We coordinated further on the order with Danielle, who helped place our order and was helpful making a few modifications, as well as coordinating delivery and pickup. Reckless and dangerous road rage driving by their staff, cutting us off on the freeway and then following us for several miles after exiting trying to cut us off us further, yelling & taunting. Pretty scary experience. Have filed a police report & will be contacting the business when they open again on Monday. Not sure who they are hiring or what their vetting process is, but I'd think very carefully if these are the type of people you want at your party or event. We hosted Thanksgiving in our new home this year, and I really wanted gold flatware. Sadly, I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on gold flatware and crystal goblets, so I turned to Bright. I reached out via the website, and when I didn't hear anything after four days, I called and spoke with Kelly. Kelly was awesome! She got my order, and emailed me and solidified everything within 15 minutes. I picked up everything the day before Thanksgiving, and the employees at the warehouse were so kind! Everyone I saw greeted me and said hello. I was even helped to my card. The flatware and goblets were high quality. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to wash everything, but I had washed the goblets and flatware even though when I called I was told everything gets washed and sanitized at the warehouse. I just returned everything today (11/24/18). I was struggling to get the items out of the truck, and a guy on his break greeted me and asked what could he carry. He asked, "What's the heaviest item? I will take that." Nice! When I went in, Jasmine was already working on another order, but she stopped and helped me. Overall, my experience was great. I will rent from here again! read more

I had to book a dance floor super last minute for my wedding. Bright Rentals was the only rental company that had floors available, so we had to go with them despite their prices being significantly higher than other rental companies. Although set up and breakdown was smooth, the aftermath was a horrendous experience. Almost a full month past the wedding date, I received a bill for $6k to replace the entire dance floor due to "water damages". I asked for more information on the damages, since there were no sprinklers at our venue and it didn't rain on the wedding day. I received no response from their damages department and to my surprise charged my credit card almost a month after the email without my consent or signature. This was especially uncalled for because I had paid for the damage waiver before renting the dance floor which specifically covered the damages. After threatening to dispute the charges through my credit card company, the damages department finally responded and apologized for making a mistake. They did not read the contract and did not realize the waiver covered this. If you still decide to go with Bright, be sure to read your contract carefully. read more

I wish I could give them more stars!!! I 100% recommend this great company! When my chargers didn't come in on time for my wedding, I went into panic mode n started searching for vendors! I came across Bright who had a stunning collection of elegant pieces! I got a large amount of chargers n 2 side tables n I'm so excited to use them for my wedding. Not only are the pieces gorgeous , but the staff is even better. I gotta shout out DESI who communicated so well n was attentive to my needs. Also AL who did a phenomenal job putting all the chargers and tables in my car! Mind you my car was so junky but he made it work n helped me throw out things. truck 12 just blocked an entire street of traffic on euclid so they could go inside for food- instead of finding a place to park- the bus had to wait 10mins for the driver to return. the driver didn't even apologize- we assumed (the bus of people WAITING FOR YOUR DRIVER) they were delivering something- but when they walked out w a togo order- as i'm WAITING to eat my togo order till i get OFF THE BUS- this is a terrible customer service biz and not too bright this was SO beyond rude i tracked y'all down on yelp to let you know. read more

I visited Bright at the suggestion of my sister's wedding planner to pick out tables, chairs, linens, and dinnerware for her upcoming wedding. This review is mostly for their showroom and available inventory; the wedding planner is handling the ordering and back-and-forth with their staff. We were able to walk right in and start looking at items (I'm not sure how much contact the wedding planner had with the staff prior to our arrival). Their inventory is extensive, they have plenty of options to choose from, and the showing room is set up so that you can see how to combine looks, items, and furniture to create a great-looking party space! We spent about two hours in their showroom looking at different combinations of table settings and by the end, we had decided on our final look for the wedding. Overall, I was impressed by the cleanliness, number of different styles and how organized the space was. They make it very easy to envision how your event will end up looking. If you're needing to rent anything from tables and chairs to linens and dinnerware, look no further than Bright rentals. Although their showroom may be a little off the beaten path up in Brisbane, it's definitely worth the drive. I visited the showroom in Brisbane for the 2nd event and she guided me through all the options. It looked gorgeous in the end. The up charge for any stairs was a little off putting hence a 4 star instead of 5. I get the need for the charge, but it was the same for any number of stairs as opposed to lower for just a couple of them. read more

We hired Bright Event Rentals out of one of their Southern California locations for our May wedding in Fountain Valley, CA. We were so so happy with their product, punctuality and professionalism. They arrived the day before to build the dance floor in my parents' backyard and helped turn my childhood home into a wedding venue. I had a very frustrating time working with Bright Rentals for a wedding this past summer. I continuously faced potential pricing changes during the negotiations and up to the day of the event. Communication between staff members was poor when one member went on vacation. I felt that all they cared about was making sure my credit card was in their system before they would confirm the order. Even after the event when I complained, I got very little support or response. I do not recommend this company. I could have gone elsewhere for less, as it turned out and it was a very upsetting experience. read more

Beware. I contacted Bright for drape rental for an event we were producing in Bay Area. They were my second request for a quote to have competitive pricing. Unfortunately for them they listed the vendor they were sub-renting drapes from right on their quote (?) and it was the same vendor I already had pricing from, so I knew what their cost was. They then proceeded to more than quadruple the cost. We are all in business to make profit, but hopefully fairly, and to be of service and build relationships too. They quoted me nearly $66,000.00 for a drape rental that cost a little over $15,000.00. We had just done this same project in 25 cities all across the country and I negotiated every contract, so I knew what to expect. Again - I'm all for a decent profit and I expect people to have a fair margin on goods - but this is too much. I feel bad for folks who don't do this for a living and end up over-paying for stuff like this! read more

The drop off and pick up times were as scheduled. The staff dropping off and picking up were efficient and friendly. The quality of the rental equipment was as expected.
