The bottom line, the guy could care less for the horrible experience my family and I had. We were not able to execute our plans for the day. I rented six scooters and only 3 worked. I was refunded only for one, We had to walk back the scooters to the hotel. Our whole day was ruined. We could not go shopping, have lunch, and enjoy the ride as a family. All I got was , I will refund one scooter. I will never rent from Bright Scooters and never recommend this place to anyone. I would not even rate this place with one star. read more

I've rented from them twice and always had a good experience! The pick up and drop off is super easy. The staff is friendly. Booking is easy (last time I handled it all over text!) Previously I had used a different scooter company and maybe it was a fluke but Bright scooters seem faster, nicer, and the batteries last longer. Oh! And they don't do that obnoxious beeping that a lot of the other scooters do. As convenient as it would be to rent from Disneyland directly, without a reservation system I just don't trust them to not run out. Bright is by far the best option out there. read more

Worst experience dealing with this company. I should've known the minute I couldn't get a hold of this guy Avi, phone was always "out of reception" and ignored my calls. It seemed too good to be true when he claimed to be giving me a good price! The scooter was supposed to arrive the night before my 3 day conference and never did. He made it like it seemed like it was a misunderstanding on my behalf when it's clear from his texts that he didn't have his business organized. Now he refuses to give me a refund as he said he would. If you want to take the risk or like gambling and losing your money, go ahead! By end of day 2 @ Disneyland my left knee was bothering me. I recall seeing green scooters in our hotel lobby so when we got back to our room(s), I stopped by the front desk & they handed me a pamphlet with Bright Scooters information. I called and in less than 5mins I was able to reserve a scooter that they delivered to my hotel overnight. I rode it from our hotel to the parks the next 2 days. I loved how the neon green color made it easy for me to find amongst the other ECVs parked. Took away one star because right rear light was out, the horn didn't work; also the arms of the scooter were loose. read more

This was my first time renting a scooter since I had an Achilles injury and knew I wouldn't survive 3 days in the parks on my feet. I booked it online the day before my arrival because the other companies were booked. I was a little worried since I had not heard of this company. The night of my arrival, Avi (the owner) met me at my hotel and dropped off my scooter. Unfortunately, my hotel had a change in policy and would not allow me to charge the scooter at the hotel. Avi came right back and picked up the scooter and said he would have it charged and ready for me to use by morning. At the end of our first night, my scooter wouldn't start or move even after trying to charge it in the park. I texted Avi and he brought me a new scooter. He was so great at responding to my questions and needs. The scooter was easy to use and easy to maneuver through the crowds. For some reason, I thought they would be bulky and difficult to drive, but even my husband liked the scooter! I'll definitely be renting from Avi again! read more

I can't say enough about the quality customer service this business provides. I arrived in Anaheim to attend Disney CA Ad. And they were sold out of scooters. I have a bad ankle and knee from injuries and it hurts to be on my feet for an entire day. I was forced to rent a wheelchair that I used as a walker. Later that night, as I checked into my hotel at the Wyndham, I saw a big Rent Me sign on a scooter that was charging in the lobby. I contacted the number and received an immediate response at 11pm. I was able to rent the scooter via web link and secure Apple Pay within 10 mins. I had a fully charged scooter the next morning waiting for me in the lobby the next morning! I was able to scoot to Disneyland with no problems and spend the entire day there with plenty of battery charge left by end of the night. I needed a scooter for universal Hollywood and had no clue if they were servicing that area. I reached out and within minutes I was told I could have a fully charged scooter waiting for me at the Hilton the next day. No fuss, no problems! The scooter was clean and ran smooth. It was also a bright neon green which made it easy to spot next to all the other scooters or strollers at Disneyland. Customer service was great! While visiting Disneyland for three days I discovered on day one that my knees wouldn't allow me to walk anymore and that I needed a mobility scooter for the next two days. Disneyland wanted $80 a day for their rentals which was ridiculous! After seeing a "rent me" sign on a scooter I called the phone number and within 10 minutes arrangements were made to provide me a scooter at almost half the price that Disneyland wanted!! The scooter was exactly were I was told it would be and the battery was fully charged. I had no problems with it except for a minor incident that was completely my fault. I called for help and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me the remedy so I was on the move again within minutes! The battery was new and held a charge for the entire day. This is one of the very few companies that will rent ECVs to locals and the only one that has hotels they can use even if you aren't staying there or that will drop off at your house. Add to that the fact that they have the best prices in the area and are extremely friendly with scooters that literally last all day without dropping a single bar on the charge and they are incredible. I also love that they a bright green, making them easy to pick out of a crowd. When we go to Florida, we use a company called Gold Mobility for ECV rental, who is absolutely amazing and this company is the only one that I have ever seen that comes close to their level of customer service, quality of scooter, etc. They aren't quite to the level of Gold Mobility, at least not yet, but that is a very high standard to achieve. That being said, they come as close to as any company I have ever found, mobility related or not, so I highly recommend Moving Mobility America out here on the west coast, just as I highly recommend Gold Mobility out in Florida. read more

I rented a scooter at the last minute, while on vacation. Called up around 8pm and the scooter was delivered the same night around 10:45pm. The scooter was perfect for me. It had slow to fast speeds that are easily comtrolled while in use. I thought I would have to stop to make it go slow or fast. The battery life is amazing. I used it for 2 days and the battery never drained. It stayed fully charged!! I highly recommend these scooters. Definitely will rent again next time I need one. I can't recommend this company enough! My fiancé and I both have bad backs but we love Disneyland and have annual passes. We were tired of renting scooters from Disneyland since they don't have much leg space and are super slow to where we have had to even pretty much walk it up a hill. These scooters though are great!
