Dr. Cuenca is awesome, very polite and great bed side manner. He recently removed a wisdom tooth and he was patient with me ( I have bad anxiety) and he always makes sure you're doing good. I need a lot of work done and also felt so embarrassed to even go in there but the atmosphere of the office makes you feel so comfortable and not only that but his assistant Casey is great very good at what she does and you can tell her heart is in her profession. Great office and great people. I always feel like a one of those annoying patients and they always assure me I'm not and it's a great feeling to know you can call even if you think it's not worth it I've referred my mom and my sister and I'll definitely recommend anybody read more

My first visit was awesome, everyone was professional and the dentist I saw was very informative. I figured cool I found a new dentist as my old dentist retired and I was looking for a new one. I visit the dentist every 6 months for checkups and cleaning. I scheduled a second visit as a follow up and they ended up rescheduling my appointment. I was ok with that seeing as how they told me my dentist caught pneumonia and I totally understand. I rescheduled again with them and low and behold they call me the day of my appointment and said they would have to reschedule yet again. I was understanding figuring the dentist was still out sick. I scheduled a 3rd time and yet again they call me the day of and say they are sorry they would have to reschedule my appointment. This was the 3rd time trying to get back in. On my 4th attempt I show up 15 minutes early and end up waiting for 50 minutes before I walked up to the secretary to verify my appointment time. Apparently they forgot about me and apologized...I was beyond frustrated by this time and ended up walking out. I called and spoke with the office manager and expressed my frustration and of course she apologized and asked me to come back and they would fit me in. I told her not to bother as I would be looking for a new dentist. This has been the worst encounter I have ever had with a dentist office and I will NEVER go back. read more

WOW! Where to start. The Dentist here have an issue with the staff . Unprofessional, unqualified and rude. They were arguing with me the customer over the phone. As i am discussing our issue with the office manager i hear another person yelling at me in the background, Ashley literally told me that is not the story i got from your son. She called me a liar over the phone . i was flabbergasted . unbelievable. My son has been wanting his braces off before his B-day. He was told NO, even though it has been 3 years, whats up with that? Like i said in my opening , i have not spoken to the Doc really, but birds of a feather flock together. Very bad. I would not refer them ever. We would have been 20 min late, like Sandy said in her review, an hour behind but yet they make you sit and wait for an hour. Its ok for them to be late but for you the customer oh no we have to push you out another two weeks. read more

Very unprofessional! My husband and I both had appointments. My appointment was at 8AM and his appointment was at 9AM. We got there at 745AM and waited and waited until 9AM thinking that they probably didnt realize they scheduled us at me at 8 AM on a Saturday. However, that wasn't the case. I called the representatives who help make appointments and she reported that there was some type of emergency and someone tried to call me to cancel. Absolutley not. No one EVER called or text. Apparently they had my number wrong but if that was the reason then how did they text me about our upcoming appointments. Makes no sense at all. We literally had to change change our work schedules for this appointment. We will never come here again. read more

The good thing was they worked me in after another dentist flaked on me. All I wanted was a cleaning. Well, I came in at 9 and by 11 I had my X-rays viewed by the dentist. They told me they would start cleaning in 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden they asked me to come back at 3pm. Not how to make a patient happy. I have been going to the dentist since I can remember. I like my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I set up an appointment for a cleaning...it never happened. I had to fill out 8 pages first...waivers and what not. Then I had about 15 x-rays with horrible pieces of plastic in my mouth! I usually get 1-3 xrays max! The gal was quite rude like she didn't want to be there. Then I visited with the dentist...he looked at my teeth for 2 seconds and said I need a crown or a filling but he prefers the crown (prob cuz it costs more). Then I waited 30 minutes to see a hygienist...she said she needed to speak with her manager and that I needed a deep cleaning. I told her I just want my teeth polished, and need a regular cleaning. They didn't care...they refused to provide even a basic cleaning. This place seems to just want money...not help patients. Waste of my time! This place was like a 3rd world country. Never go! Wow! This place is a Joke! Went in for just a cleaning but they wanted to take x-rays so they did that and the guy who did the x-rays had horrible breath! Like sewage! After the X-rays I waited about 15 min for the Hygienist. (Only 2 people in the place!) then she said I needed a deep cleaning not true! Never needed it before. Then the Dr came in, if you call him that! He said I needed a crown and that was also not true! And then they want me to sign a waiver! For what?! Because I don't want something?! I saw Eric Cuenca in June 2018 for a toothache. He pressured me to have three crowns porcelain for treatment of a toothache. After the three crowns were done, my pain didn't go away because he ignored my pain symptoms and words. Eric spend about five seconds jabbing the three crowns into my mouth; which caused me not able to chew and still had a toothache. In all fairness, the office staff helped me to get treated by another dentist who treated my toothache with an antibiotic, root canal, and put a crown over it. The second doctor also adjusted the three porcelain crown to allow me to chew again; however, not to 100%. read more

