Very easy to reserve online and for a first time user it wasn't too difficult to navigate. It's only the ppl in Disneyland that were rude constantly walking in front that made it difficult. No waiting in line for the e-scooter and worked the entire day. read more

Affordable, easy to book, and super easy to work with. They dropped off the ECV at our hotel before we arrived, so it was ready for us when we got there. I had to call them multiple times to extend our days (the magic of Disney overtook us). Each time they were quick to answer and sent me email updates immediately after our phone conversation. We ended our stay at a different hotel than we started, and they had no issue picking up from the new hotel. The ECV was in decent condition. It worked well, barely lost its energy bars after each full day of use, and was easy to maneuver. The seat could have been more comfortable, but I have a feeling they're all pretty much the same way across the companies (based on what I saw at the parks over the course of our trip). Prices are lower than most rentals in the area especially Disneyland don't rent from there. The scooter looked new and powers up for 20 hours plus you definitely have speed. We took it to Disneyland, an adventure park and by accident I put it in neutral. When I called the office, they were so helpful and patient with me. Definitely recommend. read more

This was my first experience with D & R Mobility Scooter and it will not be my last. I needed a scooter for Disneyland. Our party stayed in a nearby hotel and the plan was to walk to the park early the next morning. I can't walk long distances or without a walker so I spent hours online trying to figure out where to park, how to get ALL the way to the scooter rental place in the park, where to meet everyone, how will I get back, where will I leave my walker, will the scooter be big or sturdy enough? I almost gave up even trying to go, but the wonderful staff at Hotel Indigo suggested I try an outside company and recommended D & R. The first time I called no one answered so I looked into other companies who offered the same services. It was hard to decide but then Rita from D & R called me back. I hadn't even left a message. I was a little impressed that she called back at all and it was also fairly quickly, so I chose them. I reserved online on their website which was super simple. I needed to leave at 7am that next morning, they delivered the scooter to our hotel lobby the night before. I hadn't even asked them to do that. I was able to scoot alongside my family from the hotel to the park and follow them around all day. The other amazing and awesome thing about D & R is that they are located right outside the park. When I was concerned about losing power their solution was to meet me at the gate and exchange it for a fully charged one. No extra charge, no hassle. (Jacob was amazing as well!) It turned out I didn't need it after all and made it back to the hotel (at 12:30 am) with the same scooter. All I had to do was leave it in the lobby with hotel staff. I don't leave reviews, but D & R's services were an answer to prayer. The experience could not have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend! read more

As a person with a degenerative spinal cord disease, this scooter was meant to be helpful. The tires are completely bald, someone has obviously run it into a brick wall, the armrests were busted... and the headrest was so broken it kept hitting me in the neck every time we moved. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this place - they don't care about the quality of the service they provide if they gave someone this one to use! read more

I was planning on taking my elderly grandma to Disneyland and she needed a scooter to get around the park. I did quite a bit of research and ended up booking with D and R due to: 1) Location: literally across the street from the east Harbor Blvd entrance of the park 2) Cost: it was $50 plus tax for the day. This price is cheaper than Select Mobility up the street ($55) and also cheaper than renting directly from Disneyland ($60) 3) Customer experience: it was easy to book a reservation online and pay online. FYI: if you want to book a scooter with Disneyland, it is first come, first serve (no reservations -- so I don't recommend this option). Also, I opted to pick up the scooter at their location. If you pick up and drop off outside of their office hours, you can drop off the scooter in the parking lot directly behind their office in a designated area. I will rent from them again! For the past 8 years we've been renting a pair of scooters from D&R Mobility every other month for two days at Disneyland. We have NEVER had a problem with one of their scooters. Every time we call to make a reservation, they have been polite & helpful. The scooters are delivered to our motel and ready for us to use, fully charged, by 7am. I actually contacted another company first but they literally had so many hidden fees and did not deliver to my hotel unless you rent the scooter for 3 days. But honestly that company was a scam. I used to love this business. Although the scooters are a bit worn, they used to be reliable. During my February trip, they delivered my scooters to the wrong hotel, delaying the start of a Disney day for my whole group. If you are rope drop people, you know this hurts your whole plan for the day. This trip the dropoff was good, but I got a call as I'm packing up that the scooter had not been in the lobby when they came to pick it up. I asked if they were sure, since they had made errors before. She assured me they had the right address. I hurried down to the lobby and the scooter was right there! Another error on their part causing me unnecessary stress. Scooters are also very beat up and don't hold a charge well. read more

We've been using D&R mobility for a few years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always on time, their scooters are fantastic, they're so reliable, and they're also so conveniently located right across from Disneyland resort. Their customer service is fantastic even past opening hours. I appreciate their kindness, and how easy they are to talk to and to deal with. The owner recognizes me every time I call - probably because I always greet her with the same sentence. I have multiple medical issues, which prevent me from managing the parks on foot. I can do short distances, but their scooters really give me the freedom to be at the parks and truly enjoy them. I can't thank them enough. I felt awful because of our change of plans but every time D&R was kind and understanding. The next morning our plans came through for Disneyland so I called them immediately and they were able to deliver to our hotel at Howard Johnson WITHIN AN HOUR! This was our first experience renting a scooter for Disneyland. The whole experience went smoothly and perfectly. We went to the store the day before Disneyland to ask for a quick tutorial on how the scooters work. My husband did some practice driving and so on the first day of Disney, we were ready to just pick the scooter up and leave. Each morning for 3 days the scooter was ready to go with our name on it. We never had any hold ups or problems. We returned the scooter each night, and they did the recharging of the machine. Everything went well with our experience with D & R! First off, Frida is the absolute best! She is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She was totally on top of all communication with me and went out of her way! One night we needed to switch out a scooter for low battery and she was amazing! I do not recommend!! Day one, they gave me a scooter that would not turn (4 wheeler). Somethings wrong with the turning linkage. Exchanged for for a 3 wheeler, it kept turning off. Day two, they exchanged the three wheeler for the same four wheeler with turning issues. I'm driving around waiting for this thing to break. I would not rent from them again. read more
