They went out of their way to give her activities to keep her active and give her a purpose to live again. She actually started to thrive and gain more of her spunky personality back. I love how approachable the managers are and how they answered any questions we had. They were willing to help work with us to make our grandmother happy and feel like this is her home away from home. Change is hard on the elderly. This place actually is one of the few places willing to work with not only the patient but the family as well. Patient care is not a priority.
