Came in for a quote. Can back and dropped off my vehicle. I was quoted 1700.00 for my repair. Which was a minor dent in my rear quarter panel. I was told and it's in my quote that I will have a new bumper filler. In the process my trunk latch was broke. I had to argue with the guy about it. They tried gluing it back. My vehicle is a ment 89 cadillac brougham. I only had for a week until this guy hit. But anyway I stop by to check my vehicle out. I noticed the filler is still the same damage one. They used bundo to try and fix it. Claiming he couldn't find 1. I personally showed him where to find it. This guy trying to make me pay 300+ dollars for a filler he never replaced. He never reached out to let me know anything. I truly believe if I didn't notice it was the same filler. He would have charged me for something that was not done .update!! Crooks this business stole from me. Forced me to pay more money. The owner is a Crooks! How do you change an estimate without notifying the customer. It took everything in me not to hurt this guy. The Old man in the office has no customer service skills at out.. I learned a lesson today. Be careful who you do business with. Had the nerve to ask me for a handshake after you rob me. Negative!!! Just picked up my car and WOW... It's better then factory new again. Not only did they do a BRILLIANT job but they even detailed the whole car. They worked with the insurance companies that were involved and i really did not have to do much....The way things are today it was worth every penny and i got value for the money. I think most of the comments here are old. This place is recently under new ownership, and worth going to.
