After the dentist passed me off as fast as she could I got a same day appointment as I was in extreme pain. She immediately figured out what tooth was killing me told me what she advised me on what she. thought I needed. She listened to me and we planned what to do. Worst experience ever I was getting some teeth exactractions that needed to be surgically removed with IV sedation went through my insurance received the authorization and referral all in the same day for this doctors practice I was so so very happy that I was finally going to have this done and be able to have my health back and be able to eat was a god send then it all changed the day before my appointment received they needed to verify my dental which I didn't understand that when I was using my medical side to cover this procedure I did verify with my insurance on the dental and the medical and I was verified and approved but her office had other ideas after I verified the appointment again and I contact my dental insurance I was confidient to go to my appointment when I arrived the front desk person was not nice or even friendly and said to me they could not see me due to my dental insurance that the doctor was not in network nor was she a provider and didnt take patients like myself just those in the hospital or just going out of the hospital none of this was every discussed with my insurance or myself so now because of their pratices I have no where to go unless I want to pay out of pocket then they would see me does this make sense to anyone this are just extractions with other things that would need to be done after I was authorized for up to 6 visits after this procedure so no I would not recommend her if this is the way her staff and billing are I am sure if they would have worked with my insurance and not just dismiss me it might of had a different outcome so so sad that oral surgeons are like this where did the compassion for patient care they knew this was a medical dental emergency so back to the drawing board I wish someone would understand the pain I am going through and just how sick I am we didnt ask for any of this she might be great with others but I didn't have a good experience at all and I didnt even get a chance to meet her read more

Dr. Keeley and her staff are the best! She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and really listens to her patients. I had the "emface" procedure done at her office, and my results after only four 20-minute treatments is incredible! The fat under my chin is drastically reduced, and all of my friends and family have commented how amazing my skin looks. I've even started getting carded again in my 30's. The treatment itself is mildy uncomfortable (I wouldn't say painful) but only lasts 20 minutes, so very doable. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Keeley. - I was seen within a few minutes of filling out my forms. Ie. this wasn't one of those places where you wait 45 minutes to be seen. - I am the type of person who has a million questions. I often run into situations where doctors only allocate eg. 10 minutes per patient, and I need more time than that to discuss things, so they rush me and don't address everything. That was 100% not the case with Dr. Keeley. I didn't feel any pressure. It was a relaxed vibe. Judging by the waiting room, it wasn't the case where she was overbooked and had a bunch of other patients she needed to rush to get to. She patiently listened to me and discussed each of my questions with me. She even sensed at the end that I might think of something after I leave, and said if that happens to just give her a call and she'd be happy to discuss it over the phone. Hearing that really made my day. - Before seeing Dr. Keeley I saw one dentist and three separate orthodontists. The concern was that I have a cross bite which would lead to TMJ issues. There was a lot of confusion though, with different people telling me different things. I got the impression that they weren't quite confident or knowledgeable in what they were saying. Granted, it's more of a question for an oral surgeon than a dentist or orthodontist, which they acknowledged and recommended I see an oral surgeon too if I would like. Anyway, Dr. Keeley really set the record straight. She explained to me why in my particular situation, there is actually not a risk of developing any joint issues, and she would only recommend treatment if I had cosmetic concerns, which I don't. I was recommended to this doctor by a dentist in town as I was having extreme TMJ pain and she was described to me as a TMJ specialist. With a referral - it still took almost two months to get my first appointment with her - two months that I spent missing work, unable to sleep because my jaw hurt so much. I finally went to see her at my scheduled appointment time and waited over an hour for the appointment to begin. An appointment that consisted of about 10 minutes of her listening halfway to me as I described my experiences before brushing me off as a classic case of TMJ - "here's some peppermint oil, don't open your mouth wide, eat soft foods when it's hurting." Cool, thanks. I asked about getting a mouth guard as I noticed that I was actively clenching my jaw at night and her office told me they needed to confirm my medical insurance. Over a month later and I find out that my medical insurance won't cover the cost and the cash price for the mouth guard they offer is $750 - a cost they didn't inform me of until I called in and asked directly. Honestly - there is absolutely nothing - and I do mean NOTHING - that I learned from the 10 minutes I spent with her that I could not have learned via a google search in the same amount of time. If you're having TMJ problems, I wouldn't waste your money or time waiting for an appointment to seek help here. While nice - nothing about my experience with her or her office promoted a solid desire to practice medicine or concern over the well-being of her patients. read more

