Came here for something to do when a movie I had plans to see was sold out. Just came for a drink and to play some games at the arcade. It had been ages since I've played any arcade games. My mom and I had a blast. I was not expecting to have so much fun. The games were all really fairly priced. We got 2 cars with $20 loaded onto each and it lasted us way longer than I was expecting. Drinks were fairly priced too, which for a bowling alley, was really a nice surprise. It's a bit out of the way so not sure when I'll ever be back in the area, but it was a lot of fun! read more

This place is great! Can't believe I'd never even heard of this place. Since Lucky Strike (Novi) closed during the pandemic, my friends and I have been a little adrift without an adult-type arcade. We tried Dave & Busters (Livonia) and that was just... deeply terrible. Perfect Game is everything we wanted and more! On first glance, it's a bowling alley. But it's so so clean. The upkeep is great. Rental shoes are all in great condition. Bowling balls are cleaned and organized by weight. The lanes are well-maintained. Off to the side is an arcade. It's not the biggest arcade we'd ever been to, but *every* machine worked and was clean. Did I mention how clean this place was? And the prize area was small but well stocked with lots of fun things to trade in your tickets for. Lastly, there's a laser tag area tucked into the back of the arcade, but I can't give any insight into it since we didn't try it. But I can assure you that if it's as well-maintained as the rest of this facility, we're already making plans to come back and try the laser tag out another time. As for the food? It's a little pricey in my opinion, but it's where they're making their bottom dollar. No outside food or beverage is allowed, but the food they serve is pretty good and reliable. I can't complain too much, and the bartender we chatted with was warm and friendly. I'm almost hesitant to write this 5-star review, mostly because I don't want the word to get out overcrowd this gem of a place, but all good businesses need our support. The bowling itself was fine. However, if you plan on sitting down in their "restaurant" area to eat, don't bother. My group of four sat at a table for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. I eventually went up to the bar to let them know we were waiting to order and was told it would be "better if we ordered at the bar." I explained that we were seated at a table to eat, at which point the server assigned to us responded with attitude and said, "I can come over there for a second when I'm not busy," as if serving tables wasn't part of the job. When they finally came over, they took only two orders and then started walking away before the rest of our group could order. We had to call the server back. I then said, "I thought this was a restaurant," and was told, "No, this isn't a restaurant," despite the fact that I've eaten here several times in the past a few and was served normally. To make matters worse, immediately after finishing our order, we were handed the tablet to cash out. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced at a place like this. I've been to many bowling alleys and their restaurant, and again had also dined here a few months back with no issues. Came here for their New Years Eve Family Friendly Event. We got the bowling package inside the event suite. The place was clean, Family friendly, and fun! We really enjoyed our time. Where to begin, what a mixed review... For starters, the place wasn't packed in the slightest for a Friday at 6:30 and they immediately told us they didn't have seating to accommodate 11 people. 6 kids 5 adults... with open tables in view, empty chairs all around and only two with reserved signs in the game area. Then we were told that if we wanted a table, we had to rent a lane. Uhm, no. No one was there to bowl and this is incorrect information. Sounds like someone just wanted us to pay for tables.... We ignored these words and found ourselves around the corner closer to the bar, at a table that had MORE than enough chairs and nearby EMPLOYEES sitting in a booth - chatting! Not doing anything... literally. So - do we not have seating or do we have lazy employees who don't want to work? We decided to stay despite all this runaround, and everyone trekked more than a half hour to get to this joint as it were. Our waiter, who had glasses and blonde curly hair, was a stand-up employee. Only saw him leaning against the counter a few times.... The food was mediocre. Chicken tenders. Salads. And wraps. All pretty standard. The arcade area is the only reason worth coming. There were little ones in our group and they could play a lot of the games, not just 2 or 3. This is nice, considering most places tailor to the adults and preteens. read more

Visit for Laser Tag was during bowling league season. Short staffed for laser tag. Played arcade games while waiting for staff to show up to assist us. Staff was cordial and had nice smile and worked with us during Laser tag for those who don't understand how to play the game. Lol. Came here for a work party. My first time coming to this place since I'm from the East side. It looks like you're typical bowling alley. Nothing special about it. The guy at the counter was nice about giving us lanes and how reservations worked since we came at a Saturday night and tried to hook after league was done. We got our lanes. 2 lanes for the adults and got 2 hours and 1 lane for the kids and we did an hour for them. So we put in our names but didn't start so everyone could get settled and also order food. We thought the clock didn't start until we actually started the game. But nope. We wasted nine minutes. So we got a game and a half in. Tried asking if we could finish our game but they wouldn't let us. If only we knew that the clock started right when we got to the lane. Food.... first impression: expensive as heck! More expensive than stadiums and airports. Hot dog was $6? Heck no. But we had to eat. We got our food served super fresh. So it was burning our mouths. I didn't try some things because it got devoured so quick. I mainly ate fries, Taylor tots, celery, and jalapeño cheddar poppers. I mean they were good. Crispy and fresh. Pizza and nachos were meh. It was okay. Typical pizza. I'd rather keep munching on the tots. Wish I tried the chicken tenders. I probably won't really be coming back either way because it's so far from me. read more

