The waiting room is small but the practice certainly serves the community, the dental staff do real work. They probably are all over worked. They deserve recognition for their good work. The staff as well as the doctor should understand that most patients aren' neglectful on purpose things sometimes happen out of patients control. There are ways to ask questions without making the patient feel bad & small.