WORST dentist in Amercia I thought I was at a third world country dentist that worked on wild dogs. I got there 25 minutes early waited for two and a half hours to get called back by a dentist I talked to him for 7 seconds he diagnosed me with 3 cavities without opening my mouth or taking x-Rays I am not kidding. I would not go back there if they paid me a thousand dollars an hour. I would not take my neighbor's dog to get his teeth cleaned there. all they tried to do is UP SELL me not help me or fix my problem. I think it would be inhumane to have these dentist working on the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay...... I have to admit, I was jumping back and forth between 1 and 2 stars. My first experience scared me by the end of the experience. I do not wish to say that this experience is untrue. I would however like to talk about a new and rather un-expected experience. I would be taking it lightly to say the least, When it seemed like fate that Bright now dental called me (DIRECTLY) after my crown came off while eating a sandwich. Immediately I was taken back to past experiences logged here on yelp where I had to return and return and return. It upset me quite a bit. Next thing I know and i mean really no more than a minute later I get a call from BND. I was floored. Seriously I was like "what is going on?". This does not happen and really there has to be cameras in here to call me directly after the event. Whatever though... I kept a sane head. I do realize that unintended things line up at opportune/inopportune times. I explained how nuts it was that I got a call directly after the issue. Like I said in my initial comments the front desk is fantastic. They fit me in at the best time possible where my issue was overlooked by a new and much more fantastic doctor. I wish I knew his name still. I was petrified to come back because I get very nervous easily. I am terrified not so much of doctors but procedures. It stems back to child-hood. I always have been. This new doctor who's sir Name seems to start with an "N" if I remember correctly is fantastic. Unlike my first experience with Dr. Young this man seemed to be up and up on human pain and psych with a bedside manner to kill (Meant to be positive in every way). He did not belittle me or make me feel like I was over reacting... I just finished a rather tedious root-canal that took nearly 2.5 hrs of tedious tooth stabbing as I call it. I am pleased I had him as a Doc and would return if I knew I could use him again and again. Doc N is young and courageous. Very fun and full of spirit for his work. He reminded me a lot of my last dentist whom I miss. If I was in pain during my visit I was compensated for it. He made me feel like a welcome guest in his place of business. This is what I look for. You should understand that This place took great care of me knowing that my first experience was terrible or not. I was very relieved to know that they cared. The doctor understood that my first experience was questionable and put in a good word for me. The management was pleased to resolve the issue. This is hard service to come by and fantastic service to get in dental. I don't go around siphoning the best I can get everywhere but this time I was glad I was assertive. They understood my situation and fixed it. That takes integrity. Although situations will very along with luck of sorts for any person I have to be honest that with my next two visits ahead to fix this... I am happy that this one went so well and even YES I WOULD recommend the service here for that reason. If you read my initial experience I hope you take this into consideration too. I was very upset but "so far" I have been well taken care of because of it. I even added a star to the initial post to show my gratitude. I'm assuming things must have gotten better since the last people wrote their reviews. The dentist who worked with me was very polite and did very good work even though I was mildly panicking at one point (massive fear of dentists from a bad experience as a child in Texas). She calmed me down while finishing up my tooth extraction and stitching it up (very well I must add). To be honest, this place does not deserve any stars, but one is the lowest available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are very commercial, the doctors and the staff are only interested in the money and do not care for the patients. I went there with pain associated with my wisdom teeth and instead of taking care of that, the doctor told me that I should get a deep cleaning first and antibiotic shots, which would cost me around $2,000 dollars. After that, then they would remove the wisdom teeth. I had appointment to remove the wisdom teeth there but I am glad I didn't go through with it. It probably would have been a horrible mistake. Dr.Cuenca is very commercial, so is Dr.Phan. Neither of them even took the time to speak with me more then 2 mins. They seemed irritaed when I asked them questions, they left me in the waiting room. I had to get up and go talk to them standing up. Horrible horrible place. Horrible doctors, horrible treatment. Never again. read more

