Had a recent trip back to the OC last month with both my kiddos, and even though I have a five-year-old now he still refuses to use his legs when we're at a theme park so I needed to find a double stroller that was able to fit inside the trunk of a standard car and also something easy to push around at Disneyland Park. I also noticed that most stroller rental companies in the area have a minimum requirement of renting 3 consecutive days. I literally only wanted to pay for one day since we just needed to use it for the hours while we were at Disneyland. Luckily, the lovely owner of this company was retiring some of her double strollers and agreed with me that if I could just pick up at her location, then she would rent it out to me for the one day. Everything worked out perfectly as her location was literally five minutes from Disneyland Park, so it was easy to simply pick up and once we were done at the park to drop off back at her home. A girlfriend of mine told me about how nice it was to have one dropped off to their hotel for their Disney vacation so they didn't have to lug one on the plane. It's a small business and I've had the pleasure of using them 2x now for our past Disney trips. The stroller is dropped off to the concierge the night before (We stayed at the Westin Anaheim). In the morning when you're ready to go, just stop by the concierge and have them get it for you. Once you see the stroller, you can fully appreciate that it's been thoroughly cleaned and in good working order. Hanging in the back, you'll see a nice little plastic sleeve with your last name printed on bright blue paper. This makes it so easy to find yours when you've parked your stroller among hundreds of them at the park. Another nice thing to note is that once they've dropped off your stroller, you'll get an email for them with pics of the stroller for proof. When you're done with it, they come to pick up. The prices are extremely affordable and totally worth saving your personal stroller from the wear-and-tear of airplane travel. We loved getting to use a Baby Jogger City Mini and while it was definitely a used stroller, it arrived smelling great, was super clean, and everything on the stroller (brakes, basket, sun shade) worked well. The parent console that's included on the handle (for water bottle and phone) was Velcroed on and the Velcro wasn't very sticky anymore so it occasionally would fall off but as long as we didn't overload it it wasn't a problem. Just make sure to read all the fine print and take their advice and call your hotel ahead of time to make sure they are fine with the drop-off. Ours was dropped off the morning of our check-in even though we didn't arrive until the afternoon and our hotel was fine with it. I booked online then tried to call to confirm some details and the number takes you to an automated thing saying you're eligible for a free health device, then seems to connect you to a live person to discuss the medical device, but that's a recording too. I panicked thinking that I had been scammed after booking. I finally got a hold of the owner another way and she confirmed details and also seemed to be aware her number goes to a medical marketing loop. I was still skeptical, however we received the stroller as indicated and return was easy as well. It ended up being a great service. While ease of reservations and delivery of the stroller were flawless, I had emailed City Stoller Rentals 24 hours before the end of our rental period to ask for an extension for either a half day or another full day. I stated I knew that it would be an extra charge and also acknowledged that I understood if they could not extend it. I got NO reply to my request, so I called and spoke with Jules. She told me she got my email but was trying to move things around and would get back to me. I never heard back from her - by email or phone- so I sent a second email saying that we would make other arrangements and would turn the stroller in as originally planned. Again, I received nothing in response and turns out they picked the stroller up from the hotel the following day anyway- meaning my family would have been able to enjoy one more day at Disney if someone had communicated with me that it was possible to keep it a few hours longer or for another day. We just returned from a trip to Disneyland and rented a double stroller from them. They were amazing and provided top notch customer service. After receiving excellent service and utilizing CSR last year, I knew I would rent again from them for our trip to Knots Berry Farm & Universal Studios trip (4/20/2014-04/23/2014) and THANK GOODNESS!! Booking online was a cinch, received immediate confirmation with attached form to e-sign - badda bing badda bang. quickly done. In my haste, and of my own fault, I had incorrectly marked the wrong month for rental but did not realize this till the evening before our trip!!! Freaking out, I left a voicemail for assistance. The next morning as we were driving from sfo to lax (me still worried about the stroller), I received a text message that the stroller was en route and everything was taken care of. This was by far the best way to do Disneyland if you are flying and don't want to bring your on stroller! So I was able to book our stroller about 2 weeks before flying into LA! Was super easy to book on their website and when I couldn't find the answers to my questions I called them up and they were super nice