I came here the other day and was pleasantly surprised by it as I haven't been bowling in this area in awhile. This place really has it all- an arcade, a bar, laser tag and bowling. I can only speak for the bowling portion but the lanes are clean, they are wiping down the balls constantly with the Coronavirus going around and always have an attendant nearby happy to help with questions. This place has a lot of bowling lanes and the setup is very easy to play a few games and listen to good music too (they have some music videos they play on a screen in the bowling alley). Went here with a group of 10 on a Friday evening at 7:00 and there was no wait for open bowling. It costs $33/hour to bowl and you can have up to 6 people on one lane. Shoe rental is $4 and a pitcher of Labatt Blue is $10. Not an expensive night out at all. The inside was very clean. They also have lazer tag, an arcade, and a private side that had about 6 lanes, that is more expensive than normal open bowl. Go here for a fun, chill night! read more

First time visiting here and it won't be the last! We went on a Saturday around 7pm with a few friends, the lanes are by the hour on the weekends. We were able to get a lane right away with no wait and the lady at the check in was kind enough to hold off booking the lane next to us so that I could have time for my remaining guest to arrive. The alley is nice and clean, the restrooms were very clean and the staff comes by regularly to clean up areas. The was really good, when you order they bring it out to you. The arcade is nice and there is laser tag(we didn't get to try it out but next I will). They have a full bar and they had a $4 special drink that was pretty good. read more

Had a duel birthday party tonight for my son and niece. The party was excellent and everyone had fun. Kids did bowling, laser tag, and video games. The lanes are awesome and I love the fact that the bowling balls are organized by size, so finding a ball is not a scavenger hunt. The place is very clean and the addition of the new laser tag area and game room is awesome. Laser tag was very fun, we loved it. The games are all state of the art and they ALL WORK. Pro: prices, food (really good for bowling alley) , clean, updated, bar staff and servers. Cons: staff at the desk, the rules this was our second time here. First time I didn't pay for any lanes so didn't notice anything. We wanted to have a going away party for my BIL and I had so much fun last time here. It's not close to us by any means but we had fun last time we came to perfect game. Two weeks ago, I called to try to make reservations for that back room where lanes 1-8 are. We would have paid for all the lanes, fees, time whatever, money didn't matter. Before I could even get my words out I was cut off and told they do no reserve anything it's first come first serve. Fine, no problem, saved us money. Then when we got there, soooooo many lanes were open but we couldnt wait for rest of party to get there to start, they expected us to pay for our lane play and move on. Okay no problem. We couldn't even pay for extra lanes while party was trickling in. I bought little party decorations. A banner. Plastic table Clothes. Was told not allowed to decorate. Okay. Then in this big space, was told only 10 people can be there and only 12 can be in other area. I didn't understand. It wasn't because of covid, no one had masks on or counting how many people came in and out of ally. Just seemed very disorganized and so tight on the rules, made it really not fun. The front staff was also sooo short and rude with my MIL and husband. Just don't think that's necessary at all. Then after our game was done, I went up to pay for another game. I was told I'd be put on a wait list and it wouldn't be for the same lane we would have to move all our stuff and food to another lane, fine. Told me the wait would be an hr to hr 45 mins. I said no problem took the buzzer and in 20 mins another lane was ready. Just shows their system of organization isn't proper. Based on all this, if you're going for under 6 ppl, perfect place if you want to strictly bowl ur 2 hrs and leave. Also, my grandma wasn't allowed to bring her gift in. Someone with a single ballon got turned away. A man brought flowers for someone and the owner told him he couldn't bring them, he gentleman asked "can I at least show her then take them to car" owner said no. read more

It was about 40 people and 20 of us bowled and we all ate and it was wonderful. It was my husband's birthday and he had a great time. So thank you to the staff and management. Had our sons fifth birthday here and cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place! The party was SO organized and executed flawlessly! They went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us. They even went as far as loading up the gifts onto a cart so we could easily take them to our car, and boxed up the cake we brought, along with the leftover food from the party. I'm a person of reason. I believe that a civilized society should have rules. The rules at Perfect Game are draconian and foolish. After the party host attempted to reserve a lane for the small group and was told they didn't meet the criteria we choose to take our chances on a Sunday late afternoon. I entered as a guest to an adult birthday party get together and the place seems clean and recently renovated. That's where the positives end. We arrived with two small gift bags and a birthday cake that could feed maybe 8 diabetic adults or 14 small children. Immediately we were told that no outside food or beverages were allowed unless coordinated though the Perfects Game's robust party planning department. "Do you make cakes we can purchase?" I asked. "Is there a bakery behind the shoe counter I'm not aware of?". Of course there isn't. We were also not allowed to bring in our shoe box size gift bags as they would take up too much room within their modestly busy entertainment areas. I'll admit I was highly annoyed about the hard handiness of their rule enforcement but we decided to put the cake and gifts back in the car and bowl anyway. Much to our surprise we were told that we had to wait for a children's birthday party to leave before we could settle in and the explanation was that children's birthday party's are allowed but adult birthday parties are not. This is 2022 "Perfect Game" who says a 38 year old man doesn't identify as a child? Bigots. In summary, a bowling alley is not a serious place. It's a place to go and have a good time with good people.
