A couple of months ago, I sprained my ankle badly and unfortunately it happened around the time I had a Disney trip planned. I found One Stop Mobility and what attracted me was its proximity to Disneyland Resort. It's located within the Camelot Inn and Suites right across the street from the parks. When you turn into the hotel, you'll pass the parking attendant and it's on the right side towards the back of the parking lot. You can't miss it because there are a ton of scooters outside the office. I submitted a request online two days before my visit, and they called me back later the same day. Someone helped me book the scooter rental over the phone. I wish you could do this online because you have to provide your credit card details to the representative that calls you back. They'll ask for your arrival window, and I recommend going first thing in the morning. I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 7:00 AM, and I waited about 15 minutes because there was one person in front of me. The scooter is fully charged when you check it out. They'll provide an overview on how to use the scooter, which is super helpful. How to turn it on, move forward, reverse, break, and adjust the seat. If you need to transport it, the scooter can break down, but it is SO heavy. You'll need two people to get this into a van, SUV, or truck. It has a speed dial, and let me tell you the max speed goes FAST, so be careful if you're on that setting. The turn radius is excellent for the scooters, I didn't have any trouble navigating sharp turns for some of the lines in the parks. My visit to the park started at 7:30 am and we left around 4:00 pm. The charge was still full, so if you're looking to rent one of these for a couple of days, this battery has enough power for that. I paid about $70 for a day rental, but that's because I added the scooter insurance ($10). I personally don't think you need this if you're just going to Disneyland Resort. I had no issues during my visit. I do think it's smart to add it if you're transporting the scooter in a vehicle to use at another location. If you leave the scooter unattended at the park, be sure to just take the key with you. You can return the scooter outside of business hours. You'll leave the scooter next to the office and leave the key with the hotel front desk. read more

We called Disneyland and they said they can't guarantee availability for scooters as it is first come first serve. So we went with an outside company for renting scooters. This place is really close to Disneyland, basically 1 traffic light away, walking distance. It is situated right now to the official drop off area for Disneyland. The price is reasonable. Staff are reasonably friendly. The booking process was smooth. The scooters were well maintained, and kept clean. No issues in terms of using the scooters. When we went to go pick it up and drove it to the car we found that the chair was broken. Corrine made sure they went to pick us up a new chair from the warehouse and got everything settled. We had an excellent experience with our electric scooter. First of all I can't believe how fast it was! My wife was using it and I couldn't keep up with her. I also can't believe it lasted all day and night and still had lots of power left in the battery. The workers were nice and explained everything to us well. I would think of other options than using One Stop Mobility. They are a corporation that is not customer driven. When you rent from them, their initial charge isn't to bad and is in line with most. They get you with accident insurance, cancellation protection, theft protection, etc. When it is all said and done they are more than others. If you want to cancel a reservation, they will not refund your money. How is that even fair to a customer when it was booked 2 months in advance, and it was being cancelled a month before. Just not a good experience and I cannot recommend them. read more

I called Scootaround first, and told the customer service agent that I needed to reserve a 4-wheel scooter, as my elderly mother had tipped over in her 3-wheeler on a previous vacation and ended up in an ambulance and ER with stitches. She flatly replied, "I can't guarantee a 4-wheel.". After hanging up, I called One Stop Mobility and gave the same story to the lovely Sophia. She gasped and said, "Omigosh, I got you!". When I told her how the other agent reacted she was genuinely shocked and wondered how anyone could dismiss a past experience like that. We haven't even gotten the scooter yet, but I believe Sophia's customer service already backs up the integrity of the company. I signed up for 90s night like three months ago. I had no idea that I was gonna get a brain aneurysm. I was not gonna let my tickets go to waste. I was so grateful when the doctor told me that I could go, but I couldn't walk more than a mile. I feel like it's more than a mile just walking from your car so I had to rent a scooter. It was the most fun I've had in a long time. It was like a whole ride the whole time . I'm not gonna lie. It does take a little learning, but I was getting around Disney so easy. This company got back to me right away. Everybody I talk to in this company was so nice .I was grateful too cause I was getting kind of nervous. Nobody else was calling me back. Thank God they were right across the street from Disneyland next to the McDonald's . It was so easy just pick up your scooter. Cross the street and let the fun begin. Then when you're done, just ride it back park it and drop the key in the lobby in the hotel an extra $70 making your Disney adventure perfect. read more

