I am now being treated for a Rotator Cuff injury that I was told by my Orthopedic surgeon would probably not work but again, Todd, Rich & Nick are treating me on my way to recovery. I feel great and they are once again have given me the tools to improve my chances of NOT getting surgery. Erica who is one of the PT assistants is great! She is friendly, funny and knows exactly what I need every time I go. I highly recommend these guys for all your PT needs!!! We were both impressed by the quiet and calm energy in the office. I finished with my occupational therapy at home on May 26. My recovery has been taking longer than anticipated. I first met with Nash at Maximum Motion for my evaluation on June 2. She's very friendly, kind, intelligent, supportive and attentive. I especially like that. I've unfortunately been to physical therapy too many times in my 60 years and it's never a plus if the therapists aren't listening to their patients. On June 6th and every other day after I've had the pleasure, and I mean that, of meeting and working with Kenny, Kevin, Olivia, Allison and the lovely and pleasant Jenn who greets us with warmth, kindness and a beautiful smile. I've only ever spoken with Kim on the phone but she is just as delightful as the rest of the staff. The atmosphere is laid back but hands-on. I've never liked physical therapy because of my many maladies something else always inevitably happens that causes pain elsewhere to debilitate me, because I wasn't being listened to. I don't worry about that with these beautiful people. Care is given, and no one is ever given more than they know each patient can handle. They each have a wicked sense of humor and, as a patient, it's their easy camaraderie that makes going there especially comfortable and even fun. I actually look forward to going back. We highly recommend checking them out.

I appreciated that she asked detailed questions about my condition, and was always extremely attentive throughout each session. I was properly progressed through stretches and exercises each week. When my insurance refused to approve more sessions, Professional PT reached out and described the "medical gym" option which allowed me to pay $25 per session to continue my exercises/stretches but without the "massage" (or hands on work). I had been in pain for a long time before this, and since I went to the gym that Panetta was located in, I decided to give them a try. Having been to other physical therapy offices, I was a bit skeptical they would be able to help me. My physical therapist Jaclyn turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. Within 4 weeks of treatment, pain that I had for years was relieved, without use of medication. When I was injured at work in October 2017, I went back to see Jaclyn and she tailored my care carefully each time to give me maximum pain relief and strength. I could hardly walk due to extreme back pain when I came in; at discharge you would never know I had been injured. I can go back to my favorite adventure sports ( surfing, standup paddle-boarding, snowboarding) without fear of aggravating my injury. The PT guy Gregg knows his stuff, I need Physical Therapy due to knee surgery for torn meniscus and jagged knee cap shaved down, pain was intolerable. They are wonderful. South Bay Movement & Wellness lost my business because of their front desk staff!…read more Before becoming a patient I called to verify my insurance coverage and pricing. I started going for acupuncture and medical massage treatment and it turned out that I was given the incorrect information and ended up paying more each visit than I was initially told I would have to pay over time. They eventually admitted that I was given the incorrect information, I reconfirmed exactly what I'd have to pay each time and I continued because I really needed the treatment. Additionally, the massage therapist's availability was limited and hard to align with my schedule so I started booking weeks in advance. For my most recent appointment, I received the text message to confirm my appointment 4 days in advance and I replied to confirm - it was correct for the day and time I booked for. The morning of my appointment I got a reminder via text message stating that my appointment was a different time (a time I couldn't make because of other commitments). I called the office right away to inquire about the time change - they saw that my appointment was moved and someone else was in for my original time slot. Knowing I booked it weeks ago (23 days to be exact), and received the confirmation text 4 days prior, I asked if the other person booked before or after me. They confirmed that MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED BEFORE THE OTHER PERSON. So instead of honoring my original appointment that I booked first they called the other person to see if they could switch - not to tell the other person that the office messed up and someone else (me) was already booked for that time slot!! They called me back to say the other person didn't answer their call, sorry for the mixup - apologetic but totally wrong in making me lose my appointment because of their error (and because the other patient didn't answer their phone) and would not change it on the other person even though I was booked first. Aside from the front desk staff, acupuncture services provided by Kristen and medical massage provided by Terese were excellent. It's unfortunate for these service providers to lose the business not by any fault of their own.
