The machine has two sides which she explained, today was my first treatment so I started on the easier settings (I guess...). It didn't hurt it felt like a warm suction cup, the second appointment in 3 weeks is going to be a bit more intense I guess. The facility was clean, Azzi was super nice and I would for sure return (and need to for subsequent treatments to remove the hair). Sounds like they have a summer treatment deal.

She put some type of jail on my face which is I've never got that done before but long story short, the results did not work and when I called to kind of let them know to see if I could come in maybe for a touchup or something like that she told me that that's not something that they could do. She also told me that I needed to wait weeks to be able to see, but I get laser often so that's something that I already knew and she just was not trying to compensate me as well at all with anything not even a visit to see if if it's something that they could've did better so I don't recommend coming to this place. The customer service is great though.
