When I requested my medical records, what I received appeared incomplete and did not seem to include several pre- and post-operative interactions I personally recall. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. She made it sound like the results would be amazing once the skin peeled and healed, so we trusted her. After the first treatment, my mom's forehead and chin looked a bit brighter, but the dark spots on her cheeks were still exactly the same--no improvement at all. I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. So far, I've seen Jan, Tracy, and one of the Katies (there are two there), and they are all fantastic. The personalized care they offer is top-notch. I've had laser treatments for hair removal and to prep for surgery, and the results are amazing. Jan's expertise with different lasers is impressive and completely painless. She does tattoo removal as well, and she skillfully removed a blowout on one of my tattoos while keeping the tattoo intact. I'm also getting a fresh surgical scar lasered off and some RF microneedling on it. The scar has gone from red to pink to white, and I can't wait for it to be gone soon. The results are unbelievably, but you have to wait 5 weeks between treatments. The spa offers a variety of treatments, I do try to experience something new every visit till I try all her beauty machines. I especially love the pod - it's a must-try! I also had a foot ionizing treatment that worked wonders for post-surgery edema on the top of my feet.
