    A complete rip off. They talk a good game and then seriously overcharge you for things you don't need. Just go to Firestone on Meridian.

He is also a technician and may also possibly be the owner. That was the vibe I was receiving from our discussion. I explain what my visit was and he advised me there are different types of tune ups and what specifically I was looking to have done. I explained that I was able to obtain a quote from Honda service department and they also advised same thing. I listed the tune up details and what Honda quoted ($2,260). Oleks advised that inspection is free of charge. He would have Alex, technician do the inspection and provide his recommendation. Alex completed the inspection and advised what needed to be replaced and some replacement were not needed. He discovered there was an engine oil leak, transmission oil leak and the engine oil pan plug was stripped. Oleks had provided me with a quote range between $700-$1000. I returned back two days later on the evening of 1/14/26 to drop off vehicle which was parked safely inside the shop. The following day they replaced the engine gasket, replaced spark plugs, water pump, front crank seal, drive belt, oil pan plug and drive belt tensioner. I picked up my vehicle on 1/25/26. The sum of my bill came to $1021.80. I am truly satisfied and happy with the work that technician, Alex has completed. It was a reasonable timeframe and price. Honest work. I will use them again for any issues, repairs or maintenance.

It clearly started overheating on my way in, thus the noise was probably the water pump. Quoted me a little more than $500 to replace the water pump, seemed good so I told them to do it. After the water pump fix I was informed that it still had a noise and it needed a new clutch throw out bearing. I had to take their word for it because I could not come listen myself. I had originally been told they could get to it that day, after calling two days later to check in I was told they had not got it apart yet. This is a job that literally took me 3 hours, but a professional shop wasn't done two days later? After taking it apart they told me it was indeed the throw out bearing so I agreed to having it replaced. They called back an hour later telling me the clutch was in fact damaged and also needed replaced. I had no option but to agree to the repair because I needed my vehicle back without them being angry and causing more issues. After everything was over I had spent a solid $3,000 on what was most likely just a water pump. I'm pretty sure they took advantage of the fact that I had no way to verify that the vehicle needed the clutch work they claimed it needed nor could I inspect the parts they removed. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and had already changed this clutch previously, so it's not like I don't know what I'm talking about. I did this clutch replacement and had everything back together and the vehicle on the road literally in a single day. It took these guys a week, and only because I started calling to pressure them since I needed the vehicle back so my wife could get to work, that's why I had called to schedule this repair in the first place. Upon getting the vehicle back the passenger seat was absolutely covered in grease stains where the mechanics climbed in it while working on it without covering it up. So now we have to have the interior detailed in the hopes of getting these grease stains out. I'm pretty frustrated with my first experience here, they came highly recommended, but this is one of the worst shops I've dealt with in a long time. I highly doubt I'll be returning here.

Brought my car here to have some…read morework done and the whole experience was terrible, which was disappointing as I had some repairs done under the previous ownership and the service was pleasant and satisfactory. Arrived at around 9:20AM to drop off the car (they open at nine) and no one was there. The door was open, but the lights were off and no one was around to talk to. Eventually got it sorted and handed them the keys and left. Car was not fixed in a timely manner. They advertise same day appointments, but what is the point of that when they don't fix your car on the day of an appointment made a week in advance. Called the next day and was told car was being worked on and they would call back in an hour with a status report. No one called. Finally got the car back on the third day and upon driving it off the lot, immediately noticed a problem which wasn't there when I dropped it off. Called back to inform them of the new issue, not looking forward to having to bring it in again to have it fixed and was told I would have to take the car to a different shop to have the new problem fixed, on my own dime. Let that sink in for a moment. I took my car to a car repair place, and was told I would have to take it to a different car repair place to have the problem *they* caused, fixed at my own expense. And the cherry on top? I was told I was a liar for suggesting the new issue was, in fact, new. It was blatantly obvious the problem was new, and I noticed it within seconds of driving. I Immediately followed up asking them why it had to be this way, and their very best response was that they were doing repair work they were neither qualified nor capable of doing correctly. After having such a great experience under the previous owners (not all businesses are created equal), this was all very frustrating. I would never again bring any car here for servicing and I sure as heck wouldn't drop thousands of dollars on one of the vehicles they are selling. I have no doubt whatsoever the dealership side is every bit as "reputable" as the service dept. Save your money. Save your sanity.

Fast forward a few months after having bought the car that was when I started having issues with it. First it was that the oil cooler fitting hadn't been properly tightened. Then it was I needed new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. After that it was one problem after another. In total I'd spent close to $1,000 and even still I had more problems. Had I kept the car I would have ended up spending in total close to $4,000 in repairs. This was for a car that supposedly didn't have any major issues. All that to say I won't be buying a car from here any time soon if ever again. My recommendation stay away from here as far as car buying is concerned.

After someone damaged the front end of my car it was worth fixing because the car had low miles at 40,000. Specialty Auto body worked with the insurance of the person who damaged my car and gave them a fair enough price to approved fixing it. I really appreciate that Specialty Auto body cared enough to help me because it took a lot of time and effort to source the parts on their end and wasn't a simple task. They were upfront and honest about the process from the beginning that it would not be a quick turn around and that there would need to be some patience on my end. They followed through, and managed to do it in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the quality of the work is very well done and I'm so glad to see my car restored to its original condition! Thanks a million to Jeremy the shop owner and his son Ryan! You're two of the good ones out there with good hearts. Also, it feels good to support a local family owned business versus going to some shop who just works for the insurance companies, and basically just totals you car and don't really care about you at all.
