Very bad service from the beginning. No communication about the ground installation coming, they installed the wire on the wrong side of the house. The house installer ran a new line on the correct side of the house but this left holes in both sides of the house. While setting up the login for the router I had issues and the tech person said they had to move the request up the chain. That someone would call me soon. The call never came. After this I decided to cancel the service. It took 6 calls, 7 different people and a total of 3hr 50 minutes to get the service canceled. I confirmed with 2 people and a supervisor that I would not be charged for anything. A bill arrived in my email 3 days later. Do not use this company. Such poor service all over. read more

Signed with Brightspeed. Found no difference. Went back to Spectrum. Brightspeed will not let our original phone number go back to Spectrum. Have spent over two months working on this. Have had our original number for 46 yrs. We are in our late 70's and early 80's and would have to give many drs, hospital, therapies, along with many family members and friends a new number! Husband has spent many hours on many days trying to work with them! NOTHING!! Techs have been out and totally embarrassed due to company not giving them the right info! read more

No Internet service for 3 weeks and it will be another 6 weeks to get a service tech to my house. My Internet line was cut due to some construction after the line was incorrectly marked. Have had two service requests cancelled due to an intermitting connection. I can not get anyone who speaks well enough english to understand what is going on. If you can get a different company for internet service you better do it. read more
