This was my second bad experience with Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The groomer arrived very rushed, just like the first time. While I was trying to explain how I wanted my dog groomed and show reference photos, he was already walking away to start the service. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, it didn't feel like he was actually listening. They spent less than an hour grooming my dog, which already felt rushed, and the result was very disappointing. When they brought her back, the face and head looked nothing like what I had clearly shown and requested. This wasn't an unrealistic request--it's a style that has been successfully done by other grooming companies before. When I said I wasn't happy, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the groomer yelled to his coworker, "She said the face isn't how she wanted it." There was no apology, no attempt to fix it, and no concern at all from the other groomer. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and they didn't arrive until 2:20 PM--without any call, message, or apology for being late. After this experience, I called the company and spoke with Daniela. She said she would speak with the manager and call me back. When she did, I was told the only resolution offered was $20 off a future grooming--which I will not be using given my previous experiences. I explained that I would not be returning and asked if anything could be done about the $100 I had just paid for a service I did not request and was not satisfied with. I was told that was the only option available. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, I was told--and I quote--"the manager doesn't speak with clients." That response alone speaks volumes. A company that delivers poor service, offers minimal resolution, and then refuses to communicate directly with customers shows a complete lack of accountability. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend this company. read more

As a first-time puppy mom, I used Yelp Assist to help me find a groomer, and this company was one of the options. I wasn't sure how this mobile grooming worked -- some companies come to you, others have set locations where you can bring your pup- so I asked a simple question for clarification. I reached out specifically asking for a mini groom -- just a bath, nails, and light trimming around the face and private areas. Instead of responding to what I requested, I was sent package pricing for regular and luxury full grooms are $95/$$115 which wasn't what we needed for my puppy's first groom. 5 Stars for my puppy's first grooming with Maria! My yorkie puppy was in desperate need of a grooming sesh after finally finishing her vaccines and a friend who also has a yorkie highly recommended Buddy Mobile, and specifically requesting Maria for your groomer. Luckily, Buddy Mobile was on Yelp and had great photos and a 5 star review, so I felt comfortable to reach out for a quote through their Yelp page. The quote process was easy as I was prompted to put in all of my dog's info (breed, size, etc) and I was able to specify that I wanted Maria as the groomer. After a quick scheduling process the day came where the mobile grooming van was parked out front of my house. Not gonna lie, handing over my puppy felt like what I imagine leaving your toddler at daycare the first time feels like. I was comforted by how descriptive Maria was prior to taking little Birdie away. She was sure to ask all the right questions to know what we were expecting (plus, she asked for a towel that Birdie had used in the past to soothe her). She ended up doing a FABULOUS job on Birdie's full grooming (wash, cut, blowdry, rounded nail trim, ear cleaning, etc.) and Birdie didn't look traumatized! I'll definitely be a return customer as it is super convenient and Maria will be requested by name every time! read more

Buddy's is great, he was very good with my dog! The convenience of having your dog cleaned in your driveway is wonderful.

This was not a $100 cut as promised . 1. There was a communication issue because of the language 2. After establishing the cut it was not done short as agreed. They trimmed again but they hurried leaving uneven spots 3. They did not trim his tail so it looks odd like a small fox tail 4. They charge a $3.65 convenience fee if you use a credit card. Not much but irritating because they don't take checks. what choice do you have except $100 cash I contacted them with my concerns and they thanked me for letting them know but they did not offer to fix what they could. Very upset with this grooming facility. I was quoted $150 to have my cat groomed and shaved. Then while they were grooming I was told it was $160 plus $20 because my cat was "aggressive" then she wanted to charge me $15 for the shampoo. When I received my cat she had not been shaved and she still had matting under her tail. Then after they left, my neighbor called to let me know that they blew all the cat hair that was in their van onto our street. I will not be using them again. read more

buyer beware!!!!!!! after causing an injury to my 17yr schnauzer , we requested their groomers license and business insurance. the groomer sped off and jumped the curb. police were called and the groomer refuse to cooperate with law enforcement --- do not use if you love your pet. read more

Please stay away from this company if you care about your dog. I am beyond furious right now. We just had our dog groomed, he is a fluffy corgi so has long hair. Corgis are also double coated and should never be shaved. I asked to have his under carriage, butt and chest trimmed a little and said it twice to make sure and they still shaved him!! His coat is now basically destroyed and I'm just praying it grows back. I don't know what to do if it doesn't. read more
