I have never paid less than $300 for an emergency visit, but this was less than half of that and my dog got a shot and medication to go home with. Dr. Bogoslavsky was super loving with my dog, giving her sweet kisses and extra attention. He gave me great advice about suppliments and food that is better for her joints than what she is currently on. He even showed me on Amazon which ones he recommends, so it's not like he was trying to upsell something from their supply or get a commission from it. I was thrilled to see that they are open 7 days a week and take walkins. I just moved down the street and I was panicked when my dog got hurt because I didnt know where to go. I feel so much better knowing this place exists.

He did bloodwork and told me verbatim that my dog has "multiple organ failure" and he would not make it if I left. He said I needed to leave him there for $2000 or euthanize him--they literally brought me an unsolicited cost sheet for euthanasia. I got a second opinion at another facility where they did more thorough tests beyond the initial bloodwork to get to the root of the issue and it was literally just pancreatitis which is treatable with rest, diet, and pain medication. Absolutely unreal that this man lied to make my pet's condition sound absolutely dire to swindle me for money, and more than that, I genuinely believe this man would have let me kill my beloved pet if I agreed to that while he knew pancreatitis is EASILY treatable.:. That absolutely makes me sick to my stomach. This place shouldn't just be shut down, this man should be in jail! I kept asking questions because he was being so vague about all of it and he was clearly getting annoyed and trying to throw around jargon trying to confuse me. I'd ask general questions and he'd say something like "I don't have a crystal ball!" and I told him I'm just trying to understand and he must have had similar cases to be able to give ANY information at all and he replied with "I've had thousands but this dog is an individual!" Dude what? What is medicine and science if not collecting data and knowledge based on repeating studies, treatments, etc? How have you seen this thousands of times and still have no idea if my dog will even have a chance to make it?? Then come to find out it's frigging treatable pancreatitis! Then they have these framed plaques on their wall in the waiting room about how they "proudly service K-9 units" and their commitment to excellence but they're literally spelled wrong...? ("ExcellAnce" ) Also they have mismatched bargain bin dish drying racks for kitchen sinks they are trying to sell next to dog food and a random tiny statue like we're at a Ross or something lol. This place is absolutely ghetto; girl up front talks to you fast and sterile like her second job is an auctioneer, "doctor" lies about your pets condition to play on your worries and tries to hustle you, and it honestly all just looks dingy, small and gross. Please do not bring your pets here.

I decided to give it another try but instead of taking him to the Kissimmee location, I would now take him to the St.Cloud Location. The day before his appointment, I received a call for confirmation to take him. I was mind blown because this was the first time a petsmart has called at all. The gentleman was really polite on the phone and reminded me to bring all his updated records to his appointment. Day of appointment: We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes lates because of the traffic and once I got there I realized I scheduled before opening hours. There's a bell that you can ring and they'll open the door for you so you can take them to the grooming section. First impression: I was amazed of how big and clean it was and how it didn't have that animal scent as other stores. Once I got in, I got greeted by a lovely young lady. She went ahead and asked me all the questions and then explained to me what they were going to do. Any concerns I had were completely answered and she made me feel comfortable on dropping my dog Zero off. I had voiced to both of the young ladies that at the other location they didn't listen and groomed my dog incorrectly. Pick up time: Time for me to pick up my baby Zero. Before I head out, they sent me a picture of Zero when he was completely ready and another email to let me know he was ready for pick up. When I got there, they were still in high spirits and gave me his paw report. He came out a different dog, different as in happy this time. I've never seen Zero come out as happy after taking to the groomers. He was looking so clean and so perfect. They even gave him an adorable bandana. Overall, I'm really happy with this location and everyone was really helpful and nice. I'll be back in two months for another appointment :)

Walked in to get a $4 fish that's less than one inch for a classroom tank. Cashier 7 people deep…read moreand no one walking the floor so went to the office in the back. Staff looked bothered to see me. Asked me how many fish were going in the tank and size. I said only one and 5 gallons. She said I needed a 10 gallon tank but she could sell me a shrimp or beta for mine. I wanted the fish so I told her I had a 10 gallon tank (for a $4 half inch fish). She asked me to point it out in the isle. Went and spoke to cashier and came back. Asked which one I wanted. I told her any in that tank that was alive. She struggled for 2-3 minutes. Got irritated and threw the net in the sink (check your cameras 8/16) then went to the front and grabbed a larger net. Struggled some more. When I went to pay was again asked about the size of the tank (for the half inch $4 fish). What's worse a half inch fish in a 5 gallon tank or 30+ in a half gallon tank. Our dog was stressed and wouldn't go with the people, it was always loud and chaotic. Now we travel 3 hours each way to bring our baby to Precious Paws. The guys are incredible, they make our baby so comfortable, he loves seeing them. He goes right to his spot there and he is so calm. They talk softly to him when he gets nervous ( especially when his feet get touched ). I will always make the extra effort to get my sweet boy to Precious Paws because they treat us all like family. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and quietness of the facility, or the loving kindness of the owners/groomers. I'd give a million stars if I could!

Beware taking your pet to be groomed. They are amateurs and will do what they want. As a loyal customer of Woof Gang for over a year, consistently paying $130.00, including gratuities, on a three-week basis, I had an extremely disappointing experience under the new ownership. Today, I had to wait for four hours for my dog, Faithy, to be fully groomed, which included a Blueberry Facial. After three hours, I received a text notification, along with two photos, informing me that Faithy had a bowel movement. The message further stated that if this happened again, she would be sent home as is, due to the delay caused by other dogs (eight dogs on the roster and only one groomer). Natalie, the groomer, would finish Faithy's grooming once she got through the others, but it would take a while longer. I am appalled by this subpar treatment and the lack of proper service. Faithy's hair around her eyes and face was not trimmed as requested, her nails were not cut, and the overall service was horrific. Furthermore, the communication regarding the delays and the handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. As a dedicated customer, I would like to understand your policy on sending a dog home if they have defecated. I make the drive from Davenport to go to this vet because they always do everything in their power…read moreto make me and my pups feel comfortable. Only tiny complaint is be prepared to wait a while for the vet. Our annual visits always take about 80 minutes and most of that is waiting but I've come prepared now so it doesn't bother me much. Anytime I call they always promptly answer the phone and whenever reception doesn't know the answer they always make sure someone calls me back. They do their best to keep the lobby clear which is really helpful with one of my dogs who is a bit reactive. The techs and the vet both take their time with our dogs and answer my million of questions. I trust their advice and will continue to bring my littles here.
