During COVID our church were limited to the public, with a capacity of 50 people and following the guidelines. Brendha and her team have been doing great and responsive service. Cleaning and saniting our church. They work with checklists and reports, letting us know what she did and also asking for feedbacks. BEWARE They claim to be "Green" My assistant interviewed the owner Brendha Matos of Bright Cleaning Solutions prior to hiring them. She stressed how bad my allergies and asthma are and that I need to be careful with products. I gave Bright Cleaning Solutions a list of things that I'm allergic and/or set off my asthma BOTH verbally and some in writing. I stressed it several times to Brendha and asked to see products before cleaning. Anything Floral or Trees is off limits. I told her that Lavender, Rose, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Pine, Pine Sol, Simple Green and Murphy's Oil was off limits. I told her that citrus was a pretty safe bet and easy to find. I even offered to supply my own cleaning supplies. There are tons of options. She refused and said that she would be careful. I even offered to pay them more than their quote because I ALWAYS help small businesses. As a 30 year business owner, I help business and refer constantly. I take very good care of businesses that take care of me. I kept out of the way and kept asking what they were cleaning with. Brenda Matos told me repeatedly that it was organic cleaner. At the end - she told Me that she had cleaned the entire house - including windows with Simple Green. That was one of the cleaners that sets off my asthma. I had a severe asthma attack and had to have a breathing treatment and leave the house. Brendha's fake interest and absolute cold indifference was shocking. After texts with me trying to convey how important this is and that if not me... it could actually kill Someone. It's serious. I asked her to please come up with a solution. I was expecting that she would come back and wipe things down to dilute the chemical solution and Brendha refused. I texted her multiple time and was absolutely shocked at her responses. She said, "Take care of your health, I hope you feel better." She refused to take any responsibility and told me, "it's organic and none of my other clients complain." Maybe none of her other clients have asthma or ask for special care prior to hiring her.. Simple Green is marketed as a Green product. Just because it's in the name does not make it so... and the color allows for the marketing of the name. It's actually been proven to cause asthma attacks. When I told her that I stressed my sensativity.... She texted back, "you only told me that you were allergic to florals and citrus." OH MAN! I told her citrus was acceptable, recommended and preferred. I'm completely blown away by their lack of empathy, care or concern for causing my health issue.... AND The cleaning was a surface job. No attention to detail in the cleaning OR with making sure that the health and welfare of the client is protected. BEWARE Her husband, Guilherme Mendes dropped something on the patio and broke a tile. It had been inspected the day before by the realtor. He did it and she had the nerve to tell Me that she refused to be responsible. Don't be fooled by their cute couple demeanor. They are cold and smile while being a sub-standard company who absolutely refuses to take responsibility for their work or actions. They didn't even Bring the necessary supplies to clean. No broom.. no mops. Just cleaning solution and a vacuum . I just moved in... the house was NOT dirty. Just needed to be cleaned and ready to live in... When they left I took a wipe and easily cleaned make-up off the bathroom counter, they did not clean the floors under any of the toe kicks: their vacuum could not access that area (and that is where most of the dirt accumulates.) They didn't do the stairs at all until I asked. I have 3 stories of interior stairs and Brendha rolled her eyes. Brenda told me that I needed to learn to appreciate Cleaner's and not complain. That blew me away. I'm replacing my personal cleaners after 8 years due to them Retiring and a team that has working for my business Just folded up Their business because the owner got married And they moved away. I always Use several cleaning companies for my business and Projects. I'm Always looking for New businesses to support In addition you My regulars. Just baffling. The cute couple thing will only get them So far. I went to report them to the health department and BBB. They ARE NOT a licensed OR insured company. read more

I wanted to try another cleaning company to compare to my regular folks. I was not impressed. Attention to detail was not there. There was hair left behind in my shower and on the floor and some things were not dusted. See photos. They were also an hour early.