I reserved an EV scooter online for my daughter. When I called, a woman answered and was very rude and hung up on me. Apparently my daughter is not eligible to use a scooter because she is not 18 yet. That is what the woman said. I'd also like to note that, as of 10/8/24 11:35am, there is no mention on their website of age or ID/Driver's license guidelines. I asked about getting a refund. The woman said no and that she could issue a complaint and then hung up on me. I called back, and a man answered. He said that he could void the transaction. So my issue is (1) there are no requirement guidelines online, and (2) I received really bad customer service. My mother was still healing from surgery on her foot, so I insisted we get her an electric scooter to make her day at California Adventure enjoyable and painless. Although they do offer them at Disneyland, there is no reservation system...which I didn't want to take a risk and miss out on one. I made reservations with One Stop Mobility a few days before our park reservation and it was no problem reserving the scooter. I was able to drop her and my stepdad off (they even offer paid parking there). The location of the office (Camelot Inn) is nearly directly across from the Harbor Blvd entrance to the parks, so it was easy for them both to meet me in front of CAD. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an ECV for Disneyland! read more

I have used this location for years to rent strollers for Disneyland. This year, I booked my reservation for two single strollers. I called, completed the Docusign and called again to confirm everything was complete with a credit card to complete. When I arrived and spoke to Zane, no strollers waiting, they didn't complete the reservation on their side. After 15mins, I got two old dirty, torn strollers that he said they normally do not rent out. One was broken and pulled to the side, no hand grips, the other full of stains and tears. Zane said they would make it right and manager Ryan would call. No calls from Ryan, no one cared. After multiple follow up calls. No response. I would highly recommend everyone rents somewhere else. Really friendly people located in the Camelot hotel parking area. It's like 5 minutes from Disneyland entrance and right next to all the closets Hotels. Really recommend to use them and get a scooter. For DL, the scooter was the pack mule. We put all the backpacks on it and only carried a fanny pack with essentials on the ride. Seriously. I'm a fairly healthy guy but it's hard to get a seat. Even if you just get one, it's better to switch out when needed. Don't go the park without one! read more

I filled out a reservation form online. Received a call 3 days later from a 800 number. I almost never answer those but found out it was this company. They said I needed to pick up because they cant deliver to Disneyland on site hotels. Thats fine, I can pick up. Then proceeds to say hang on I'm checking availability, this concerned me. Don't you have that information prior to calling. Then requested payment over the phone. I asked if they could provide me a receipt - they said they cant. I said not even a email, no..... im asked whats stopping you from taking my payment and when I get there, there is no trace of payment. Other than my own ledgers, I just don't trust it. Crooked company refuses to give refunds despite what their contract says. I had to cancel my trip to Disneyland due to a back injury. So I called One Stop 3 times to try to get my refund, and each time they say they'll send an email to the "refund department" in hopes they will see it incase they missed it before. One guy said to me, "You will get your refund, I gaurantee it. Actually I can't gaurantee it because it's the refund department." I called a 4th time and said to the lady right off the bat, "Can I speak to the refund department?" She replied, "How may I help you?" I said, "Were you able to hear me?" She said, "Yes. How may I help you?" I said that I am wanting to speak to the refund department directly in hopes of being able to get my refund. She then tells me that the refund department sent an email saying that because I didn't pay for Cancellation Protection that I would not be able to get my refund. (THIS IS FALSE (I remembered the contract)... She offered me credit so I said Ok. I hung up and read the contract again right away to double check, and I called her back. I read her the contract, "If you DECLINED the Cancellation Protection and you need to cancel, and the equipment has not been delivered, OSM will retain a $45 cancellation fee and refund the remaining balance." After I read that to her, she replies, "Ok I will let the refund department know that you don't want the credit anymore." I said, "Well wait a minute, what do you have to say about the line in the contract that I read to you." She replied, "I cannot comment because I don't know about this since I'm not the refund department." She said again that she would let the refund department know that I don't want credit and to have them call me. Of course they never called me back. I want to mention that I was polite all the times that I called them because if I wasn't then I knew I'd be more likely to not get my money back. One Stop Mobility take advantage of people who have to cancel. Who knows if there is really even a "refund department." I think it's total bull when she said she doesn't know about what was written in the contract. read more
