Night and day difference from when I was here last. Visited on a Thursday night and was pretty busy. Updated lanes with touchscreen, updated bathrooms. Last time I was here(summer of 2025) we weren't able to get a lane despite the many that were open and employees were rude. This visit was considerably better! I brought my mentally handicapped adult daughter here and they would not give us bumpers. She struggles with social anxiety and coordination. She was extremely embarrassed by this. This was the worst bowling experience I have ever had, definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere. First of all, the seating by the lanes is awkward and there aren't any tables in front of the lanes, just lined up tiny chairs. Second of all, which is the main problem, the General Manager named Kathy was absolutely absurd. I assume the other negative reviews are also about her but she definitely put a damper on our experience and was extremely rude to all of us. She has 0 customer service or problem solving skills. Another thing to note is the workers kept taking our overpriced drinks off the table when they still had about a quarter left in them. I have been there a few times and struggled to get a lane. When I did get a lane it has been awesome. When I called in the prompt told me to call to check lane availability at the front desk, so that is what I did. The man that answered the phone was the same man that left the recorded message. I don't expect much from a client facing position because I know it can be a difficult job. That being said, he was extremely short and rude telling me to go online and check before hanging up. Mike is the MVP of the Bowling Alley! If you're visiting Brighton Bowl, do yourself a favor and look for Mike. He's hands-down the best employee I've encountered in a long time! From the moment we walked in, Mike's warm smile and positive attitude made us feel welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure our group had a fantastic experience. We had some issues with a lane, and Mike was on it immediately. But what really stood out was Mike's genuine enthusiasm. Whether he was cracking jokes, recommending the best snacks/drinks or cheering us on when we were slinging turkeys (3 strikes in a row), his energy was infectious. It's clear he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that makes a huge difference for customers. Mike isn't just an employee; he's the kind of person who makes a place memorable. Disappointing. You have to buy an hour to bowl with 6 people on a lane. You cannot do ONE full game! I had the wrong name order for THREE lanes. They would annoy change it. So my name was changed to "Blake". The pizza was delicious, they served good pop. They should have allowed us to finish our three last frames! I was forced to pay for TWO hours. Still could not finish the second game by one darn frame! At least we should have been allowed to finish. I am not happy with this local establishment. I feel I was ripped off. My grandson enjoyed his birthday party but the bowling costs probably will make me think this one out elsewhere FIVE STARS to my bowling neighbors! They have quite a few pool tables, but unfortunately it's $2 a game and they're restricted to league play only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I will say it's very clean inside. Bar is nothing special. They have a couple dart boards, too. Fun place to hang out. read more

Brighton Bowl is one of the best houses in the area. It's clean, well lit and it's professionally ran. Great pro-shop available on-site too. Everything is well maintained. There are other areas to hang out once you're done bowling. Nice bar area with a nice snack bar and selection of well-priced bites from pizza, to burgers to appetizers they're likely to have something for you. Numerous televisions and pool tables. Parking lot offers ample parking for easy in and out. Highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking for some affordable entertainment/eats. Finishing my review. No matter what time in the evening we come, my friend and I are always screwed over by leagues. Whether it's bowling leagues or pool leagues they're always super crowded so we can get screwed out of doing what we came to do. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and the bosco sticks. Both came out not very hot. Sucks that my food sat waiting for one of the food runners/waitresses to run it, even tho there were several standing by the bar. Update 4/23: we got two games of bowling and my friend and I both suck but we had a good time. We were told leagues were coming so we probably couldn't do more unless we moved lanes which I think is kinda stupid.. but if that was the worst to complain about, it can't be that bad. My silly pall AB made an honest mistake by chucking the ball down the lane a tad early. The lady from behind the counter has eyes like a hawk! I'm not sure a untied shoe lace gets past her. We came here because we were going to tubing and it rained so we went bowling instead. The place was nice and my mom said they made great Bloody Mary. The bowling alley was nice and clean but it seemed that it was rigged because it was hard to get a strike because there was one pin still left. (Or maybe it was me). Many upgrades and modernizations to the lanes. Very helpful and nicely stocked pro shop (at times, standing room only). Mark who runs the pro shop is very pleasant to work with. General support staff has been pleasant too, no complaints. No complaints about an hour to play either, clock on the display board clearly shows the time remaining and knowing if your players need to pace a bit quicker. This used to be one of our family's favorite places to bowl. My kids grew up coming here and learned to love the sport in this place. Now the staff is so unsupportive of families that we are uncomfortable coming anymore. Sad with so many bowling alleys closing, this may be the next one. Barely deserves a one star. read more

Apparently the only people that bowl here are very fine fingered but surprisingly strong elves. None of the balls actually state their weight, but are personalized with names of theoretical locals and have the smallest of finger holes. 2 stars because they have many pool tables read more

The lanes have very awkward seating. Mini tacos are good. When the pool league comes in they take over the whole bar and barricade pool tables with chair blocking the bathrooms. So check that schedule. They have darts as well also blocked by the pool league. So call a head. read more

And it's pretty much like every other small to midsize bowling alley I've been to. They do have computerized scoring, food and drink and some video games and a pool area. As far as family fun type of bowling goes, this place is a strike. I gave it five stars because its clean, lanes are good enough, the bar is a good size and offers some further entertainment. They have a few arcade machines, racing games, and plenty of pool tables. They serve food as well and so far that is worth the money. This is my first time visiting this bowling alley. The venue was very busy (Saturday evening) but the staff was accommodating. The chili cheese fries and mini corn dogs are worth ordering. The chili is the correct consistency for topping French fries. The restroom was well maintained and modern - automatic facilities. Downside - you cannot bring in cake for your celebration without paying a fee. Also the seating area above the lanes is a bit tight if you are bringing a party. read more

I used to bowl on a league here years ago and it was a blast! It is a nice clean, smoke free bowling alley. We went last week because it's what the birthday girl, she turned the big 5, wanted to do. What I like is that, if I want to bowl with her the bumpers automatically lower when it's my turn, neat! They also had $1 games, $1 hot dogs, and $1 pop on the Friday morning that we went. I will only bowl at Brighton Bowl. I bowl quite a bit and have never had a problem getting a lane. I bowl on a fall league and have been for about 5 years. The staff is great and the food is good. They are always very friendly and helpful. They recently had a new management.