This is the worst dental office I have ever visited. Indeed they overbook; if you go, expect to wait for 1-2 hours at the minimum. When you are seen, do not expect to be treated with any sort of kindness. When my son was having a cavity filled, his attendants left to go sing happy birthday to someone (he had to wait, tools hanging out of his mouth, for a very long time before they returned - we could hear the staff laughing.) When I had my own appointment, my attendant made fun of me within ear shot. We will never be back. Horrible place, horrible people. read more

This place is a joke. When you first walk in they don't even ask about why you are there, they just ask you how you will be paying. The assistant took my x-rays and then I had to schedule a second appointment for a cleaning (if that's what you want to call it). Normally when you go to a dentist they check every tooth...the assistant looked at my X-ray, checked 3 of my teeth and sayed my teeth looked perfect. Then he made me watch this 5 minute video about gingivitis while he went on break. The real problem I have is what they did to my wife. The dentist took her xrays and told her she needed a crown and it would be $800. My wife hasn't even had pain in this tooth..but the dentist insisted that based on the xray she definitely needs a crown. My wife went to 2 different offices for second opinions and they both told her the tooth was fine and there is no reason she should get a crown. The bottom line is that this place is only out for money and does not care about the patients. They are lucky they didn't get reported. Save the headache, do your research and find a reputable dentist that wont try and rob you. read more

Was a regular patient until my regular hygenist left. Then someone phoned to cancel my appointment. My days off change every month. They did not phone back, so after a few months I phoned a nightmare of a phone tree. We got disconnected, so they immediately phoned back and left a voice mail to call back to confirm appointment we just made. I left a message, following the lengthy phone tree, requesting that they please phone back, after hearing that they were extremely busy with high call volume, please wait for the next available representative. An hour and 40 minutes has passed and I am wondering whether they will phone me or am I at the mercy of that nasty phone tree. read more

Awful! Waited forever! Both dentists I could not understand! Daughter was in serious pain and they said , 'hold on we're almost done!' What a joke! Also, in the middle of her procedure they asked me for payment! Ridiculous! Next..... I get a refund for the same amount I made saying they overcharged me so I think great. Well, now months later her filling has fallen out and I get a letter in the mail from my insurance company saying there has been a mistake and the billing got messed up and now I owe them what the previously refunded for plus some?! I decided to read the reviews after my experience. I guess i am not that bright with bright now dental. I should have read the reviews prior to going there. My insurance company has them listed as an in network facility so i decided to go there. I Seriously regret it now and should have stayed with my out of network provider. This office is so disfunctional. I must say, i at least appreciate the x-ray gal for being kind. It appears i had the same issue others did, i sat at a chair for a long time. I never had a wait as i did that day. I never even had an opportunity to speak to the dentist about my issue. Please DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT going there!! It is a waste of time and energy. I was in a motorcycle accident 5 years ago, and shattered several molars. After calling around several dentists, most said they could make appointments 3 weeks to a month away. This office recognized my urgency and had me in the next day. 7 hours in the dentist chair, not my favorite, but their friendly staff was great. This is the worst dental office I've ever been to. They are extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. I mean literally they are rude to you even when you are being polite and respectful to their face they are rude back. The staff makes it a point to show you they don't care about you. Then when you get there after making an appointment well in advance they make you sit and wait HOURS before anyone even bothers to see you, then they tell you they can't do any work on you today so you need to reschedule the appointment. I've gotten nicer treatment at the dmv then these people and they just boot you aside like your an afterthought. Then when it's all over they hold your x-rays hostage to make it harder for you to go to a REAL dentist. What it all boils down to is the fact that there is PLENTY of reasonable dental offices in this area, why settle for the worst.
