Best experience I ever had at a dental office! Front desk was so friendly and extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Dr suri is so gentle, I don't even feel the injections when I get my fillings done! I take my 3 teenage children here also and they love the Hygenist they say she is very nice and gentle. After a change of insurance I decided to try this place out and it was honestly just a short but bad experience. Dr. Suri is great, very gentle, no pain. I was welcomed to smiles on wellwood with no judgment of my history of significant dental work. I had not been to the dentist in about 10 years. Raquel the hygienist is so sweet and kind and knowledgeable about her craft. Dolores at the front desk runs a tight ship and is great with following up with your insurance and making sure you know what's covered and what's not. Jessica was great also, so polite and assuring! For someone who hadn't had a cleaning in 10 years I have since had 3 in the last year because I finally feel comfortable and without judgment under Dr. Suri and her staffs care. read more

I had a really lovely experience here. I had a tooth extraction a few weeks ago at another place (and oral surgeon) and there's been nothing but issues, so i came here today to seek help for the pain from a new set of eyes. As it turns out there was bone fragments left behind and the dentist was able to take them right out. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and his assistant was very nice as well. The facility itself was very warm and welcoming. The waiting room was super comfortable; I even wanted to lay there and watch TV on this gloomy day. Lol The receptionist was a breath of fresh air, extremely welcoming and explained the check-in procedure on the iPad given to me. It was super easy to use and checking in was easy and fast. I didn't even need to provide my insurance card, because the receptionist was able to pull it up online using my member ID before I even arrived.- very efficient. I am very happy with my visit here and I will make this my new primary dentist after such a lovely experience. read more

5/5 hands down. I can't soeak more highly of Dr. Suri. Like most, I am for one an anxious patient because who likes drills and needles in their mouth! Well let me assure you Dr. Suri coddles you like an infant and has excellent bedside manor. She talks you through everything prior to the procedure and during. Her gentle hands will make your produce pin free! Her work is great, her staff are all professionals and I just love this place. BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID INSURANCE. I have been using this dental office for about 2 years and all was great and I was very comfortable with Dr.Suri. She filled about 6-7 cavities that I had and I had no issues until I unfortunately ended up needing 3 root canals. Dr.Suri only does her root canals one way , which I have now learned that NO Insurance covers the way she wants to do the procedure(charging $300 per tooth for the core build up) I'm on Medicaid and I can't afford $900 (3 teeth at $300 each). So I branched out to find another dentist who could do this procedure for me using my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. I was told If I branch out to another dentist for my root canals she will no longer accept me as a patient. I respect that she wants to use one specific method for root canals, she's the dentist ,that's her choice but , Considering this , she should be a little more accepting that some patients may have to go elsewhere for this procedure to be able to take care of the issue without going broke and not loose their teeth. I now question if she really cares about her patients or just money in her pocket. read more

This dentist cons you into believing he cares about your fears. Promised if you feel anything the service is free. Now completely trusting him I go back and his entire attitude Changes. I suck it up and get the needle (which is a phobia I have had all my life) he is too impatient to wait for the novacaine to work so instead of waiting he jabs another needle into the top of my mouth.i jumped out of the chair and left. So now after waiting 19 years to get the courage to go to a dentist. Not only did I leave without addressing the issue I will never trust another dentist again. Great job destroying any chance if me ever getting my tooth fixed. I will continue to spread the word to anyone who will listen read more

Dr. Suri is the best dentist I have every been to. Thorough and professional. I have been to many dentists and I didn't realize a dentist could be this gentile and good. I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Stuker pulled my tooth. I had no swelling or pain. Wonderful bedside manner. The office is clean and they follow all the CDC guidelines. I felt completely safe. After years of going to Dr Ibraham, upon his retirement he referred us to smiles on Wellwood , Since day one going there, it was always about the money. every tooth issue I had she told me i needed a crown I lost a filling in my tooth she would not put a simple filling back she told me it needed a crown only she sent me for a root canal on the tooth, but when i went to the specialist he told me she had the wrong tooth marked down. he sent me back to Dr Suris office and i received a huge attitude from her and she stormed out of the room and said i needed to make a new appointment I returned 2 days later and she put the filling in the tooth with extreme rudeness and very unprofessional I later received a bill from the specialist for $75.00 for a visit that he did nothing on all because of her error Also, Dolores the receptionist can be rude at times, I would never recommend Smiles on Wellwood to anyone . read more
