll strongly recommend them to anyone.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about prices and parts, he was fantastic, he told me they would…read moredo a FULL diagnostic on my vehicle and it would cost me $175. I agreed and I had my vehicle sent in the next morning, It took them a few days to get a look at it, and they called me back up to let me know what they found. They claimed the vehicle had an issue with its Cat, and they couldn't finish the diagnostic until it was repaired. We started talking about pricing. They wanted 2x the Cats price for the cat, and double the price for labor. (the cat from the dealership would've costed $300 and $600 if you needed both) They wanted $5000 to do the job. $1200 for the parts and the rest labor. I questioned what exactly they were going to do to my car that would require over 15hours to do if they're only replacing the Cat, The guy dead a** told me they had to remove my entire engine and drain all its fluids just to replace it. (if that sounded funny to you too you have a braincell.) I declined the work, Told them I'm not comfortable paying $5k for a $1,800 job and I cant justify the engine drainage or removal for a Dry System, and that I'd be having my car removed from there lot and sent somewhere else. The guy working the Desk then told me that it would cost me $380 before it can be removed. $380? a $175 quote price (for a Full diagnostic they hadn't even completed) now jacked up to $380? asked them to explain and they said it took them over an hour to diagnose it and that's the labor fee for going over. I told them I was Quoted $175. the paperwork says $175 this was the agreed price and if there was a problem with the quote or agreed price they should have contacted me first and got my approval. I do no recommend you take your car here. They've already shown Super shady business practices and I'm So glad I went to a different mechanic who spotted the problem and Repaired it at a much more Fair Market Value.

Don't go there. Left a bleeding screw loose. Brake failure. Installed a master cylinder with…read moredefective caps, leaked fluid. Failed to refill master cylinder after brake bleed, 2nd brake failure. They wanted me to drive it back to their shop with no brakes so they could work on it. Will not leave their shop to look at the vehicle to assess problem. Fortunately, only minor damage to vehicle after two brake failures. Things could have been a lot worse. The father seems to do good work. The son needs supervision. No regard for customer inconvenience or safety. Office hours make it very hard to leave or pick your vehicle. Customers are fenced in or out when business is closed. They are open 9am-4pm, Monday - Friday. You will be asking for trouble and inconvenience if you use Super Bee.

As you are aware, my father, Ed Johnston, recently made a complaint about your company. I am Ed's…read moredaughter. I, too, feel the need to make a formal complaint. After my father's truck left your facility where you allegedly repaired the front breaks and master cylinder, I happened to be the driver of the truck only a few days later. I was driving the truck on Marvin Road to my place of employment and the breaks failed. This caused me to skid through a round-about, brushing the mirror on a yield sign, which also knocked the front driver's hub cap off. Luckily, I came to a stop only a few feet from hitting the concrete within the center of the round-about. This accident could have been much, much worse. Again, please recall that the truck had just left your shop a few short days before this. My father had paid 1200 dollars for this "repair." This was a very scary and alarming experience for me. I know that accidents do happen and so do mistakes. However, your repair shop simply did a poor job which ended in a potentially disastrous outcome. My initial issue was not that a poor job was done by your company. It was the response that my father and I received afterward. My father's complaint details the very truthful events which ensued in the aftermath. As a result of this accident and then our inability to resolve the matter with you, the truck stayed parked in my driveway for a very long period of time. I don't think you have an adequate grasp on the impact your poor work quality had on our lives. I kindly request that instead of lashing back at me as though I have done something wrong by writing this, you take a few moments to reflect on your role in this and what you can do as a company to simply not allow this to happen again. Do better. Be better. Your work was a complete failure and it is you who should have taken the initiative to make it right. And you did not. This is a reflection of poor character and poor work ethic. Lastly, your reply to my father had multiple inaccuracies in it. I'm not from Bellingham. The truck has never been in Bellingham. I'm practically your neighbor, right here in Olympia. Which should have made your ability to do right thing much, much easier.