and friendly! We were staying with friends and they had no problems dropping it off at our friends house as well! Again super nice when dropping off and picking up. Even when I made the mistake of putting in the wrong zip code and she drove 6 miles in the opposite direction. I would totally recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again. Worth Every Penny! City Strollers was awesome. Friendly and Affordable! They delivered the morning we arrived so when we checked into our hotel, the stroller was waiting for us! It was clean, light weight and easy to maneuver. Perfect for a pregnant Mama with 2 little ones! My 3.5 year old, and my 21 month old both fit nicely and were very comfortable. They slept in the stroller all 3 nights we were in Disneyland, and then we just walked right on back to the hotel with the stroller. City Strollers provided a lock for extended parking (like when we visited Tom Sawyers Island or took the Train full route. It had a large basket underneath and extra storage on the seat backs, plus a "parent console" for 3 extra cups. The canopy's were nice and large! When we left the hotel, we just dropped the stroller off at the front desk. No muss, no fuss! We had taken my husband's small car on the trip and didn't have room to pack a double stroller, but I refuse to rent Disneyland strollers (first off, they don't have doubles - and secondly, what do you do with 2 sleeping kids at the end of the day when you still need to walk back to the hotel but have to leave the strollers there?!) I found City Strollers online, and liked the reviews. I called and they were super friendly, and even gave us a free upgrade to the jogger stroller. (Baby Jogger, Summit x3). On our recent trip to Disneyland, we ended up needing a double stroller at the last minute - long story is that my in-laws drove down our double BOB and we flew, my MIL got sick so they left a day early which left us in kind of a bind. I had called City Stroller Rentals at 8:25 am, left a message, and Jewel promptly returned my call 9 minutes later. She was able to confirm that a double stroller would be delivered to our hotel by 10 am. We were in the parks at the time of delivery (I made my almost 4 yr old and almost 6 yr old walk but I knew they wouldn't be able to walk all day) and I received an email at 9:59 am confirming that it was delivered. The hotel we stayed at is able to accept strollers with no problems and they even have a separate holding area adjacent to valet. My older child has a peanut allergy so I had inquired about cleanliness between each client. Jewel reassured me that they are commercially cleaned before each use and she mentioned she has a peanut allergy as well so I was comfortable in knowing that City Stroller Rentals is diligent about this process. This is our first time flying into LA to do Disney ( as we used to live in CA) and were not wanting or needing a double stroller beside at the theme parks. Your confirmation notice had a default pick up address on Main Street here in Disneyland that nobody knows where! And I don't know why it would be delivered somewhere else when I know I clicked on "condo" for the place of delivery. You left me with no choice but to rent 2 single strollers here at Disneyland. Upon arrival in Anaheim, I was surprised to find that Disneyland doesn't rent double strollers. I started to hit the panic button and then found City Stroller Rentals, lucky me! Not only are the strollers higher quality than the Disneyland rentals, the service was phenomenal! We rented a house near Disneyland and the stroller was delivered to us same day and then picked up at the end of the week. The stroller looked brand new and the cost was amazingly affordable. Since I was planning a trip to Disneyland again this year, I decided to look up City Stroller Rentals to see if they had a stroller appropriate for my son. And as expected, they had the perfect stroller. I went ahead and tried to process my order online. To my surprise, CSR did not deliver to the hotel that I was staying at anymore (they did the previous time I used this company). I emailed Jewel in regards to this. She responded immediately explaining that they don't deliver to the particular hotel anymore because their items didn't remain safe in the hotels care. I asked Jewel if she would be willing to meet me at a specific time at the hotel so that I could get the stroller from her directly. She agreed to this, thankfully. I DID NOT want to rent a Disneyland stroller. I arrived at the hotel a few minutes after 5pm. The stroller had just arrived and I was happy with the product. It was clean and in great working order. All the extras were included as promised. The day that our trip ended, I left the stroller at 10am for pick up and emailed Jewel for confirmation. It was a very easy transaction and I'm thankful that CSR delivered to my hotel. I cannot emphasize the great customer service and communication between Jewel and myself. I was trying to avoid the hassle of checking a double stroller in at the airport. Our stroller is awesome, don't get me wrong, but I was a bit concerned about how it would travel roundtrip (it is not one piece, but rather several pieces that clip on). City Stroller Rentals saved the day in more ways than one. First, due to my error, I didn't complete my reservation. Bad mom, bad. Thankfully, they worked extra hard to get us a stroller during the time we were staying at Disneyland.
