Wise said it was the Circuit Board and he would send out a new one. I received the new one, it didn't fit. I contacted Wise, he apologized and sent out another one. It was the same circuit board sent out the first time. I contacted Wise, he apoligized and set out a third one. It was a package with the same circuit board he had sent previously and an additional circuit board. No directions how to install and there was no way it was going to fit both circuit boards in the housing. I again wrote to Customer Service and when I didn't hear back, I wrote stating I would work on a return through Wayfair. I then got a response from Wise, telling me about their great warranty and replacement policy and stating "We have offered assistance to correct and resolve the problem at hand.".
