My son needs his 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed, and we have been trying since May to get this done. We wanted to do this over the summer so he wouldn't have to miss school. My son and I both work and we need to arrange transportation the day of the procedure also. We both requested work off and asked my Mom to make herself available as well. Everything was set and then a few weeks prior to our appointment I received an automated text message that we need to reschedule. After calling the Henderson office, I was told the office is undergoing surprise renovations. Not happy, but we rescheduled the appointment and requested work off for the second time. Then once again I received a text message saying our appointment was canceled. I called and was told office still under renovation. We reluctantly rescheduled the appointment further out, after school started, and requested new days off work. I called a few weeks later to confirm renovations were completed and they confirmed it was finished. THEN last week, I got the text message saying we needed to reschedule AGAIN! At this point I am livid. The receptionist could not give me an explanation as to why the appointment was canceled again. No apology, no empathy, no consideration whatsoever. Obviously I requested my $250 deposit be refunded ASAP and started looking for a new oral surgeon. Not once did anyone reach out. I will tell everyone about our experience and continue to spread the word about how little this company cares about their patients.

Both my husband and I have gotten multiple colonoscopies here, including mine a couple of months ago and his most recently. He also added an endoscopy, which he said he couldn't even tell afterwards as he had no soreness. Dr. Mokuolu is the gastroenterologist we see and he's amazing and seriously the best! The facility sets up text message alerts to the patient's driver as they move through surgery from prep to completion. I was informed every step of the way. I could sit and visit while he waited before and in recovery. The facility is in a nice clean parking lot with some fast casual restaurants nearby, so multiple options for a quick coffee or bite to eat while waiting. I just walked because it was so close. When back in the office waiting area, there is cold water and a coffee machine. Lots of seating inside and some in the main lobby as well. Shout out to Danielle, Amy, Ramee, and Heather who helped take care of my husband. My caretakers were Jayeline, Ashley, and Ashley N. The only negative is the fire alarm was being tested about 9am, which I commented to the maintenance that they shouldn't do it while people are in surgery, as it's very loud.