The only silver lining to my whole Sunrise ER hell was De.Keeley being the surgeon on call. I had been transferred from Mountain View hospital to have an abscess on my mandible (lower left jaw). When the PA in the ER called Dr.Keeley at around 2am to ask about if she felt surgery was needed. She fit me in and had me scheduled to be in pre op by 7:30am. Not only was she such good energy but she understood how to be a calming soul. Six days after surgery I had my follow up at her office my appt was scheduled for 2pm but at around 1:30 I received a call from Ruby to let me know there was a delay and that she would call when it was about 20 mins before . Honestly I found that to be five star especially since I live so far away. When I arrived at 3:20 I was seen very quickly, Tia (sorry if spelling is off ) took time to make sure I voiced all my concerns and asked about my pain level and made sure all questions were answered . Dr. Keeley checked me out , aligned and related about my experience and hooked me up with an holistic essential oil to numb the part of my throat that was hurt by the intubation tube. I have had PTSD trauma in my past with office staff but Dr.Keeley has folks that radiate the same positive energy of her. Now please keep in mind she is good at what she does and kind but that also means she may have more emergency issues like myself that cause delays. I'm a fan of not dumping opiates into my body so I didn't even ask for anything so if you need pain management idk how that works but in Vegas Goodluck to you.. I love that she has something natural to numb my issue without supporting big pharma.. Either way I feel this is a five star experience and my incision's and jaw are doing really well. (hodge-podge: a confused mixture of furniture) with dirty walls and carpet. My son's insurance sent us here for wisdom teeth extraction (he is 27 yrs old). Non smiling receptionist - words are courteous but definitely not friendly. If you don't have a mask (which they require) they offer one FOR THREE DOLLARS. Seriously, a medical office you are paying thousands of dollars via insurance and copays and you have to pay for a mask?! My son said the walls were dirty in the operating room and it didn't look clean. They completed the surgery and only Motrin was given for the pain. He was in serious pain and his arm where the doctor put his IV was hurting and a big bruise, so we called the office for pain killers once the anesthesia wore off, but the doctor was "unavailable" and they could not call it in without her. My daughter's appointment to get two wisdom teeth out was at 11am. She walked out at 2:30. They gave her the max amount of novicane at 12 by 2 it was wearing off right as she was told that they would have to undo the stitches on one tooth because they missed part of the root! We warned them before hand that she had long curling roots. The dr. Said "oh wow your roots are terrible" My daughter has a high tolerance to medication. When we were leaving they tried giving her a prescription for motrin 800. I told them to keep it and.explqined to them that I give her 4 advil already, she doesn't need prescription advil! The Dr.coms out and gives a song and dance about how much she cares about my daughter so she gave her two...two norco 5. What is that going to do?? It will maybe help her tonight but what is she supposed to do tomorrow night hen the pain really sets in. Then the nurse, front desk and Dr. All gave me different stories when it came to the amounts she is allowed to give. You might want to get your story straight! It is cruel to do to someone, especially since h n they have access to her profile to see she is not a drug seeker and hasn't been prescribed anything in years. She's a ghoul and a butcher, find a real oral surgeon! Edit I just called back because.my daughter whom, the "Dr."/butcher commented on how strong and brave she was is on the floor crying from the pain. She told me I could bring her back in and they could squirt some antiseptic in there because "they don't want her to be in pain" When I suggested they just give her a few more pills to get her thru the night and they work tomorrow, she suggested that my daughter is a drug addict and why wasn't she the one calling.... This office is very consistent with scheduling. Soon as you sign in your called back. The waiting room is very comfy with a home feel. They have a lot of DYI magazines tip look at if you are waiting for anyone. The Dr. and staff a very genuine and provide quality care you can trust. I don't have an extensive review to give because it's pretty cut and dry with this one. They are simply a good dental office to go to. They accept most major insurance such as Cigna, met-life , Aetna. How ever they do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. read more

Equipment for making the guard is outdated, adjustments were not encouraged and lacking as well as just hit and miss fixes. I filled my paperwork out online and when I arrived the front desk was friendly and tried to help me as quickly as possible, but I never felt rushed. Once I was called back, I met Dr. Keeley and her assistant Tia who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The Dr. was able to get me numb very quickly, and the procedure went better than I thought it would. Recovery was a little rough, but a few Motrin and I was good to go. I have nothing against Dr. Keeley but against her staff that handles all insurance information. And this aspect is as important as finding a good doctor, esp. after you are hit with a high bill simply because someone didn't do their job! The issue - my insurance works with only one lab and to avoid any confusion they put giant red stickers on our cards that indicate that - impossible to miss. Apparently the office sent the sample to a different lab. Now my insurance refuses to pay. I called this office and the front office lady blamed the mistake on the assistants?! Mmm, no - I am pretty sure someone didn't tell them a word about the lab requirement. She even suggested I call the lab and deal with them. Really?! It is not their fault that they received the sample. When asked to speak to a manager - she will not be in the office for a week, and she will not call me! So now they are buying themselves time to try and wash their hands off but I am not giving up. If you end up going to this office - make sure you spell everything out and be that annoying person that asks 1,000,000 times if things are done/billed according to your insurance. read more

She is highly qualified to deal with very complicated issues. I was diagnosed with head/neck cancer, was referred to this office, she was very thorough in testing, understanding the scope of my cancer, and we came up with a plan to treat it. And now I'm cancer free. She is excellent about calling me when I have questions or regarding test results. She was awesome when surgery day arrived and the surgery was a success. I had to go to Dr Keeley for a tooth extraction, only problem was no one else could pinpoint which tooth it was Dr Keeley was able to identify which tooth within 15 minutes, and within another 20 minutes had the tooth pulled, very efficient and nice and caring the whole staff was also, Dr Keeley made sure I was pain free for the Labor Day weekend. This woman is a miracle worker! I lost a crown on vacation a month ago in Maine. Called 1-800-Dentist and got a referral to a dentist in nearby New Hampshire. They were great and recommended I get a root canal, implant or have an extraction because decay was below the gumline. Oh, and I was leaving for an overseas trip the next day. I reviewed them on here and they earned a 5-star. So it went on for a month until I could see my regular dentist who referred me to Dr. Keeley. She's an MD and DDS. On the initial appointment, she was hesitant to proceed because my regular dentist sent over an x-ray that didn't show enough root structure. So we delayed for a couple days, I brought a satisfactory x-ray over from my regular dentist and we proceeded with the extraction. I admire her precaution with not proceeding until proper root picture was in her hands. The day came, and I mentioned that side needed a bit extra local to numb it. She accommodated me with a smile. 15 minutes later, all done. No pain. Great updates from her and assistant when I was undergoing the treatment.
